I want to share my piece as a Corp member in Edo state.. I use to believe that Nigeria police force can’t be trusted or do without taking bribe,. I was wrong.. I talked to the Area commander sapele road Benin city.. Who offers to help me solve the problem.. Thinking he will ask for money.. He said I should go that he will handle it.
My oppressor went to the AIG office Abuja to get arrest warrant from the IG and bribe top police officers to get me arrested and oppress me.. They came to Benin with plane and arrested me but with the help of AC sapele road I was released unconditionally, he even spent his own money to get me released.. I never knew him from Adam but he stood by me and stood for justice for a young corper.. He even supported me financially throughout my year of service.. Although I haven’t won the case yet but I want to appreciate this wonderful and fearless Officer and pray God bless him more.. This is the only way I can show gratitude.

“Why I don’t invite home based players to the National team” – Super Eagles Coach
Super Eagles Manager, Gernot Rohr, has blamed lack of patience on the part of the home-based players as one of the reasons why he has not been inviting them to the national team.
Rohr also said lack of action in the Nigeria Professional Football League also played a big role in his decision to stick with the foreign–based stars most of the times. Speaking with journalists at the weekend, Rohr said since his appointment two years ago, he had invited about 22 home-based players from the NPFL, but after just a cap, the next thing the players do is to travel outside the country.

He added that such players could not be called home-based again and the technical crew would have to start again with new set of footballers from the domestic league.
Rohr also argued that it was tough to get fit players from the domestic league since the season was on break for six to seven months while there were so many of them playing week-in-weekout for their respective clubs in Europe and other parts of the world.
“The problem is, anytime we invite a players from the local scene, few weeks later he is in Europe and no longer a home-based,” Rohr said.
“I have invited more than 22 home-based players but all of them are in Europe and every time we start all over again.
“All of them want to be in the national team, because they see it as a sure way to big money move. ”
I am not saying it’s a crime to travel out for greener pastures but they need good infrastructure back home to make them better players and make them to stay back.
“The organisation (of the league), the training facilities, the transport, not playing for six months, all these must change for them to be able to get better opportunity in the national team.

“She looks like a slave” – Nigerian writer slams Adesua Etomi’s vogue cover
A Nigerian writer, isn’t quite happy with the outcome of the latest Vogue Magazine cover, which featured gorgeous Nigerian actress, Adesua Etomi and so he took to his page to air his displeasure.

Oluwatosin Silverdam says Adesua looks more like a slave compared to the other ladies she shares the magazine front with – he says he’s not surprised as he feels the flaw is what made the picture not to go viral.
Read him below,
Honestly, I am not surprised this @adesuaetomi’s vogue magazine cover didn’t the break the internet. Although, this is a great feat and deserve somewhat celebration but sincerely speaking, this cover is quite disappointing. I’m not a hater, she looks like a slave on this cover. She looks so inferior compared to the other ladies on the cover, what did they do to her skin tone? She looks so bad and almost unrecognizable, when I first saw the cover, I didn’t even know she’s the one. @adesuaetomi is extremely beautiful but then again, she looks so odd and more like a slave to the other girls. She should have complained about the cover, this is not impressive at all. No wonder it didn’t break the internet. Anyway, some argued she doesn’t deserve this space, oh well, also the magazine regarded her as one of the biggest actresses in Africa. Seriously? Well, the likes of @genevievennaji, @realomosexy @ritadominic or even @funkejenifaakindele are veterans and they are too big for this type of cover, especially sharing space with other actresses. I would be disappointed if any of these big actresses accept this offer. But come to think of it, if @genevievennaji is actually on this cover, damn those melanin will be popping out gracefully…

I am afraid to go to school again – Little boy who survived Itafaji building collapse says
A Three-year-old survival of the recent building collapse at Ita Faji on Lagos Island, Kabiru Sasore, Monday said he is afraid of going to school again.
He said he was eating in his class when he suddenly heard a loud sound, thinking it was a bomb.
“I was eating in my class when my school collapsed, I heard a loud sound, and our school shook and all of us fell on each other. I was afraid and I didn’t want to go to school that day, I later saw a caterpillar. Though I am fine but my back is still painting me and my neck.”

