Daddy Freeze has reacted to Evangelist Victor Edet’s who claims gospel singer, Tope Alabi will not make heaven if she refuse to stop wearing weavons, artificial nails, makeup earrings’ etc.
The media personality in his counter-statement to the claim, stated that when people listen to untaught preachers, they end up with a warped understanding of Christ. Revealing that Christianity has no dress code, Daddy Freeze however added that ‘Churchism & bornagainism’ two false, pagan religions, based on the ideas of men, do.
He wrote;
This one is an intellectual midget with a blattodean brain, exhibiting a paucity of scriptural understanding and suffering from spiritual discohesion. ?
–
When you listen to untaught preachers, you can only end up with a warped understanding of Christ.
–
Christianity has NO dress code but ‘Churchism’ & ‘bornagainism’ two false, pagan religions, based on the ideas of men, do.
–
The scriptures say:
? 1 Peter 3:3 ?
NIV
Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as elaborate hairstyles and the wearing of gold jewelry or fine clothes.
–
This in no way implies that these things are bad, it just says they shouldn’t define your beauty.
–
Another scripture quoted out of context is:
–
? 1 Timothy 2:9 ?
NLT
And I want women to be modest in their appearance. They should wear decent, appropriate clothing and not draw attention to themselves by the way they fix their hair or by wearing gold or pearls or expensive clothes.
–
Women should be descent, but who or what defines decency, has always been a dilemma.
If you wear a nice decent wig or weave, that wont attract attention, but if you wear a hip long multicolored wig or weave that definitely will draw attention, Also, mild, well applied, modest make up won’t draw attention to you, but painting your face in uncomplimentary colors or making up like a drag queen would.
–
About expensive clothes, Christ didn’t wear rich clothes himself and this can clearly be found in his description of John the Baptist in:
? Luke 7:25 ?
NLT
Or were you expecting to see a man dressed in expensive clothes? No, people who wear beautiful clothes and live in luxury are found in palaces.
–
If Christ wore expensive clothes then this would perhaps read: “we that wear” instead of “people who”. Christ however didn’t have a problem with people dressed in expensive clothes.
–
Let’s remember that Christ did not tell his disciples to go out and start religions, but as humans they soon unwittingly found themselves teaching their followers religion.

I struggled not to do this but I couldn’t stand people that conned me, dancing right in front of my face just to humiliate me more. Couple of months ago bobrisky blocked me after threatening him that I would call on Nigerian bloggers to help me get my monies back from him/her. Bob and I got talking and he told me that he wouldn’t mind getting surgery done to improve his/her femininity to stop being ridiculed in Nigerian community as “ugly gay”. I felt sorry for him and told him that I can only loan him some money and that he must repay me before December 2018, he agreed and was over the moon. I got two transfers done for him, N2.5m and N5.5m. August 2018 he stopped calling me as usual and started replying my messages with “hmmmmm and Ok”. October 2018 I reminded him that I would need the money for some charity work and he stopped speaking to me totally up till date. You wonder why people are so mean financially to others these days. It breaks my heart as Nigerian justice system is zero and by the looks of things I would never have my money back???

Francis Agoda aka Comedian I Go Dye has issued a word of advice to all those who think social media is just an avenue for noisemakers to express themselves.
In a post he shared on Instagram, Francis Agoda revealed that social media is rather a means for social change because the outcry witnessed on social media has changed lots of lives.
He also advised people to make use of the various social media platforms to lend their voice towards ensuring that government see to the needs of people. According to him, doing such is better than opposing voices using social media to achieve such aim.
He wrote:
“FOR THOSE WHO THINK PEOPLE MAKE NOISE ON SOCIAL MEDIA YOU ARE WRONG. Social media is means of mass commmuncation that has given hope and caused uprising in many countries . It has created a means of protest to many issues, generating attention and mediums of social change and revolt against government, helping those who have oppressed to be heard. You may not believe in the out cry on social media, but I can gladly tell you that it has liberated many people and it’s the most formidable means of speaking and reaching out to the larger society in this 21st century. We can’t make progress as a nation if all we do is remain silent and take up arms as the only means of expressing our displeasure on certain issues against government.
Please try and lend your voice to any issue with positive outcome, instead of looking for easy means to castigate those whose voice of reason have impacted the course of a change. To further bring to your notice, the likes of Fela had no reason to speak against government at the time he did, because he wasn’t from a poor home, but he spoke against many people and government policies, which really changed a lot of issues.
I thank all the bloggers in Nigeria especially you for using your social media platforms for positive change. Words are powerful and there is nothing compared to the strength of collectively speaking against injustice or promoting the success of others in good faith. From Amb Francis Agoda logic and reason without guns“
A live snake disrupted legislative activities on Thursday, leaving lawmakers running for safety.
The snake dropped from the roof of the chamber, leaving lawmakers scampering for safety, according to a report by Channels TV.
Legislative activities were then suspended until the complex is renovated.
Speaking with newsmen, the chairman House committee on information, Gbenga Omole confirmed that the house had adjourned indefinitely following the deplorable condition of the hallowed chamber. Omole said that the house was about to seat on Wednesday when a snake dropped from the termite infested ceiling at the center of the chamber.
“Again, we were at the plenary when the ceiling caved in beside the speaker. Omole said “When we were about to enter into plenary, a big snake just ran out of the chamber which disrupted our sitting and we had to hurriedly leave the chamber
“We are about to seat again today when a ceiling caved in directly where Mr. Speaker was sitting, the whole house was agitated and when we look around we saw the damage the termite had done to most of the woodwork in the ceiling.
“At that point, we had to call ourselves and adjourned the sitting. That chamber is no longer safe for legislative business and because of that, we decided to adjourn indefinitely. The house will be going on an indefinite recess.
“We need to intimate the state governor Rotimi Akeredolu about this development and we have decided to meet him on this.
“The Governor is aware of the infrastructural decay here because of the things here are outdated and not too good for legislative business. “As at now, the House has not been given the autonomy we are agitating for, because if it has happened, we don’t need to consult the governor. You know how things are being run presently, every arm of government need to look up to the executive to get things done.
“But pending the approval of the legislative autonomy, we have to look towards the executive where the governor is in charge and we will have to appeal to him to come to our aid because we have a lot of business to do and there is a lot of bills to be treated.
“When I said we are going on recess, we will continue to come to our offices but sitting down in that chamber is what is not going to happen.
“We have written to Mr Governor for him to know what is happening here Omole, however, said
“We eventually killed the snake but there are a lot of reptiles hibernating in the roof of the chamber, and whenever it rains, the whole chamber is flooded.
