A man attempted to distract two petty traders who were exchanging words on the street over an alleged ₦10,000 dispute.
In a video shared online, he was walking on the street when he noticed the two women in a heated argument.
To interrupt their quarrel, he brought out his phone and began recording them as though he were filming a live event.
He apparently hoped that seeing someone record them would distract the women and make them pay attention to him instead of continuing their argument.
However, his plan didn’t work as expected since the traders paid little or no attention to him and continued exchanging words in their native dialect.
The man recorded as the women were determined to settle their disagreement, despite his presence.
The man’s unexpected reaction to filming the women has amused netizens online, with some wondering why they were quarreling over money; others said the man was petty for filming them.
