A Detroit woman is lucky to be alive after she was shot 11 times by her wife during an argument about infidelity in their marriage.
According to Fox 2 Detroit, Airrion Wallace confronted her wife of 12 years after discovering she committed adultery and told her that they needed to file for divorce.
During their argument, Wallace threatened to bring another woman into their home so her wife could understand how it feels to be cheated on.
Wallace’s wife shot her in the vagina four times, four times in the leg, and three times in the stomach. Airrion was in critical condition and underwent emergency surgery and two blood transfusions.
Narrating what happened, Wallace said: “I was telling her that we needed to get a divorce. Because I can handle a lot of things but I can’t handle infidelity. You made me uncomfortable at home, don’t be surprised if I have another female in here. I don’t know why I said that, and she said ‘You want to play with me?’ And looked at me and pulled out a gun.”
She added that she begged during the shooting, saying: “I’m like OK. OK, I hear you, I’m not going to do it”. And she kept going.”
She said she remaned conscious after the shooting and found a way to flee from her home.
“I had to gather as much strength as I could, to get down my stairs and get outside. As soon as I opened the door there were people out there. I said please call the police.”
Wallace’s wife was arrested and she told police she acted in self-defense.
She said: “She wanted me to die because she always felt if she can’t have me, no one could have me.”
The wife has not been formally charged.

Nollywood actor cum politician, Yul Edochie has stated that Nigerian people are a big part of the problem which includes the country’s leaders.
In a series of tweets, Yul Edochie revealed that the people are a part of Nigeria’s problem because they only want to vote for the politician who has money to dole out.
According to the actor cum politician, ‘I always thought our problem was our leaders till I joined politics and realized the people are also a big part of the problem. If you run for office and you don’t have money to share, even your village people will leave you and support a well known kidnapper who is sharing money’.
He also said, ‘yes our leaders have failed us for so long but running out of the country is not the best option. Who go fix am? Then we are treated as 3rd class citizens abroad. We need all hands on deck, all voices. The fewer the opposition, the easier it is for the oppressor to carry on’.
A tragic incident occurred at the Federal College of Education in Pankshin community of Plateau State on Monday September 2, as a final year student of the institution was killed by lightning.
The 27-year-old student of the Social Studies/Music Department identified as Ponyak Danladi, was killed by a lightning strike at Agric gate while heading home after an exam.
He was reportedly sitting for his final examination in National Certificate in Education (NCE) before the sad incident occurred. The corpse of the deceased has been deposited at the Pankshin General Hospital.

Actress, Angela Okorie took a long walk back to the memory lane as she celebrated her son on his 8th birthday today September 5.

Popular Nigerian Singer, Davido, today had an interview with Beat FM today, and he spoke about his upcoming wedding to his longtime girlfriend, Chioma.
The singer also addressed rumours that she is pregnant.
The 27 year old singer who had his wedding introduction on Monday September 2nd, said their wedding will hold in 2020.
“We have not started all that plans yet. 2020 is the year for sure”, the singer said.
When asked to confirm if she is expecting, Davido replied: “Wait and see now.”
When reminded that it was on the radio station that he revealed his second baby mama, Amanda, was expecting his daughter Hailey, Davido responded, “This one is special”

Evicted Big Brother Naija housemate, Esther has cleared the air on rumours, that love interest, Frodd had washed her underwear.
Recall that Frodd had been the topic of discussion for many viewers on social media a couple of days ago when a photo emerged online and the narrative was that he had been washing Esther’s underwear in the house all in the name of love.
The photo trended online and majority of Nigerians on social media were furious with him for doing so. Many of them expressed that the housemate should receive a strike or be voted out.
Now, Esther, having being evicted and on a media tour, has cleared the air on it saying Frodd never washed her underwear.

