Big Brother Naija ‘lockdown’ housemate, Erica, recently joked about the amount of time Kiddwaya spends when it comes to ”aggresive cuddling”.
It all began when Erica and Kiddwaya were seen making out in the kitchen and fellow housemate Neo told them to move to the room to continue their love affair. Kiddwaya then responded by carrying Erica from the Kitchen, shouted saying he’s taking her to bed to make 5 babies together.
The housemates laughed and Dora cautioned Kiddwaya that his father was watching him from home. After a short while, Erica returned back to the kitchen and Dora playfully asked her if she was done making the 5 babies with Kidd. She jokingly replied, “Kidd is a one minute man”. Her comment got all the housemates laughing hysterically.
The BBNaija house on the night of August 27, was filled with interesting revelations and the housemates had quite a lot to say.
Housemates shares their art exhibition and disclosed touching stories about their lives and the people who inspired their artworks.
Kiddwaya during his presentation made mention of his father’s influence and how his father had helped put several people in powerful positions.
It appears his claims did not go down well with Laycon who brought it up after the presentation with some other housemates. He expressed shock at Kiddwaya’s claims that his father had put people in ministerial and senatorial positions.
Laycon noted that those positions come to people following an election where they are voted in and not handed to them. According to him, some things are better left unsaid.
This left Vee, Ozo and Neo amused as he continued to express shock in a dramatic way. “E get something you no suppose open mouth talk,” Laycon said amidst laughter.
A Nigerian father, Muyiwa Ayorinde has been reportedly arrested by police detectives for allegedly dumping his 3-week-old baby boy into a canal in Akure, Ondo state.
It was reported that Muyiwa hid the baby in a black bag and went to the scene on a motorbike.
However the baby later died in the hospital after he was rescued by sympathizers.
Speaking to Vanguard an eyewitness said that,
“Luck ran out on the father as he was spotted by one of residents at about noon while he attempted to escape after dumping his three-weeks-old baby into the canal.
“When he arrived at the side of the canal, he brought out a black bag and threw it into the canal.
“The baby was rescued after some boys jumped inside the carnal and taken to a nearby hospital. The boys later descended on the suspects and he was thoroughly beaten up”. He added.
Another eyewitness revealed that the baby’s father was looking strange and they suspected him when the heard the baby’s cry.
In his words,
“I saw the young man looking strange as he alighted from the Okada and pulled out a black bag and dropped it into the canal.
“When we heard a baby’s voice cried out. Then we knew what he had come to do. People have been coming from different places to dump things in this canal. We have to make it as a point of duty to make sure it stopped.
“the suspect has been handed over to the Divisional Police Officer at the ‘B’ Division for further interrogation.
The state police Public Relation Officer, Tee Leo lkoro said the matter had not been brought to his knowledge.
The Port Harcourt Zonal office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Wednesday, August 26, 2020, arrested nine suspected internet fraudsters.
A statement released by the antigraft agency gave the names of the suspects as Sotonye Orugbane; David Egbunugwu; Emmanuel Chinemerem, Providence Oliver Samuel and Emmanuel Fidelis Nwambu. Others are: Promise Nkwachi; Micah Nimi, Precious Ogadinma and Ebi Micah.
According to the statement, the suspects were apprehended in an early morning raid on their hideout in Ozuoba by Obirikwere Road, Choba; NTA Road and Ada George Road in Port
Harcourt, Rivers State.
”Investigations indicate that the suspects specialize in love scam, online Bitcoin scam, identity theft, trading scam, among others.” the statement in part read
Items recovered from them include Sixteen (16) Mobile phones of different brands; one (1) HP laptop; two (2) Apple watches and two (2) Vehicles: One Lexus ES 350 with registration number Abuja KUJ 412 AT and one Toyota Camry 2.4 with registration number Abuja KWL 35 AT .
The statement adds that the suspects will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded.
Nollywood actress, Seyi Edun has been called out by a Nigerian brand influencer, Olayemi (AOE) for allegedly asking her to model her lingerie for five thousand naira.
A lingerie model is one who models wearing only women’s underwear.
Olayemi took to Instagram to allege that Seyi Edun called her and promised to pay N5000 for the job.

Recall that sometime ago, a budding Nollywood Actress was forced to tender a public apology after she called out actress Seyi Edun on Instagram.
Kofoworola Adewale made a statement on Twitter which was considered bullying and she made a video apologising afterwards.
“Where Seyi Edun won see Belle una Don forget say she be Lord of the ring,” Kofoworola had said.
Well Seyi Edun was not having none of that as she went after the bully and she didn’t go alone. In a video shared to Seyi’s Instagram stories, Kofo was seen kneeling and at least two men were heard reprimanding her for using her phone to try to destroy someone’s life.
She was then forced to retract her statement and make an apology and she did this in a video while on her knees

A Helicopter crash has crashed in the Opebi area of Lagos State.
At least two people have died after a helicopter crashed into in a building in Ikeja, today in Lagos.
According to an eyewitness simply identified as Gbolahan, the helicopter conveying three passengers, crashed into a building around Salvation, Opebi, Ikeja and there was only one survivor.

Public Relations Officer of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, Nosa Okunbor, confirmed the incident saying;
“Yes, it just happened. The helicopter crashed in Opebi around 12pm. LASEMA operatives are on our way to the incident site. I’ll give you more updates.”

A Nigerian Muslim woman has been receiving backlash on Twitter and her life has also been threatened for opposing the death sentence handed to a Kano singer for blasphemy.
The Kaduna born activist, Fakhriyya Hashim, mentioned that it is sad to see “Muslims jubilate over a death sentence of a person that has not even committed a criminal offence.”
She added that “it takes a level of depravity to feel elated that a man will be killed.
Her tweets angered some Twitter Muslims as they cursed her and also threatened her life.
She later returned to Twitter to reveal that people have been passing by her family home in Kano, searching for her.
This isn’t the first time she’s facing death threats for condemning the death sentence of Yahaya Aminu Sharif. Shortly after his sentencing on August 10, she spoke against it and her photo was circulated on Twitter with a noose beside her, suggesting she should be killed alongside Yahaya.
The 27-year-old also faced death threats in 2019 when she joined in championing the Arewa #MeToo movement.

Recall that Sometime in March, it was reported that some youths in Kano state stormed the Kano Hisbah office and demanded that action be taken against one Yahaya Sharif-Aminu for a song he composed, containing alleged derogatory comments attributed to the Prophet Muhammad.
The youths warned that they will take laws into their hands if action was not taken. Prior to their protest, the youths on Friday, February 28, stormed the family house of the singer located at Sharifai quarters in Kano Municipal Local Government Area, prompting them to flee their home.
Yahaya was thensentenced to death by hanging for the song. The presiding judge Khadi Aliyu Kani gave the guilty verdict on August 10th, 2020.
