According to reports in France, formal Newcastle player Cabaye is set to return to the English Premier League, The french international who left for PSG is set to return to the Premier league due to lack of playing time at PSG.
Cabaye’s return to the Premier League would see him link up with former manager Alan Pardew.
The Frenchman excelled under the 53-year-old at Newcastle before moving to France.
He has found himself pushed out to the fringes of the PSG squad and has lost his place in the national team as a result
The France international is thought to be concerned by a lack of first-team opportunities with Euro 2016 just around the corner.
Chairman Steve Parish confirmed the club’s interest and claims they are working on a deal to bring him to south London.
It is reported that the 30-year-old could cost in excess of £10million but a hefty price-tag does not appear to have put Palace off.
