A man was left stunned after discovering that his mum was more familiar with Gen Z trends than he had imagined.
In a video shared online, the man was attending an event with his mother and decided to record a fun video with her. While posing for the camera, his mum unexpectedly wiggled her tongue in a manner commonly associated with trending Gen Z videos on social media.
Caught off guard by the display, the man immediately questioned where she had learned the move. Rather than giving a direct answer, his mum sarcastically responded by asking where young people themselves learn such trends.
To his surprise, she repeated the gesture once again, leaving both of them laughing at the unexpected moment.
Amused by his mother’s familiarity with the trend, the man jokingly concluded that she had been spending too much time watching Gen Z content on TikTok.