Tiwa Savage has canceled her appearance at the DSTV Delicious Festival in South Africa due to the xenophobic attacks on Nigerians.
This action was taken as a result of the xenophobic attacks carried out by South Africans against foreigners mostly Nigerians in their country, which has led to an outrage on social media and the media.
In her recent post shared on twitter, the singer condemned killings of innocent Nigerians and therefore will not be performing at the upcoming DSTV delicious Festival in Johannesburg on the 21st of September. She wrote;
“I refuse to watch the barbaric butchering of my people in SA. This is SICK. For this reason I will NOT be performing at the upcoming DSTV delicious Festival in Johannesburg on the 21st of September. My prayers are with all the victims and families affected by this.”
South African rapper, AKA, is calling for peace between Nigeria and South Africa following the controversy surrounding the recent xenophobic attacks on Nigerians and other foreign Nationals in South Africa.
This comes a day after the South African rapper was seriously dragged online by Nigerians, as well as celebrities like Vector, Burna Boy, Ycee, Perruzi, Skales, and many others for being insensitive on the issue.
Taking to Twitter this morning, AKA wrote: ‘PLEASE!!! Can we STOP. We are going to make things worse for everybody on both sides. We need each other! … please. Can we stop. We are supposed to be leading our people.’
The Lagos State Government through Gbenga Omotoso, the commissioner for Information and strategy has reacted to the attacks on Shoprite Complexes at Jakande and Sangotedo Area of Ajah by some unidentified people claiming to be acting in retaliation against the attacks on Nigerians in South Africa.
The state government said, ‘these attacks are condemned as they are against the Nigerian spirit of accommodation and benevolence that the country in general and Lagos State in particular is noted for.
The Federal Government is in dialogue with South African Authorities to stop this obnoxious act. We appeal to our compatriots to eschew violence and any unlawful acts. The Lagos State Government wishes to reiterate its commitment to providing a conducive atmosphere where businesses are conducted without hindrances.
The security agencies have been directed to ensure that law and order prevail in all parts of the State, even as Lagosians are advised to go about their activities without any fear.
Gombe State Police Command on Tuesday paraded some suspected cyber fraudsters. One of them, 16-year-old Gabriel Michael, said he was influenced by the lifestyle and songs of a Nigerian musician, Naira Marley, Punch reports.
While the police said that the suspected internet fraudster is 18 years old, the suspect identified as Gabriel Michael insisted that he is just 16 years old.
“I learnt hacking through tutorials on YouTube; for so many months I was at it. The lifestyle of a Nigerian musician, Naira Marley, the way he spends money influenced me. Marley talks about being a Yahoo boy (cyber fraudster). My addiction to computer started at the age of seven,” Michael said.
“I’m 16 years old, from Kaltungo Local Government Area of Gombe State. I finished from the Nationwide Academy in Gombe. I was arrested for hacking into someone’s account.
“I generate software like IP protocol, Angry IP scans, linos and I use them to do the job” he added.
Pleading for mercy when paraded before newsmen, Michael said he can channel his skills to legal ventures but has no one to encourage him.
“I regret my actions. I pray to be pardoned, so that I can use my talent in other to work for them (law enforcement agency). I can channel my ideas to legal ventures but the challenge has always been that nobody encourages one to use his talent to do good things. For instance, friends will push you to do so because you are making money. My ambition is to work hard to become a member of the Department of Security Services.”
On how he has been able conceal what he does from his parents, the suspect said he hides under the cover of his everyday job which is aluminum works.
“I hide under the cover of my job; I’m into aluminum works. My parents did not suspect my heinous activities,” he said.
Revealing how he was able to hack into the bank account of one Deborah Tanko to withdraw N187,000, Michael said;
“Once you can guess a name or number you will formulate it. Usually, I start from getting your telephone number from your social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. After getting your names, telephone number and your bank, I will formulate it, and attempt to get your personal data base from the bank and thereafter generate your token for transaction. I don’t usually exceed two attempts; if you do it thrice, you will be caught.”
Punch reported that the state’s Police Public Relations Officer, SP Mary Malum said Michael was arrested on August 30, 2019 around the PZ Quarters ( a commercial area of Gombe) for fraud, cheating and cybercrime.
“Michael used his computer to hack into Tanko’s account and withdrew the sum of N187,100 cash from her GT Bank account and the suspect has confessed to the crime. Exhibits recovered from Michael include one mobile handset, N10,000 cash, two pairs of shoes and clothes, amounting to about N33,000. The items were bought with the proceeds of the illegal withdrawal.
“The suspect is under investigation with a view to charging him to court. In line with the IGP’s vision and mission of the Operation Puff Adder meant to reclaim the public space from heinous criminal elements that are threatening internal security, the Gombe State Police Command is determined to ensure that Gombe State remains peaceful.”

