Yesterday seemed such a troublesome day in the lives of the current Big Brother Naija couples, as they all experienced a heavy meltdown in their relationships.
Lilo, while talking with Biggie during her diary session, revealed she feels distracted by Eric — she cried and thought of not sharing a bed with him again because it’s the very little things which amount to being blinded by him.
Vee, on the other hand, said she felt Neo was being distant and keeping to himself, she made it known to Lilo that if he doesn’t let her in on what is eating him up, she’s going to detach herself from him as after all, he is not her boyfriend, she is just with him because she likes him and he makes her feel comfortable.
Well, from the look of things, the couples seem to have resolved their issues and are back to their regular lovey-dovey programming as they were spotted in their respective beds’ bonding.
A quite explicit video broke the internet in November of 2019 which showed two Babcock students engaging in intercourse in what seemed to be their school clinic.
The video became viral on the internet as people had a lot to say on the story — the featured lady received serious backlash over the act, up to the extent that Babcock Vice Chancellor, Prof Tayo Ademola after being silent for days, ordered for her immediate expulsion from the university.
The lady was a 300 level student of Accounting at the time the viral clip was released but the school’s management stated that she had been expelled since the video leaked in April of 2019.
Ever since she was expelled, there’s been little to no news on her whereabouts or update on her welfare. But in a new development, it seems some recourse has come her way as a medical doctor, Ola Brown has given update on plans being made to return the young lady’s life back to normal.
Dr Brown had revealed in June of 2020, that she’s been making progress ever since the sex tape incident which ruined her life and led to her being expelled. Dr Brown said,
“I know not many people will care, but there are some people that followed the story of ‘Babcock girl’ “I am so proud of the progress she is making academically/psychologically/ spiritually.
“Hoping she will become one of the worlds best finance guru’s/economists “Every time she calls she has some new insight about the wonderful world of finance/accounting/economics.
“She is smart, passionate & focused. She reads widely and deeply. She understands complex topics easily. “I see her at the IMF/AFDB or some other global finance institution She will NOT be defined by the manner in which her privacy was violated by someone she trusted”
However, giving a more recent update, the doctor said that plans have been concluded for the lady to continue her studies abroad while on a scholarship.
“Just made her scholarship payment. She will be travelling out to study in the next few months. Future head of the IMF/World Bank loading by God’s grace.” the doctor said.

