Popular Nigerian singer Davido has come under fire after he announced at his wedding ceremony that no one can surpass the glitz and glamour his wedding had.
The singer who officially tied the knot with his long-time partner was so certain that no wedding ceremony could surpass his own in Nigeria.
The way the singer talked with excessive pride didn’t sit well with many Nigerians as they immediately dug out footage from Dangote’s daughter’s wedding and compared it with his.
Although both events were the talk of the town and had public figures in attendance, netizens argued that that of the billionaire’s daughter surpassed his own hands down.
To prove their point they placed images of both events side by side and compared them in terms of the VIP that attended each wedding, the interior decoration of the event spaces, and other details.