He said he is afraid to go to school again because he does not want to experience the similar incident again.
His Aunty, Balikis Muhammed said he was discharged from the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH ) on Thursday, adding that he is still in medication and has an appointment in the hospital next Thursday.
“His mother, Idera, is not feeling fine due to the shock from the incident; she is currently on admission in the hospital. When I saw him in the hospital last Thursday, when he woke up in the hospital, what he told us was that they bombed his school, everybody shook and it was not fair. He was shouting the name of his friend from the same school who was by his bed side, that one was asleep but Kabiru continuously shouted his name and was banging on his bed till that one woke up, opened his eyes, shouted Daddy.”
Another survival, Farouk Abimbola, Seven years old, in Primary 3, said he was in his class and lectures were ongoing when the incident happened.
“We were in the class reading with our teacher when the building suddenly started shacking and it collapsed, I heard a loud sound and I saw pillars coming down. I later saw caterpillar then sand was covering my leg and my head; some people carried and removed me from the sand and took me to the hospital. My leg and my hand are still paining me.

His Aunty, Titilayo Kowobar, said he has been discharged from the hospital but he is still going for treatment. She said his other is currently undergoing treatment in the hospital.
“She is not in the right frame of mind, because her house has also been demolished. Now the family has no where to live; the father hangs around, the mother and Farouk stays with me, while their other children stays else whee,” she said.
I met Tonto Dikeh at a night club – Churchill
Olakunle Churchill, the estranged husband of actress Tonto Dikeh, has opened up on how he met her at a night club in Lagos before they proceeded to getting married.
Olakunle Churchill made this known in an interview with Azuka Ogujiuba in which he debunked claims that he squatted in the actress’s house during the initial stage of their relationship.

When asked on how he feels about the controversial publicity his relationship with the actress is getting, Olakunle Churchill said:
“At first l was bothered but later the whole scenario became a movie script, where the executive director, is the producer, script writer and actor all in the name of bringing down and tarnishing the image of your ex, to the extent that people who were not part of our marital plans or who were not even in the know of our marital issues were hired and cajoled to concoct lies against me. She claims to be the bread winner of her family. Is she the Nigerians President’s daughter?”
When asked if he truly met Tonto Dikeh at a night club called Escape, Olakunle Churchill said:
You mean squatting? This is ridiculous. Before I met the Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh, I was already one of the most successful young millionaires in Africa. I met her at a night club, during my brother’s birthday party in 2014 and it was about the same time I acquired the latest Benz cars. Three months after we met, she got pregnant. I have never really stayed in Nigeria for too long, because I do business in Ghana, although I have an office at Ikoyi. She visited me in Ghana several times and when she broke the news of her pregnancy three months into the relationship, I decided to visit her in Nigeria. I had to visit her often, because she was carrying my child.
I have never squatted or lived with her and the only time we stayed together was after the birth of my son, which came with the approval of her parents, after I had completely satisfied the traditional requirements for her dowry. I flew her to the United States to deliver my child in one of the best hospitals in America.
She stayed at my family house in London few months after delivery, before she returned to Nigeria. On her arrival, I had already prepared a well-furnished exquisite apartment for us – this was the first and only times we lived together until the divorce. We only lived together for six months.Still on the issue of squatting, it will interest you to know that Tonto will never marry or date a man who lacks prospects or is unsuccessful. She likes to live the life. We broke up in 2016 at a house I newly acquired for my mother in Lekki, Lagos State.
Our marriage was plagued with several frivolous claims of falsity, ranging from domestic violence to false allegations and all what not. I never laid my hands on her. I have never done that in my life before. She made up those things to discredit my philanthropic works. I am from a proper disciplined Yoruba home.I was well trained and brought up under the fear of God.
Marriage isn’t by force and so I encourage the entire public to shun the baseless sponsored social media propaganda which the actress has continued to fuel. It would eventually settle in the water-low.

It was recently reported that Tonto Dike was granted full custody of your son. Is this true?
Well, that was a sponsored publication from a cheap blackmailing blogger. It is not only false but absolutely misleading. Following an in-dept investigation by my legal team, it was revealed that there was no such judgement granted as the fake information which emanated from one blogger ‘Cutie Juls’, was a desperate move to defame my personality. This has been a continuous occurrence in the past three years to blackmail and justify the bidding of her paymaster.
It’s important to note also that my legal team has debunked and discredited the false publication of the alleged judgement by a customary court in Abuja granting my ex-wife full custody of our son.
This was made known through an official disclaimer that stated that the frivolous report was just a mere attempt to distract me and create baseless relevance. Interestingly, the standing court judgement ordered that all documents of our son must bear the father’s surname by right and that the international passport of King Andrea must be kept in the bank and shall not be released except with a written consent of both parties.
But she violated the court order by fraudulently obtaining another passport for my son bearing her surname to fly the little boy outside the country. This illegal acquisition of fresh passport for King Andrea with ‘Dikeh’ as a surname, is not only illegitimate but against the instruction of the court.
The public is by the disclaimer of my lawyers advised to disregard the fake news making the rounds on social media about the full custody of King Andrea Churchill granted by the court as it’s not only misleading but geared towards scoring cheap social relevance.”
