Nollywood actor and politician, Yul Edochie, has reacted to the buzz that his marriage to a second wife is causing online.
The father of five, who has been in the news since he announced his marriage to actress Judy Austin, expressed disbelief that he could cause a stir online.
He believes that Nigerians have always paid less attention to him and rarely celebrate his accomplishments. He said he wasn’t given any attention after acting, contesting for political offices and being an activist, but he went viral after word broke that he had married another woman and had a child with her.
He added that he was astonished to see he had garnered over 60,000 comments on a post.
In his words,
“So I fit break internet like this ? So I can get over 60k comments on one post? But I dey act film, dey gove una Hollywood perfomances since una no send me. Best voice, uno no send me, I’ve been a strong voice for the people, been an activist, I do EndSARS, una no send me. I wan run for president, una still no send me. But na this one scatter internet. Na dis one come make una send me finally Na waa for una oo”. He wrote.
