Offset has said he missed his estranged wife, Cardi B.
On Sunday, the rapper tweeted about missing Cardi B, just days after the “Bodak Yellow” crooner announced that the pair had split.
“F–K YALL I MISS CARDI,” Offset, 26, shared with his 1.59 million Twitter followers.
Last week, Cardi revealed she and Offset were no longer together, but that they “really good friends.”
“I’ve been trying to work things out with my baby’s father for a hot minute now. We’re really good friends and we’re really good business partners … but things just having been working out between us for a long time,”
And it’s nobody’s fault, I guess we just grew out of love, but we’re not together anymore,” she continued. “It might take time to get a divorce.”
Following news of the breakup, Offset’s alleged mistress, Summer Bunni, issued an emotional apology to Cardi.
“I feel ashamed. You know like growing up it’s a lot, but I’m just coming from me to Cardi B and to like her fans… these were never my intentions and I never wanted to break up a happy home,” she said in a video,
Students of Madonna University Okija have been asking the school management to help renovate some of their dilapidated hostels for a while now, but it seems nothing has been done about it.
Photos showing how bad and unhealthy the school hostels look have since gone viral on social media. A Facebook user identified as Nwankwo Ogbonna took to the platform to speak about the deplorable state of hostels in some Nigerian Universities and how it affects the students. Read below.
“This is why most Nigerian graduates are useless and unproductive because they are the products of their environments.
This is the deplorable state of the almighty Madonna university Okija hostels, a private university for that matter and one of the expensive Universities in Nigeria. Despite the huge fees collected by the school the management can not create a conducive learning environment for their students.
And these graduates and undergraduates of the school don’t see anything wrong in these things that’s why they can live here happily and suffering.
Our people have lost it all , that is why private schools should not be left in the hands of Nigerian individuals because they are like church owners now , just make money and return nothing , is very pathetic ,for these dilapidated and pig like hostels are not fit to house humans.
Another user wrote;
Life in Madonna University Nigeria is a life in the jungle. The internally displaced people in the Northeast may be living a higher standard of life than the students of Madonna University.
The environment of Madonna University particularly the hostels are far worse than a bokoharam camp. The attention of the management has been drawn to the poor living conditions of the students, but Fr. Edeh and his clueless cabal have no interest in improving the living situation of the students.
He collects huge amounts of money as school fees running into millions just to gather firm for himself. He derives joy in building big churches and gathering Bishops and white people who go to Elele to sing praises to the name of Fr. Edeh. After singing his praises, he pays them in millions. Those Bishops who are guilty of this fact, cannot deny it.
If Fr. Edeh is your friend and you are a Bishop for God and for humanity, tell your friend the truth.
In most cases he deceives the white people and makes them believe that the students are poor orphans and less privileged he is catering for. Many opinions leaders believe that he collects millions of dollars on accounts of this very deceit from the western world.
The Nigerian Government and NUC are therefore called upon to come to the rescue of Madonna University students. “Our hostels are Death Traps”, students cry. Three hostels in Okija Campus (St Thomas, OSH and St Peters) are at the verge of collapsing.
NUC should stop collecting bribes from Fr. Edeh and do their job in the interest of young Nigerians who are living like animals in the name of being students of a private University.
The Catholic Bishops Conference of Nigeria should stop singing the praises Fr. Edeh and ask him to stop being hypocritical and do the right thing instead of always cutting corners and bribing people men in authority.
NUC should ask him to reduce the number of mentally deranged people who are working in the University especially this current newly recruited uneducated boys from Osisatech polytechnic. We have never seen where OND holders are made managers of a University except in Madonna.

Reekado post read: “Today I write in tears, not from a place of pain, but of joy and gratitude. A place of bliss and satisfaction because I am more than contented with how far this opportunity has brought me. The last five years have been the most blissful years of my career. The journey has been extremely wonderful and filled with the best experiences.

I am very ecstatic about what the future holds and I cannot wait to share with everyone what new opportunities have come. Long Live Mavin Records.”
At a time when many young girls say that they no longer believe in love, actress Queeneth Agbor says love has been good to her.
