The video has left social media users wondering what could have made people to keep flogging the floor when the poverty does not live there.

Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission,(EFCC) from the Benin Zonal Office on Wednesday October 9, 2019 arrested a suspected internet fraud kingpin, Akegor Godbless Omamuyorwi at his palatial home in Ughelli, Delta State.
The arrest of the 34-year-old alleged internet fraud kingpin, who is also a chief in his Agbaro Community, was triggered by a petition from a bank following complaint by a Canadian resident, who alleged that she had transferred the sum of $390,950.34 Canadian dollar to two different accounts in the same bank and suspects a scam.
Preliminary investigations showed that Omamuyorvi was involved in romance scam and presented himself as Mr Sheri Hunt, an oil worker in Milan, Italy to his victim.
He hoodwinked his ‘lover’ victim with the impression that he was sending her a package but demanded for money under the pretext of paying medical bills, legal fee and diplomatic fees.
To further give credence to his fraudulent activities in order to defraud his victim, he sent several emails purportedly from the Canadian Ambassador to Italy and the bank, persuading his victim to accede to his request.
The Commission has sealed his mansion in Ughelli and recovered two high-end cars, with personalized plate numbers from him.
Already, he has made useful statements and will be arraigned in court as soon as investigations are completed.
Nollywood actress, Nkechi Blessing Sunday has openly expressed her love for former BBNaija housemate, Omashola, saying she’s ready to be his girlfriend.

Mercy emerged the first female to win the BBNaija competition beating fellow housemates Mike, Frodd, Omashola and Seyi to win the coveted grand prize worth N60 million.
After 99 days of excitement, intrigues, suspense and nail biting drama, Big Brother Naija Pepper Dem season came to a rousing end at the final live eviction show on Sunday night.
From the five finalists in the house, Mike and Frodd emerged first and second runner ups, while Omashola and Seyi came fourth and fifth respectively.
Mercy joins the ranks of Efe and Miracle, both of whom are winners of BBNaija seasons two and three respectively.
The live show extravaganza marked the finale of the show’s fourth edition and also featured high-energy performances from award-winning artistes Tiwa Savage, M.I and Patoraking with DJ Obi and DJ SSnatch entertaining the crowd.

Venita has finally reacted after Omashola during the Live Grand Finale of Big Brother Naija called out the former, and tagged her as a “Sbhonyonyo” which literally means, “The Ugliest Mermaid in the World”.
Ebuka had asked Omashola if there was going to be a future between himself and Venita.. But the 3rd Runner up, who had clearly described Venita as a ‘Sbhonyonyo’, said nothing of such is going to happen.
Venita has now reacted to Omashola’s outburst.
She wrote; “I believe in a Nigeria, where when a woman says “NO” , she should NOT be subject to sexual harassment, physical inappropriateness , verbal or tribal abuses.”
A user to tried to justify Omashola’s action replied to her, writing; “He’s not angry you said “NO” he questioned your loyalty to your team and betrayal. Don’t narrow it to gender context.. I’m Delta and also Urhobo, I supported you two but let’s be honest with instead of throwing sub.. then you came to the last Saturday night party and start telling him you are angry with him, now you are playing the NO card when you know the origin of the anger. It’s not about your NO but spitting him with the green Band.”
Venita then responded as this: “yes I wear my green band because my team genuinely cares for me and I for them. There’s footage of Seyi and Ike discussing how I did NOT share info across BOTH teams!! I was NEVER given a red band by any member at ANY point of my stay”.
Another user who pleaded with Venita to forgive Omashola for what he did wrote; “Please if this is about yesterday’s talk, please I beg you let it go! Person not wroth it, comment dumb! I wish you knew where you are placed in our eyes. Lion no dey follow pig drag gutter o.”
Responding to the Instagram User, Venita wrote; “You don’t get to physically be inappropraite or verbally abusive to any woman based on rejection. I listed all the good qualities of this man as to why he should be in the finale. Gave him the most of my coin. Was the only housemate to support him physically during a challenge he felt disadvantaged due to injury. I was very defensive during workout with one of our trainers. Yes we may have not always seen eye to eye. But you don’t get to slander me for over 2 months straight. What is the BASIS of the bitterness?!”

Sharing a voicenote she got from a concerned fan who seems to be leader of a group, Tacha’s management were accused of lying about the money they received and making no impact in the life of the disqualified Big Brother Naija housemate who the money was meant for.

Scotland has become the first country in the United Kingdom to make smacking children a criminal offence.
The ban on all physical punishment was backed by 84 votes to 29 by the Scottish Parliament on Thursday afternoon (Oct. 3). The bill was introduced by Scottish Greens MSP John Finnie.
He argued that, ‘Physical punishment has no place in 21st century‘.
The law change is aimed at giving children the same protection from assault as adults. But parents and carers are only allowed to use ‘reasonable‘ physical force in order to discipline children.
Reacting to the passage of the bill, Mr Finne said it sent a ‘strong message‘ that violence is never acceptable.
He said,
‘I am absolutely delighted that the Scottish Parliament has taken this historic and courageous step.
‘The leadership shown by MSPs will send a strong message that violence is never acceptable in any setting, and that our children deserve at least the same legal protections that adults enjoy.
‘Physical punishment has no place in 21st century Scotland. The international evidence tells us that it can have serious impacts on children, and that it is not effective.
‘As I have progressed this campaign over the last three years, it has become clear just how many people believed that striking a child was already outlawed.
‘I am extremely proud to have brought forward the legislation that will enhance children’s rights in Scotland and believe that today we have taken a huge step toward making Scotland the best country in the world for children to grow up in.’
Mr Finnie earlier addressed critics of the Bill, who suggested it could criminalise parents.
He said,
‘There is no evidence that a change to the law results in increased prosecutions in any of the more than 50 countries where some of the reforms have taken place.
‘In fact, this change in the law in Ireland prompted more parents to contact services to ask for help and support with alternative disciplining techniques.
‘Surely this is something which should be welcomed, and an encouraging consequence of a positive legal change.’
