Controversial Nollywood actor, Uche Maduawgu, has taken a swipe at his female colleagues while questioning their luxurious lifestyle.
In a now-deleted post, the actor claimed that rich sugar daddies fund the lifestyles of most Nollywood actresses.
According to him, a Nollywood actress cannot afford a house that is worth up to N700m in Ikoyi, Lagos State.
In his words,
”700 million Naira House for Ikoyi Na big Lie I go Comot for this industry If dem talk say na Dem buy am. God bless our wealthy Naija men They have been donating Luxury Mansion To our actress since 1901. U are more spiritual than Physical if u understand this post.”
In related news, Nollywood actor, Gideon Okeke has told his fellow male colleagues that they are not on the same level with their female counterparts.
Taking to his Instagram page, the actor spoke of the disequilibrium in the Nigerian movie industry and asserted that actors are second class citizens in the industry.
“Dear Nollywood actor, Father of 1,2,3….. Or even the single guys sef. You see that actress? The yellow one? Even the black one sef. She is not your mate in the scheme of things You are a second class citizen at the table of equity”.