In a chat with Sunday Scoop, she narrated her fondest experience in love. She said, “My boyfriend is the sweetest ever. He is all about giving and my 100 per cent happiness is his goal without him asking for nothing in return. Each time I look at him, I’m always in awe. There is no phone or anything else I want that he cannot give me. Recently, he actually needed to change his phone but with his busy schedule, he kept forgetting. I saw it as an opportunity to do something very special for him for once. I already knew the phone he wanted; so, I got it and surprised him. He almost returned it but I sweet-talked him and explained that if he rejected it, I would be heartbroken. That’s how I won.”
On the importance of sex in a relationship, Agbor said, “To some people, sex is associated with stability because it increases the bond and maintains a level of stability. As for me, I believe that sex is overrated in a relationship though I stand for sex before marriage with a good reason. I need to test my ‘goods’ so I don’t end up with something inadequate. Cheating is a no-no for me. However, in a relationship, getting to know your partner doesn’t necessarily have anything to do with sex. I prefer to bond mentally and intellectually. I know my lover for who he truly is. Sex gone bad can actually end a relationship before you even get to know the real person.”
Speaking on the biggest gift she has ever received from a lover, Queeneth said, “My boyfriend asked me to come outside my house to carry some things he bought for me, only for me to see a car.”
Agbor also said contrary to what some people might think about her, she is actually very spiritual. “One with God is in the majority; for without Him, I am nothing. As long as I breathe, I will continue to serve God. I am an ambassador of Christ with dignity, mentality that differentiates me from others,” the actress added.

Footballer, Isaac Success has revealed how he regained his form in the English Premier League.
Isaac says his change of diet, including a stop in eating his favorite Jollof rice, helped him. The 22-year-old injury prone Nigerian footballer, in a chat with DailyMail said:
“I was eating a lot of African food [Jollof rice inclusive]and it was a little bit heavy but I’ve cut that out and I’m on the team diet, eating with the team.
Eating earlier at night, it’s really helped. I wasn’t fit and wasn’t working. I made mistakes because I wasn’t working hard and needed to concentrate more. I stuck to my plan.
When you’re fit it’s more difficult to get injured, and if you’re injured you recover on time. So, this season is going well because physically I’m fine. I lost a couple of kilos and that made me faster and stronger. I feel sharper.”
According to reports, Isaac has already played more minutes this season than he played in the two before.
He has also scored again in the EPL, something he last did in 2016. Has also added three Super Eagles caps to the single cap he had before October.
A Benue state man known as Ajingir Tsa told friends and family that his dying wish was to be buried with a mattress instead of coffin.
Apparently, his dying wish got fulfilled.
An eye witness who was present at the burial wrote, ‘history was made today at Mbabu, Shangev-tiev in Konshisha local government area as late Ajingir Tsa goes home as he refused to be buried in a coffin’.
Comedian Bovi recently tendered an unreserved apology to Daddy Freeze after he realized he had misunderstood Freeze’s comment to Akpororo.
Bovi in the apology wrote; “Freeze reached out to people who are mutual friends and they made me understand that I totally got it wrong. I thought he used the word paedophilia. He actually used the word paedolalia. Until this day, I had never come across the word. I responded in haste. I AM SORRY FREEZE!”
“Like I said in one of my now deleted tweets, my response had nothing to do with Freezes gospel.honestly never been interested. I wrongly thought he attacked Akpororo in a sensitive way and by extension, the borderless license of comedians.i was defendin like Ali always did 4 us.”
“Thanks @nevadabridgetv and Robert Peters. Yo Freeze! I’m sorry again. In this case, you weren’t an asshole. You fooled me. You win.”
Bovi’s public apology has earned him the respect of many people including Daddy Freeze who wrote, ‘good morning everyone. I want to celebrate Bovi today. What he did was immensely noble. To make a mistake is human, to realize the mistake and now make a public apology is divine’.
He added that, ‘If he had called me one on one and apologized I would have had to forgive him, but the damage in the media would have lingered. By putting out a public statement, risking his reputation at it, he fixed it and I appreciate it. I learnt something from Bovi. If you make a mistake, sometimes an apology is not enough, you have to fix it’.

I wanna ask a question. My intentions are not to insult you in anyway, just curious.
I’ve learnt first hand that most of these pastors you talk about don’t coerce or force the people to pay. They always out of generosity propel themselves to give to these pastors. Now, If you ask the churches or pastors not to receive supports or tithes from the congregation, how do you expect the church to grow and expand the teaching of Gods word?? Or are you saying the churches need not to be run at all?? Even if this big men of God suddenly run down, are the churches going to run down too??
