Late Olamide Alli, who was murdered by her fiancé, Chris Ndukwe, appears to have had concerns about marrying him and she made her plight known to her friends in a voice note that has now been shared online.
In the VN, which is from 2 years ago, Olamide told her friend that her wedding to Chris has been scheduled for October of that year, however, she wasn’t sure she wanted to get married to him.
She shared how they’ve known each other for years and they have two kids together, but she doesn’t want kids to be the only reason she’s getting married.
Given her reason why she was having second thoughts about marrying Chris, Olamide said she wasn’t sure they know each other well enough.
The wedding didn’t hold again in October 2018 as it was postponed to August of 2020. Unfortunately, he murdered her in June 2020, leaving behind their sons, aged 7 and 3.
According to details of their tragic incident, it’s said that before killing her, Chris locked her up in his room, put on loud music, then tied her up, covered her mouth with a duct tape, before proceeding to pull out her braids from the roots, one after the other. He then stabbed her multiple times.
While hers was a slow painful death, Chris committed suicide afterwards. The voice note was shared by activist, Esther Ijiwere. She advised women to leave if they aren’t certain about a relationship.

He questions the reason why there’s been the call disband the police who are one of the major stakeholders of brutality against black people and says it’s because an experiment is being done on an alternative means to enforce security by the use of microchips implants.
His statement has been deemed insensitive and embarrassing for a man his stature and as such, has made him a subject of discussion on Nigerian social media, which is why he’s trending.

Effect of OVER DEPENDENCY in Nigerian societies.

Nollywood actress and nudist, Amara Maduka , has proffered a compelling solution to rape.
In a recent interview with NewTelegraph, the actress cum nudist, shared her opinion on the notion that pornography contributed to the increase in rape cases.
She said ;
“In my opinion adult contents has nothing to do with rape. As a matter of fact, rape would reduce if the society embraced adult contents instead of frown at it. It’s basic knowledge that mankind will always long for the forbidden fruit.
Because it’s a big deal, people are going to always crave it. But if it’s embraced and the men know that a woman’s body is just a body.
Everyone has one and it’s not a big deal to see a woman’s body because their sisters have one and their mothers have one, then they would see every woman as human and not an object.
And whatever happened to masturbating? They have plastic vagina now and they won’t burn in hell for wanking when they’re horny, instead of raping they should probably watch some “adult contents” and masturbate. And all that aside, people really need to practice self control”.

The Presiding Bishop of the Living Faith Church A.K.A Winners Chapel, Bishop David Oyedepo, has described the coronavirus pandemic as an anti-church virus.
Oyedepo said COVID-19 is strategy of the devil and his human agents to stop the growth of the church all over the world.

”Coronavirus is nothing but anti-church virus. Now, freedom of worship is no longer a constitutional right. It is now determined by certain individuals. This is no longer coronavirus, at least in two states- Lagos and Ogun, this is anti-church virus. Caution must be exercised”
He continued saying ;
“Can anybody silence the church? Never. I have never heard of anybody that got healed in the market but God heals people in the church day and night. We have recorded 114 coronavirus healing testimonies, we got 10 this week. And that is the place that is vulnerable and not the market.
“This is anti-church virus we are fighting. It is the grand design of the devil globally to see how he can silence the church.