Taking to her IG page the ex reality TV star said, “shame on South Africa. Shame on our government. Shame on everyone who enables xenophobic attacks on Nigerians in South Africa. Shame on us all.”

An angry Nigerian lady has called on President Buhari and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo to take drastic action to stop the recurring Xenophobic attacks on Nigerians in South Africa.

Burna Boy’s girlfriend, Stefflon Don has helped a Nigerian man with money to sort out the medical bills for his sick mum.
The Nigerian man approached Stefflon Don on social media with complains that his mum needed money to help treat cancer.
Responding to the man’s predicament, Stefflon Don offered him 6k without even having much information about him.
A lady who reacted to the kids gesture by the singer expressed shock at her boldness to trust a Nigerian.
According to her, had it been she was Stefflon Don, the moment she saw the message come from a Nigerian, she would have flagged it off as scam.

Usually, the norm at most weddings is for guests to move to the reception hall after the white wedding but interestingly, the young couple, Blessing and Adewale indicated otherwise for their wedding in Yaba.
After the wedding invitation went viral, receiving mixed reactions, some friends of the couple decided to throw them a surprise reception party.
The groom Adewale Yusuf, who is a tech guru, said ‘so the weekend was full of drama as our wedding IV trended because of our #NoReception decision. I’m glad my wife is laughing about it now, because it wasn’t funny over the weekend. Thanks to everyone that insulted or defended us, we’re happy with our decision’.
Explaining how he was tricked to a reception by his colleagues, Adewale Yusuf said they only wanted a small wedding but got dragged into a surprise wedding reception which was all paid for by his mentors and friends.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Lagos Zonal office, has arrested one Darlington John Irmahia, for alleged internet fraud.
Darlington, 26, a graduate of Fine and Applied Art , was arrested on Tuesday, August 8, 2019 , at a restaurant in Lekki ,Lagos.
The EFCC operative in an earlier operation had seized a vehicle allegedly belonging to Darlington who fled the scene, abandoning his vehicle. In an attempt to retrieve the vehicle, through a proxy, luck ran out of him when the operatives denied the proxy access to the car and trailed him to a restaurant where Darlington was arrested.
At the point of arrest, fraudulent documents, and phonographic videos were recovered. The suspect would soon be arraigned in court.
On-air personality, Daddy Freeze has made up his mind to boycott South African products, after the xenophobic attack on Nigerians going on in the country.
He also vowed to gradually boycott all South African products in reaction to the current wave of xenophobic attacks in the country.
‘After seeing the pictures and videos, I have made up my mind! Personally, I have boycotted South Africa and gradually I’m boycotting all South African products. I won’t enrich a nation that treats my brothers and sisters like animals’ he wrote.
2face Idibia has called out Hushpuppi for attacking Nigerian celebrities who are yet to speak up against the recent Xenophobic attacks against Nigerians.
In a post shared on his IG page, Hushpuppi blasted Nigerian celebrities for not speaking up against the recent attacks.
His post read
“After you all will want to post them and claim they are your besties, FUCK ALL MY SOUTH AFRICAN FRIENDS THAT DONT SEE THIS AS A PROBLEM AND FUCK YOU NIGERIAN CELEBRITIES THAT DONT SEE THIS AS A PROBLEM ENOUGH TO SPEAK ABOUT TILL NOW”
2Face was apparently displeased by Hushpuppi’s post attacking Nigerian celebrities and reacted. In a comment he left under Hushpuppi’s post, 2face wrote
“Dear @hushpuppi this is absolutely uncalled for. There’s a real sad problem here. Its a good thing for you to speak about it but don’t start turning celebrities to being the problem cos they are not. If u want 2 fight for your people its fine. U don’t have the right 2 harrass another person for not speaking up YET cos u don’t live in their heads. U don’t know what plans they have. U don’t know whats going on in their hearts. Pls let us be guided . One love.”