A man kidnapped his ex-wife at knife-point and stuffed her inside a blue sports bag before dragging her to a forest for a “romantic date”.
Video footage below shows “jealous” Yaroslav Fokin, 35, a former special forces officer wheeling silver medalist runner Elena Rukhlyada, 34, out of her flat in Novosibirsk, south Russia.
Fokin carefully wheeled the bag to the carpark before driving off to a remote forest, where he released her and gave her a bouquet of flowers during the bizarre “romantic date”.
Police later found the athlete unharmed after she was reported missing and arrested Fokin. He was found guilty of kidnapping by the Zaeltsovsky District Court and is currently serving a four-and-a-half year sentence in a maximum-security prison.
Elena, who won a silver medal in the 2011 Mountain Running World Championship, has now recounted her terrifying ordeal at the hands of her ex-husband.
Speaking to Russian paper Komsomolskaya Pravda, she said: “I was very scared at that moment because about a month before he had got mad and told me ‘I’ll kill you. Slowly.’
“That’s why I decided to not fight back.
Describing former special forces officer Fokin as “very jealous,” she said: “He always tried to limit me, in all terms.”
Elena said Fokin burst into her kitchen in July last year, tying her and a friend up, before she was stuffed into a sports bag.
“I was trying to chew the tape to release myself but understood that there was no way I could escape.
“I thought it was the end.”
“I did not interfere as he was evil and could use the knife. He brought me to a place in the forest and presented me with flowers like it was a romantic date.”
According to Elena, she is worried about what will happen when Fokin leaves prison.
“I will do everything possible to minimise contact with him. I want to appeal to the state to provide me with protection after he is freed.
“I don’t need any money or alimony from him. I want to think that he simply doesn’t exist. It’s scary when you can’t even freely walk outside your house without someone watching you.”
Babajide Sanwo-olu wants to meet the little boy who was seen in a viral video, asking his mom who wanted to beat him, to calm down.
The Lagos State Governor commended the young boy for his sobriety and urged Lagosians to emulate and demonstrate his sense of self-restraint at this time the world is combating the scourge of COVID-19.
In his words;
“I saw a video of one charming young boy online asking his mom to ‘calm down’ as she was set to punish him for his misdemeanour. I was moved by his sobriety, which reflected in his promise of “last chance”, when confronted with the fact that he is a regular offender.
The exchange was indeed funny, but it depicts the efforts parents put in moulding children into responsible adults. I want to assume that his mom indeed calmed down because the appeal was moving enough to make anyone change their mind.
Interestingly, the video inspired this special message to the good people of Lagos State because of the deeper meaning it conveys. Fellow Lagosians, we need to ‘calm down’ as we enjoy the coming holiday and festivity.
It is a commemoration of Prophet Ibrahim’s heart of sacrifice and faith in Allah.
We need to emulate and demonstrate his sense of self-restraint at this time the world is combating the scourge of COVID-19.
We need to be moderate in our celebration and also observe prescribed protocols towards defeating the deadly coronavirus, which are, maintaining social distancing, washing and sanitizing our hands, and using our face masks.
The world needs responsibility and commitment of its people to oust coronavirus.
I urge every Lagosian to ‘calm down’ and not get carried away by the ‘excitement of the moment’. Like the rest of the world, we are still in the middle of a pandemic and need to remain extremely careful to keep the gains of the sacrifices we have all made in the past months. Let’s calm down!
Meanwhile, I would like to meet the young boy since we both have exclusive right to the phrasal verb ‘calm down”
I saw a video of a charming young boy online asking his mom to ‘calm down’ as she was set to punish him for a misdemeanour. I was moved by his sobriety, which reflected in his promise of “last chance”, when confronted with the fact that he is a regular offender.

Although there was a tie between Lucy, Neo and Ozo, the 29 year old came winner by throwing the highest number on the die.

The business involved a modality in which the people of the community were investing money and were receiving high amounts as their returns.
However, the owner of the investment business reportedly ran away from the community with the payments made by their customers without the knowledge of Chioma and her brother. In anger, the youths abducted Chioma and her colleagues and held them hostage in the bush.
Narrating her ordeals after she was rescued from the kidnappers’ den, Chioma revealed that she was repeatedly raped by boys from the community while others used hands, rods and sticks and inserted them into her private part.
“After they finished molesting me, they said my elder brother must have sex with me. They carried my brother, beat him up thoroughly and ordered him to start having sex with me.
My brother told them that it was against our culture. They insisted that he must do it and pointed a gun at his head. My brother had no option than to have sex with me,” she added.
Police eventually got wind of the incident and stormed the forest, killing two persons and rescued the victims.