I think what you should be agitating for is that pastors need to be accountable and properly use this money to help the needy. You fighting a full blown war against the church, I said this because of the way you attacked the experience program which isn’t a platform to extort tithe or funds from the people. At this rate, you come against anything that pertains to churches. There are tons of intelligent people in the USA, Canada, China, developed countries like that, still, their churches pay tithes and support the ministry.
The Catholic Church receives tithes and offerings, there’s no church in the world that doesn’t receive tithe and support from her congregation, if they don’t, how else will the gospel progress. If your fight is against the accountability of Nigerian pastors, that’d be so understandable and logical, but this spilled over outbursts against anything church in Nigeria is in my opinion needless.
I have never in my 16 years of existence heard where congregations are coerced to pay tithe or support the church. In winners chapel, there’s even a platform where money are lend to borrowers with no interest, There’s a platform where after every service, food , clothes etc are shared among people that need them. In the cell fellowship centers in Winners Chapel, you can talk to your cell ministers when you are in need and those needs would be met ranging from paying school fees to paying rents and so on, you can’t tell me that’s a lie cuz I am living testimony to that. The buses to and fro Canaanland used to be free until running them became hard, now it’s only free for new converts.
So this things aren’t run on leaves but money. And this congregation are always happy to give to the church. After all when people spend huge amount in clubs on liquor, on gamble, or on the needy, on relatives, for friends, on habits, on hubbies…..when people spend on these factors no one complains. So why is that you see giving to church as a waste?
You blame the church for our country being the world poverty capital of the world. Do you want winners chapel or redeemed or MFM to start running Nigeria with the contributions of its congregations? Contributions that you still bash them about? Imagine what Bishop Oyedepo has done with covenant University of 10 years, now imagine if he has access to a vast national resources that UI or OAU enjoys. Why are you blaming the church for the nations poverty??
Was Jesus in charge of the nation’s economy in his time? Was he in charge of military? In charge of public hospitals? If you want the church to take over the affairs of Nigeria, why don’t you implore the government to handover to the church?? There’s the government and there’s the church. Both have their functions. The church can only voice out and advise the government on what to do, it’s left for the government to do something about it.
I know of course that freeze would spin and spin and grammar everyone against his opinion down but I think at the end of the day he knows the truth.
Pastor Adeboye of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, (RCCG) has warned members of his church to desist from using his pictures and that of his wife, Foluke, on souvenirs for sale. According to him, he is not God and can never share in God’s glory.
The clergyman gave the warning on Friday December 7th at the ongoing annual Holy Ghost Congress of the church holding at the Redemption Camp, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway. He said it had come to his notice that some members of his church have started seeing him as God that they use his photos and that of his wife on any of their materials. He appealed to them to stop it as he does not want to incur the wrath of God.
“It has been brought to my notice that people are using my picture and that of my wife on key holders, calendars, books and other souvenirs. This is wrong and anyone found with such materials should be arrested and reported to the police. I am not God. I did not send them. I have nothing to do with those materials. I am an ordinary man of God. God will never share his glory with any man. I am not ready to die. Devil, I am not ready to go.
If at any time, God is sensing that a man is trying to share his glory, the man is dead. If you find anyone selling anything whatsoever with my picture or my wife’s, report them to the police immediately.” he said
On why he was forced to publicly call them to order, the clergyman said that recently a woman bought a key holder with his picture and his wife’s inscribed on it and gave it to her child and the child began to eat the key holder and in no time, the picture pasted on the key holder removed and surprisingly what they found was the picture of another tele evangelist, Prophet T. B Joshua.
“I know you all know what that means. Please stop and cooperate,” he pleaded.
I was born and raised in Benue State, which is also my state of origin. I studied Integrated Science at the Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi, Benue State. I am the first daughter and the second child. My given name is Imelda Ada Okwori.
Music
I started singing from a very tender age because my mother was into music and she had her own group. It was more like growing up to follow her footsteps. My first song was titled, My Love For You, and I featured the late OJB Jezreel. It was actually one of the songs that brought me fame. Then, I released Bread and Butter. I also did a song with Small Doctor. I have released a couple of songs but the latest one is Money Good.
Parents’ reaction
They supported me because it was not strange to them. However, people advised my mother to stop me from doing music because they felt I wouldn’t get married if I became a musician.
