The Ooni of Ife, His Imperial Majesty (HRM) Oba Enitan Ogunwusi, has married Ijebu Princess, Temitope Adesegun, making her his sixth wife.
The monarch’s wedding to Prince Temitope, which is his sixth in less than two months, held today, Monday, October 20, in Magodo, Lagos State.
Ooni of Ife’s marriage to his latest bride comes only four days after he married his fifth wife, Princess Ronke Ademiluyi.
Like the monarch’s previous weddings, he was not in attendance, but his royal guards, maids, palace chiefs, and royal staff were there to represent him.

Meanwhile, a Nigerian medical doctor, identified as Bella Nifemi, has openly expressed her desire to become the eighth wife of the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi.
The medical doctor identified as Bella Nifemi who hails from Ekiti state via her Twitter page declared her interest in being one of the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi’s queens.
She shared a photo of herself in a regal white attire and captioned it, “This is my submission to be Ooni’s 8th wife. I’m also a Medical Doctor and I will represent Twitter and Ekiti community well”.
