Lawrence, son of Nollywood actress, Rita Daniels, has debunked reports that the mother-in-law to billionaire Ned Nwoko, got married to a younger lover.
Recall that Rita Daniels was rumored to have held a private ceremony where she wedded a younger lover, and she also shared a post on her social media page which seemingly confirms it.
In the photos she shared on her Instagram page, Rita is seen posing with a younger man in different traditional attires while guests wearing ashoebi are seen in the background.
However, One of the actress’ son, Lawrence in an interview with The Nation debunked the reports, claiming the photos are from a movie scene.
In his words, “The photos are from a movie scene. Social media can catch their cruise but they will be shocked when they eventually see the movie.”
He also allegedly shared a screenshot of his chat with a friend on his WhatsApp, where he noted that the photo’s were from a movie scene after congratulations trooped in his DM.

Meanwhile, Lawrence had earlier reacted to the photo’s, taking to the comment he wrote, “Your union will never die mom”.