Challenges
Challenges are numerous. As a woman, you get to meet people that would only offer to help you based on certain conditions. Some people would want to date or marry you before they can help you. You have to be financially capable because the music industry is not fair to women. To promote music in Nigeria, you need a considerable amount of money. As a woman, you have to go the extra mile to do certain things because it is an industry dominated by men. When I got to Lagos newly, I got entangled with a man who said he would help me only if I would be intimate with him. He advised me to break up any previous relationship I had despite the fact that I had money to pay for my song. I walked out on him but he called me back and now we are friends. I also lost a contract because I refused to meet with the record company owner at a hotel.
D’banj
I don’t know why some people like to interpret things to suit their purpose. D’banj is someone I have always admired. Aside music, he is business-minded and hard-working. He is my kind of person: playful, intelligent and cheerful. I didn’t mean what I said about dating him because it was a joke. However, the rumour got to me because we are good friends.
Jaywon
I never dated Jaywon; we have just worked together. During the shoot for one of our music videos, some people took suggestive pictures of us together and this brought a lot of misunderstanding between Jaywon and I. I didn’t like the way he handled the issue because he didn’t ask me anything; rather, he and his manager wrote defamatory press statements about me.
Governor Suswan
I have tried not to talk about the rumour of me dating former Benue State Governor Gabriel Suswan. During his tenure, he supported a lot of artistes in the state, unlike what obtains now. I am fortunate to be part of those he sponsored. He treats me like his daughter, yet we are not even close. He and (some members of) his cabinet attended an event I organised in my state. He enjoyed himself so much that he challenged every member of his cabinet to support me. So, it became more like a fundraising dinner. That was what generated the rumour that I was dating him because some people felt it wasn’t possible for him to do that for me if we were not dating. I have grown a thick skin to comments about me dating anybody because I am a single lady.
Current projects
I am working on an album. I have recorded a lot of songs but it will take some time for me to choose the right ones to put out. Hopefully by next year, I will release my album. I also have a Non-Governmental Organisation that empowers women and persons living with disabilities.
Role models
I admire a lot of female artistes in Nigeria, especially Tiwa Savage, Yemi Alade, Seyi Shay, Omawumi and Simi. When it comes to male artistes, Davido, Tekno, Flavour and Wizkid are people I look up to. When I want to do an inspirational song, I will like to work with 2baba because I think we blend in that area. Internationally, I look up to Rihanna, Beyoncé, Jlo and Nicki Minaj.
Men
I don’t like slim men because it makes me feel like they will be stingy. I don’t like stingy people because I am a giver. I don’t like men that attach conditions before they do anything for you. I prefer a man who has listening ears to a handsome man.
Relaxation
When I am not working, I go to the beach and the cinema in company with friends and family. But I prefer to stay indoors.
Fashion
My fashion sense is top notch. I love going over the top sometimes and I love combining colours with a touch of African vibe. I love to dress sexily and classy. I take risks when it comes to fashion.
A 22-year-old man of Nigerian descent is now committed to solving knife crime which has been rocking parts of London in recent times.
According to reports, the former gangster turned pastor, Enrique Uwadiae who was stabbed three times by a gang rival and almost died, prayed to God: “If you save me, I will serve you.”
Last week, Uwadiae spoke at a Be The Change meeting, sponsored by The Sun on Sunday as part of its Beat The Blades campaign.
Enrique, who grew up on the tough Crawford Estate, in South East London, said: “I used to be violent because of the way I’d grown up and what I’d seen on the road.
“Poverty brings anger and leads to a gang lifestyle. Aged 15 I was arrested for double attempted murder after a gang clash, though the charges were later dropped.
“But everything changed for me in November 2013, when I was 17, and I was stabbed in the arm, back and femoral artery. I collapsed in a pool of blood and thought my life was over.
“Before I was rushed to hospital, I remember praying to God.
“I heard about a church called SPAC Nation, whose leader was taking young boys involved in gang crime and welcoming them. So I joined.”
Pastor Enrique preaches at SPAC Nation, a “young dynamic church” which sees more than 20 ministers inspiring 2,000 young people from 17 communities at pop-up services around London.
The church, founded by Tobi Adegboyega, the Nigerian-born cousin of Star Wars actor John Boyega, actively takes to the streets looking for gang members to reform.