The police in Ogun State have rescued a six-year-old girl after her stepmother, Abimbola, allegedly tortured her with nails at their residence in Ijagba, in the Sagamu Local Government Area of the state.
The little girl’s plight was brought to the notice of the police by a non-governmental organization, Olanrewaju Omo-George Foundation, after it received reports from concerned neighbors about the horrific treatment her father Taiwo Onabanjo and his new wife meted out on the minor. The foundation’s supervisor, Christopher Onuegbu, said immediately the report was received, a complaint was made at the Sagamu police division and the couple were immediately arrested.
“We received a distress call that a stepmother had been torturing a child with nails. The stepmother used the nails to inflict injuries on her head and body, and we asked for the location and the person said it was in Ijagba, Sagamu. I informed our secretary to report the incident at the Sagamu Police Station, where two policewomen accompanied our secretary to the address and arrested the stepmother.
During the arrest, the neighbours came out and testified that the woman had been maltreating the child. A call was made to the husband and when he came, he supported his wife and the Divisional Police Officer arrested him. The child has been running a temperature because she was brutalised from head to toe; we took her to the Skylack Medical Hospital, where she is receiving treatment.
We are trying to locate the biological mother of the child, who is said to be in Ijebu-Igbo. Our foundation has decided to settle the victim’s medical bills and sponsor her education until she graduates from higher institution.” Onuegbu said
Confirming the incident, the spokesperson of the state police command, Abimbola Oyeyemi, said the husband had been released. He added that the stepmother is being held and interrogated at the Sagamu Divisional Police headquarters while the victim has been taken to hospital for medical attention.
He said the suspect would be charged to court once the investigation is concluded.

Dorathy is undoubtedly one of the most talked about housemate of the fifth edition of the reality show. In a conversation she shad recently, Dorathy disclosed that her family warned her not to return back home after the show is over.
She revealed this during the Tuesday diary session with Big Brother, as she used the opportunity to disclose the surprising revelation after Big Brother asked her if she thinks she can win the grand prize.
The busty 24-year-old then explained that she has high hopes in winning the grand prize as she needs the money so much because her family told her not to return back to the house after the show.
This was made known by Kiddwaya during the Thursday night arena games. During the games, housemates were made to answer questions about each other, and Kiddwaya answered the question about Dorathy.
In his question tag, Kiddwaya was asked to name the housemate whose celebrity crush is Dino Melaye.

Music executive, Ubi Franklin has revealed he attempted suicide multiple times three years ago.
The Father of four made the disclosure on social media while reacting to the heartbreaking video of Izuchukwu Madubueze reading his suicide note before shooting himself dead.
His post reads ;
SAD VIDEO TO WATCH – I watched this video of IZU reading out his suicide note before he took his life and i remembered doing this several times 3 years ago unsuccessfully and I am here today.
I got bullied so much on Instagram in the last two years that I started getting depressed again and this time I told myself “ubi” who are these people talking about you? Do you know them or their families? Everyone has something their hiding and won’t tell the public but go on social media to bully others of things that they also have done or their parents have or their brothers, sisters and friends have done.
Why bother your self with people who contribute nothing to your life? Are you the first to have a failed marriage? Are you the first to have kids from 4 different women? Have your learnt from your past? Then came the big question, How can you do better ? So I started using my platform to speaker against the mistakes I have made in life that I feel can he avoided by someone watching my lives or reading about how I have turned my dark days into brighter and beautiful days and letting people know the truth that is not always told on social media.
Social media is full of controlled narratives, the things that don’t make social media that I know are many.
Do married men come on social media to say they have multiple girl friends? Or do married women come on social media to they have a side guy/guys? Do all the Big girls on social media tell how they made their money to live the lives that you are depressed about?
Stop Bullying people on social media, it’s another Pandemic on its own.
You are not any perfect and you will never be,
When you see people’s struggles on social media and you judge them and then forgetting how horrible you are in your own controlled reality life and how you can’t even feed, how you sleep with married men to make money or how your parents have stolen from Government to send your to school.
Before you bully or criticize people check yourself first.
Suicide is never an option I am here today because I know there is got to be more.
God Bless you all and remain blessed

According to the actress, one needs to have content to thrive in the industry and she’s also a child of grace.
In a chat with Saturday Beats, Etiko said
‘’having a nice shape was not what made me popular, whether you’re sexy or not you must have content. You can’t be a star by being beautiful or fair or voluptuous. Sexiness and beauty can only make people like you but it won’t keep you there for long.
‘’My ‘sexiness’ didn’t give me any special privilege, although it’s an added advantage. Another thing that helped me is that I carry grace. When you have the grace to make it, no one can stop you.”
