Rahama Sadau continues to wax stronger.
Today, the banned Kannywood actress revealed she is finally in the United States and she shared the first story from the project she presumably is starring in. This comes just days after an Islamic cleric advised her to reject the offer.
Days after Mo Abudu announced that she cast Sadau in a new EbonyLife TV series, Sons of the Caliphate, the actress was invited by singer Akon and producer Jeta Amata to a set in Hollywood. Not longer after, Sheikh Aminu Ibrahim Daurawa wrote her an open letter on Facebook, advising her to reject the offer and consider marriage.
And the Kadanu State-born star has given a loud response: she is taking on all the amazing offers coming her way.
Rahama Sadau was expelled from the Hausa Movie Industry by the Motion Pictures Practitioners Association of Nigeria after featuring in a ClassiQ music video. The Motion Pictures Practitioners Association of Nigeria (MOPPAN), who placed the ban, sighted ‘immorality’ as the reason for her expulsion.