Nollywood actor, Gideon Okeke has narrated his recent ugly encounter with officers of the Nigerian Police Force and LASTMA.
Gideon Okeke took to his Instagram page to share ;
Yesterday, after I had finished from a scheduled meeting with Charles Otudor I left the Eko Hotel and joined the gradually building traffic leading on to Lekki’.
Only a few minutes from my meeting, had I unfortunately run into a minor collision with another driver, Mrs Mosunmola Ilori, at the Lekki Phase 1 roundabout. We both inspected the damage(s), conferred and thought first, to get off the road for oncoming traffic.
Just less than 10 feet away from all this were the Lastma and Police, sharing the police post at the roundabout.
All I asked, was their assistance (witnessed by Mrs Ilori) in getting some barricades off the road for us to park properly and this scenario I have just described, turned into a full blown fiasco, seeing 4 police officers pounce on me and 2 others on Mrs Ilori and her niece. I have come off this incident with stitches in my mouth and chin. Mrs Ilori as well, to the full glare and amazement of pedestrians and moving traffic, was ruffled up, beat, and dragged on the tarred ground. The Leading man here was one Officer IDEH DONATUS who severally pointed a gun in my chest.
I hereby humbly call on the executive governor of Lagos state, @akinwunmiambode the Vice President @profosinbajo the @policenglagos and its Officers, to kindly exercise the authority of your offices in addressing these civil injustices filed at the #MarokoPoliceStation
Myself, Mrs Ilori, her niece and every other Nigerian citizen, don’t need to feel vulnerable with the police. We appreciate them for their efforts in Protecting Lives and Property, but not for them to be THE THREAT!
Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka’s spokesman has alleged that there was an assassination attempt on the fiery priest in Enugu State on Thursday.
The spokesman, Maximus Ugwuoke blamed it on politics as the attack comes days after Mbaka publicly declared the Abubakar-Obi ticket doomed.
Read the statement below ;
“It is with rude shock and utter surprise that we received the report of the attempted assassination plot of the Spiritual Director of Adoration Ministry Enugu Nigeria last Thursday evening by some unknown gun men who fired gun shots at him on his way in Enugu.
This incident has added to several other assassination plots targeted at Fr. Mbaka since after the first plot that was carried out on him on his way from the Bishop’s house where he had gone to answer an impromptu call by his Bishop during the regime of Governor Chimaroke Nnamani of Enugu State.
This assassination plot against Fr. Mbaka is coming barely few days after the 2018 Harvest and Bazaar of the Ministry whereat Fr. Mbaka had come under massive media attack for asking Peter Obi, the PDP Vice Presidential candidate for the 2019 general elections who attended the Bazaar programme, to make public his support or donation for the Church Project of the Ministry.
Many supporters of Peter Obi and even clergies have misconstrued this as embarrassing to Peter Obi and to the Catholic Church and this has consequently given rise to the statement issued by the Catholic Bishops Conference of Nigeria (CBCN) that same Thursday on the issue.
The issue had lingered inspite of the apology which Fr. Mbaka in his characteristic humility had tendered at the altar to Peter Obi and anyone who may have, in any way, form or shape been offended at the Bazaar event.
We have refrained from making any official statement on the ongoing media attack against Fr Mbaka over the Baazar incident because he had held us back from joining issues with the Church clergies and hierarchies on the subject, but we cannot continue to keep silent especially now that the issue is taking the dimension of a plot to terminate his life.
We recall that the last time Fr. Mbaka raised alarm over threat to exterminate him was in early 2015 when he faced a similar persecution by some church hierarchy and the PDP Government following his 31st December Prophecy of the imminent defeat of former President Goodluck Jonathan led PDP Government by President Mohammadu Buhari at the 2015 general elections.
Today with the 2019 general elections around the corner, it appears that history is repeating itself. The contemporaneousness of the recent attack of Fr. Mbaka by gunmen with the Peter Obi and the CBCN saga leaves us to a safe conclusion that the attack on Fr. Mbaka may have either been politically engineered or ecumenically endorsed, and thus we will not hesitate to call on the security agencies in this country to beam their search lights and leave no stone unturned in getting to the root of this issue.
Fr Mbaka’s life means so much to us and many poor and voiceless Nigerians for whom he lives and so we cannot be silent on the face of any threat to his life real or perceived”.
