A man pranked his sister, who had just returned home from the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) orientation camp, by playing a bugle sound in her room.

In a video shared online, his sister was asleep in her room when he decided to prank her using a Bluetooth speaker.
The man placed the speaker on the floor and played the familiar bugle sound blown by the military officers to wake corps members at the orientation camp. He claimed he aimed to traumatize her with the bugle sound.

Without hesitation, his sister sprang awake, apparently believing she was still at the camp and had to respond to the early morning wake-up call.
However, she soon realized that she was back home when she noticed her brother laughing at her reaction. He teased her, telling her to stay awake even after she realized what had happened.

Rather than getting angry, the two siblings eventually burst into laughter over the prank. She later asked him to leave her room, having had enough of his antics.
His sister’s quick response to the bugle sound highlights how deeply NYSC orientation camp’s routines can become ingrained in corps members, even after they return home.
