BBN’s Tacha and rapper, Zlatan finally make peace months after Zlatan’s freestyle about her body odour

Big Brother Naija reality TV star, Tacha and Nigerian rapper, Omoniyi Temidayo Raphael, better known as Zlatan, look like they’ve finally made peace with themselves following an exchange they had on social media recently.

It should be recalled that the pair have not necessarily been in good terms for a while now since the serial entrepreneur and vlogger was disqualified from the reality TV show last year.

Their animosity started when after Tacha was disqualified from the show, Zlatan made a video mocking her and referenced her ‘body odour‘ which had been a topic of conversation in and out of the Big Brother House before her disqualification.

Fans of the brand influencer, who call themselves “Titans” took to hitting heavy at the rapper, dragging him by the neck on the streets of social media and even made sure the rapper lost the Headies’ “Next Rated” award to Rema, by voting massively for the latter.

Well, a quick move to yesterday, it looks like the rapper extended Tacha an olive branch, as he took to his page to congratulate her on her new endorsement.

“TACHA U NO GO KILL PERSON. Congrats” He tweeted.

Quoting his tweet, Tacha replied:

“Kapaichumarimarichopaco Thank you, congrats to you too”

So it’s safe to say that the duo have buried the hatchet once and for all.

Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina who talked on a radio programme accused some Governors of prioritizing the quest for money over the need to overcome the disease in the state.

He went on to reveal why the Federal Government provided funds to the Lagos state government to fight the outbreak of the disease in the state.

Adesina said;

“The Federal Government assisted Lagos State with N10 billion for its commitment and only because it was satisfied that the government of Lagos started on the right footing, rolling out proper plans and mobilising its fund to fight the pandemic.

“Lagos State was only scouting for technical, manpower and facility supports, not financial support.

“The Buhari government felt obliged to lend a financial hand not because it was asked to, but because it was convinced it should.”

Coronavirus Is Found in Semen of Covid-19 Patients ; new research shows the virus could be sexually transmitted.

The new coronavirus has been found in the semen of infected individuals, according to Chinese researchers, raising the prospect that the virus could be sexually transmitted, the wall street journal reports.

Patients in China who donated samples several days after their virus symptoms had faded were found to show evidence of Covid-19.

One of the patients in the study, at Shangqui Municipal Hospital in Henan Province, tested positive for Covid-19 in his semen 16 days after coming down with the virus and three days after clinical recovery.

“Abstinence or condom use might be considered as preventative means for these patients,” the study, published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, said.

Public health officials earlier warned people not to have sex if they have symptoms of coronavirus, but this was to avoid transmission via droplets coming out of infected people’s noses and mouths and entering bodies of other people via their mouths, noses or eyes.

However, the result of the new research has led officials to believe that the virus could also be transmitted via the semen.

“I killed them because of N4m” – Leader of kidnapping gang that killed three UNIPORT, RSU students tell police (Photos)

The Rivers state police command has in a new development, paraded five suspected murderers of three University students in the state.

The Anti-cultism unit of the State’s police command had on the 1st of May, arrested members of a kidnapping gang who abducted and killed three students identified as Nelson Nwafor and Fortune Obemba —students of the Rivers State University, RSU— and one Joy Adoki, a student of Management Science in the University of Port Harcourt, UNIPORT.

The undergraduates were said to have been abducted on April 7 2020 before their murder. After an extensive investigation, the suspects were apprehended and one of them led security operatives to the shallow grave where the three students had been buried.

While briefing journalists at the police headquaters in Port Harcourt, Commissioner of police, Joseph Gobum Mukan said the three victims were kidnapped at Choba.

He disclosed that one AK-47, three magazines and 72 rounds of live ammunition were recovered from the kidnappers.

Leader of the kidnap gang, Bright Iheachi, who led police to the arrest of other gang members, stated that he ordered the killing because one of the victims ran away with his N4 million.

He said the initial target was Nelson Nwafor who he claims betrayed him and fled to Ghana with his N4 million share of an undisclosed deal they struck last year.

He then stated that he organized for Nelson to be kidnapped. However, on the day of the abduction, Nelson was with Fortune and Joy who were then abducted along with him.

“I was the person that ordered my colleagues to kill the three of them, but it was Nelson that I had wanted them to kill, but I later changed my mind and decided that the three of them be killed” he said.

Mr Bright Obemba, the distraught father of late Fortune, said the boy was his only son. He said no amount of money given to him would bring back his son.

President Buhari has since condemned the attack and has ordered that justice must be served.
