Controversial media personality, Daddy Freeze has called out Redeemed Christian Church of God, City of David over an act he feels is wrong.
The said church had earlier announced they will be charging N50,000 for a marriage course set to hold in September and October, but the popular OAP obviously feels that the programme was not meant for the poor members of the congregation.
He took to his Instagram page to share a picture of the church’s handbill for the event and wrote:
? N50,000 per couple for marriage course?? RCCG una well done o! Obviously this wasn’t intended for the poor members of the congregation. The Nigerian god prefers the rich and makes provision only for them. If Jesus had collected N50,000 each from the 5,000 people he fed that would have been N250 million. #FreeTheSheeple
I think it’s high time all these money, money of a thing stops in the church of God. Church it’s not supposed to be a place of charging people for every little thing. Please Christians wake and begin to face the reality.
