Nancy Umeh, the sister of famed Nigerian professional dancer Korra Obidi, has confirmed that the dancer and her husband, Justin Dean, are going through a rough patch in their relationship.
Korra’s husband took to social media on Wednesday, March 9 to announce that he’s getting a divorce from his wife, the mother of his two children, June and Athena.
Although the doctor didn’t give details of what the problem was, he said he did his best to make their marriage work and wouldn’t be treated in a certain way any longer.
Speaking further, the father of two said he loved and supported his wife, but he did not deserve the way he was treated.
Korra Obidi is yet to react to her husband’s claims, but her sister, Nancy, has now confirmed that the couple are indeed going through a difficult time in their marriage.
She urged their fans to pray for them, adding that this period is quite trying for both of them.
“Thank you all for checking in. You all are amazing people. It’s inevitable to go through these phases in marriage. Please take 1 minute to say a prayer for them if you can. This period is quite stretching for both of them. We were all up all day/night trying to work things out. They are both committed and I’m postove that everything will be fine in the end”. She wrote.
