Man caught stealing panties and bras in Anambra State (photos)

Another man was caught stealing panties and bras among other items today in Azia, Ihiala local government area of Anambra state.

The suspect who has been handed over to the police for further investigation, was beaten mercilessly by the mob which gathered after he was apprehended this morning.
