Former Big Brother Naija star and actress, Ifu Ennada, has revealed that she is currently helping her ex-partner choose a wife.
Taking to her Instastory, Ifu disclosed that she and her ex-boyfriend dated seven years ago but the relationship didn’t work out because they were not compatible. She, however, noted that they never got intimate.
She explained that over the years, their failed relationship has transformed into a beautiful friendship, and now she is helping him pick a wife because he is having a hard time choosing one from the pool of women in his life.
Speaking from her experience with her ex-boyfriend, the reality TV star stated that it is possible to be platonic friends with one’s ex.
She wrote,
“Currently helping an Ex choose his “Wife”.
• He has all these girls around him, but can’t decide on whom to date and ultimately marry. My job is to evaluate and give my unbiased opinion on each of the girls he presents me with.The final decision is his alone to make.
I know it sounds crazy – helping an ex choose his bride, but the truth is; we had no business dating 7yrs ago. We were great at being friends and obviously still are.
Also, we had no form of intimacy back then.
Using my case as an example, believe that some people can truly be friends with their Ex and not have any feeling outside of genuine friendship.”
