The 28-year-old mum later told investigators that she killed her daughter because she doesn’t want her to have sex with men.
“Rivera stated she stabbed her daughter while in the car, and while stabbing her she was attempting to make her more comfortable,” an investigator wrote in the report.
Rose who was charged with first-degree murder in the death of Aleyda Rivera, reportedly took the child to a man’s house and accused him of having sex with the girl. Rivera said she believed her daughter was having sex with men because she “smiled different,” the station reported, citing an affidavit. However after the deceased denied it, she stabbed her in the car.
Orange County Sheriff John Mina who spoke to newsmen, however said there appears to be no validity to Rivera’s claim that her daughter was sexually active.
“We believe that part of the investigation is unfounded,” Mina said, according to Orlando Weekly. “We are looking into that but don’t believe it to be credible, although we are still continuing the investigation.”

The suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter Onnoghen, was absent from the Tuesday’s proceedings of the Code of Conduct Tribunal, where he has been charged with six counts of non-declaration of assets.
Explaining his absence to the three-man Bench of the CCT, his lawyer, Chief Adegboyega Awomolo (SAN), said the suspended CJN developed a toothache which needed to be treated urgently.
To justify the defendant’s absence, Awomolo produced a medical report obtained by Onnoghen from the hospital where he was said to be receiving treatment.
The prosecuting counsel, Mr. Aliyu Umar (SAN), acknowledged that he had been given a photocopy of the medical report.
He noted that he would have expressed “an observation” about the medical report but for the comment of the doctor who signed it, stating that Justice Onnoghen had a high blood pressure of 410/121.
He also noted that the doctor also stated in the letter that the defendant needed to observe bed rest.
The tribunal, led by its chairman, Danladi Umar, had ruled on Monday that hearing in the case would hold daily.
However, following the concession by the prosecution and the recommendation in the medical report that the defendant needs a bed rest for 72 hours, the tribunal adjourned the case till March 18.

A discourteous student grabbed his teacher’s wig in class while his classmates watched, then proceeded to dribble her as she tried to collect her wig back from him.
In a video shared online, the teacher can be seen scolding the boy before he reached for her head, grabbed her wig and ran off to the surprise of the woman and other students.
He ran to the back of the class and began dancing with the wig as his mates laughed and screamed. His teacher went after him to collect the wig but he kept it away from her reach then dribbled her, before running out of the class.
The incident occurred in LeFLore High School in Mobile, Alabama. According to reports, the boy is a freshman and the woman is a substitute teacher. The boy asked her for permission to go to the bathroom and she got angry and asked him to go back to his seat, hence the attack.

A woman suffered anaphylactic shock after swallowing her partner’s semen during oral sex.
The unidentified 31-year-old was rushed to hospital after she started vomiting, breaking out in hives and struggling to breathe.
At the hospital in Alicante, Spain, she told medics that she was allergic to penicillin but said she hadn’t taken the drug before delivering the blow job.
It was later discovered that her partner had been on a course of amoxicillin-clavulanic acid – a form of penicillin – to treat an ear infection. According to doctors at Hospital General Universitari d’Alacant, the drug had worked its way down into the man’s semen and entered the woman’s mouth, causing her to suffer a potentially life-threatening allergic reaction.
Reactions to penicillin have happened via kissing before, but this is thought to be the first through oral sex. The woman’s partner is thought to have taken the drug in question four hours before having sexual contact with her.
To treat her allergies, the woman was given a dose of adrenalin and steroids and she was breathing normally within six hours. After a week, she had recovered entirely. She didn’t attend the follow-up appointment she was given.
