A lady shares a story of how a friend of hers who took her phone and money back in uni, called her years later from the US.

According to her, the incident happened during their 400 level year.

The friend took her belongings and 70k belonging to her cousin.

After a lot of pressure the cousin was able to get a refund, but unfortunately for her, she didn’t get hers.

Years after, she was at home and broke. An international call came in, and it was him.

He apologized and asked for her account details. He sent her 200k while they were still conversing.

He said he couldn’t repay her for everything and told her to reach out whenever she needed help.

Since then he has been sending her money every month.

According to her it is one of the things she will never forget.

@kenkenlewu Well, he is still a thi#f sha.

@SandieMichale1 My dear thank God that he’ s a good man to even remember the past some ,in fact many don’t remember.

@josebaffy A friend of mine did the same thing, after a few years I saw him on the news he had become a bigger thi3f.

@delta_boi And if he hadn’t given you the 200k, it would have been ‘st0le’ not ‘took’.

@Sen_Adedotun That’s good to know. So the reaching out and constant inflow is his own way of restitution. Good to know.
