An anonymous social media user has through a Nigerian influencer, promised to give a million naira to the Nigerian lady who surprised her dad with cakes and gifts on his birthday.
@simply_preshh on Instagram had earlier taken to her page to post a video of herself celebrating her father with gifts on his birthday at his workplace.
While sharing the video, she wrote,

Police are reportedly investigating a robbery at the football star, Cristiano Ronaldo’s home in Madeira, Portugal.
It was gathered that the thief gained access to the house, in the island capital Funchal through the garage door that was left opened.
A signed Juventus shirt, worth about £180, is said to have been among items the thief carted away .
Cristiano’s relative raised the alarm on Wednesday, October 7th, according to respected island paper Diario de Noticias Madeira.
It was learnt that the Police already visited the property and are said to have identified the thief, described as someone who is already known to them, from CCTV cameras, although no arrests have been made yet.

Former Senator representing Kogi West, Dino Melaye has slammed, popular Instagram socialite, Roman Goddess after she apologized over the controversial hotel video which went viral last weekend.
Recall that, Roman Goddess had taken to social media to share videos of her visiting Dino Melaye who she described as her “uncle and daddy” in a hotel.
Following the controversy that trailed the video, Dino Melaye later took to his social media page to warn her that he is not her ‘uncle’. Roman Goddess has now apologized and she also stated that she wasn’t trying to jeopardize his image as a public figure.

The 25 year-old Lawyer, identified as Bisola Paulette Ajayi who was abducted by suspected security officials has been found.
Recall that Bisola’s sister beckoned for help from Nigerians as she revealed that her sister was kidnapped by some armed men said to be security operatives.
She was trailed to her house in a white Venza and kidnapped by armed men —one in army uniform and two others in Police Uniform— in Port Harcourt.
According to new reports, Bisola has been rescued by the Anti-Kidnap unit of police in Rivers State today, October 8 and she was found unharmed.
It was gathered that two suspects have been arrested.

There was a bit of drama at the Orji Police station after a police officer allegedly “punched” a male #ENDSARS protester following an argument.
According to reports surrounding a video which shows the moment the DPO hit the protester, the protesters had stormed the police station for a peaceful talk when the DPO got angry and punched one of them in the face.
His action has since sparked outrage among the other protesters who angrily ordered the DPO and other police officers to bring out their guns and shoot them all.
The police officers, on seeing the danger which was looming, beckoned on their DPO to retreat from their midst as the protesters screamed in anger.
8 people have been confirmed dead in the gas explosion that rocked Best Roof Cooking Gas in Baruwa area of Alimosho Local Government of Lagos state in the early hours of Thursday, 8th October.
The initial death toll was 4, however the Director-General of Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, Olufemi Oke-Osanyintolu stated that it has increased to 8, adding that they are still assessing the scene.
Addressing newsmen on the number of fatalities, He said,
“The explosion occurred and the agency activated a response plan. Initial disaster assessment is as follows: casualties still being assessed but eight fatalities have been identified so far. 25 houses that are mostly bungalows, 16 lock-up shops and one primary school have been affected.
“Firefighters and rescue workers are operating at the incident scene. The gas emission has been identified and curtailed. Damping down is ongoing.
“Post-disaster assessment will be carried out and further updates provided”

A lady took to social networking platform, Twitter to join the “how it started vs how it’s going/ended” trend and her own version of the trend has shocked a lot of people.
The lady, with the username, Tshego.M @MokateTshegoo on the platform, shared her healing process after she was diagnosed with facial skin disease, Acne.
In photos Tshego shared on her page, Tshego revealed her ordeal with the disease and how it affected her self esteem. According to her, the whole healing process took six months and her confidence level has now boosted.
Sharing her transformation photos, she also wrote about her journey. She wrote,
The day i went to the dermatologist and i was prescribed oratane . Remember with oratane , everything gets worse before it gets better . All of this rash developed into acne as I proceeded with the treatment.
My doctor recommended i pair my treatment with a chemical peel each month , however i wasnt happy with the results so after the first month I decided i’m not doing it anymore.
As weeks and months went by , the acne became dry , peeled off and i had less breakouts.
Month 6 . The final month
I had alot of hyperpigmentation, was abit lighter than my normal complexion , dry skin obviously , but i was excited to finish my treatment more than anything really . It was a tough 6 months of taking in a lot of pills daily.

Foremost Nigerian Author and activist, Reno Omokri has condemned Tacha for referring to her critic as a lazy Nigerian youth.
