There appears to be trouble in the marriage of the American celebrity couple, Cardi B and Offset, as they have unfollowed each other on Instagram.
A quick check of their Instagram profiles shows that they have both unfollowed each other on the photo and video-sharing platform for reasons best known to them.
Though it’s currently not clear why they are at odds, they gave a subtle hint with cryptic posts they shared on their Instastories.
The WAP crooner, who shares two children with her husband, asserted that she has ‘outgrown’ someone, presumably referring to her husband, and she needs to put herself first.
“You know when you just outgrow relationships,” Cardi wrote.
In a follow-up post, she wrote, “I’m tired of protecting people’s feelings…I GOTTA PUT MYSELF FIRST.”
Offset, on his part, shared a post where he seemingly inferred that he only trusts himself and nobody else.
He posted a short clip of Al Pacino in the movie Scarface saying, “Hey, f—k you, man! Who put this thing together? Me! Who do I trust? Me!”
The celebrity couple secretly tied the knot in 2017 and have since welcomed two children together.
Cardi B filed for divorce from Offset in September 2020, but the two found their way back to each other and reconciled in October.
In June 2023, Cardi publicly slammed Offset after he claimed she cheated on him.