Popular Yoruba actress, Mide Martins caused an uproar sometime ago when she stated in an interview that she goes as far as giving her husband, popular Yoruba actor and producer, Afeez (Owo) Abiodun, doggy style of sex to keep the flame of their love burning bright.
It was a statement that gave the world another peak at the private life of the couple who have had their own share of rocky side of matrimonial life in recent times.
Speaking with Potpourri not too long ago, the highly talented mother of two, who has stayed married to her husband for about 15 years affirmed the statement, saying she doesn’t think there’s anything offensive about it.
She said ;
“Yes, I said we do doggy styles and I don’t think it’s offensive. I won’t disclose whose favourite it is because that is a family issue. At the same time, sex is a normal thing, it is a necessity in marriage. Things have really changed, that the missionary style of sex is a thing of the past. Every married woman should learn to follow the new styles. Some married women believe because they are married or have kids, they cannot satisfy their husbands sexually. If we don’t learn to do these things, somebody out there is willing to do more for them.”
Comedian Bovi has admitted he is wrong, after he bashed Daddy Freeze over the tithing-saga with Akpororo. Read up how it all started here, if you missed it.
Bovi had earlier written;
“I pray to die before my time rather than abuse a mans family, especially his wife just because I’m jealous.”
“Akpororo is better than Freeze in everything. But Freeze is better than Akpororo when it comes to stupidity. Fools are born. They have no boundaries”.
“Dear human beings, before you think it is sleek to do it, understand that even in warfare, women and children are off limits”.
“You can abuse a man all day long, but don’t touch his wife. Or anything close to her. Don’t go there”.
“Lastly before I’m misunderstood, I’m not defending wether it’s ok to sow (not pay) your tithes or not. I’m just standing up for a man who’s job is to make people laugh with and without facts. Especially when he didn’t cross the line”.
Seeing that he had misunderstood Daddy Freeze, Bovi quickly took down his post, and apolized to Freeze.
He wrote; “Freeze reached out to people who are mutual friends and they made me understand that I totally got it wrong.

A man was apprehended on Friday night while on an underwear stealing mission in Delta state. The suspect was reportedly caught by local vigilante in Agbarha area of the state after he allegedly stole a bra and was looking for panties to steal to complete his mission.
When he was quizzed by the security operatives, the suspect allegedly confessed that a man whom he asked to show him the way to make money told him to go and find where to hustle panties and bra before he helps him.
He was told after picking or stealing the items, he should meet him at a popular Tozak hotel in Ughelli area.
He was caught by vigilante members after stealing only one bra.
Below is what Facebook user Ofejiro Skillz wrote;
“Oman this thing dey worst oo this guy go thief bra for agbarha yesterday night and wen bakasi hold d idiot he begin dey confess say if he go tozak hotel say the boys Dy trow away money and he dy pick almost 5k dey come house and when he ask one of the boys to show am road ,the guy come say make he find bra and pant come ,say if he don see d bra and pant make he come meet dem for tozak, say Na only bra he don see remain pant”
Bovi, while defending Akpororo blasted the hell out of Daddy Freeze, writing; “I’d rather be as ignorant as Akpororo and build a career out of foolery than be as educated as Freeze and have an uncontrollable spirit of jealousy!”.

The family of an Afghan boy who gained brief Internet fame after being photographed in a shirt improvised from a plastic bag in the colours of his hero, Argentine soccer idol Lionel Messi, has been forced to flee his home after a Taliban attack..
Murtaza Ahmadi, now aged 7, grabbed world headlines two years ago when his brother made him a shirt out of a blue and white plastic bag, with Messi’s name and number 10 playing number.
His sudden fame won him a meeting with his hero but caused problems for his family, members of the Hazara ethnic minority from Jaghori district in the central province of Ghazni.
“Murtaza became famous around the world and we are not able to walk free and go anywhere.
“Murtaza and my other children were not able to go to school,” his mother Shafiqa Ahmadi said in the home in Kabul where the family is staying.
“During the night suspected men were walking near our house and when the Taliban attacked our village we decided to leave.”
Ghazni, about two hours drive south of the capital Kabul, has been the scene of intense fighting this year.
The Taliban briefly overran Ghazni city in August and there has been heavy fighting in Jaghori, forcing thousands to flee.
“The security situation is not good and I am afraid to go outside,” Murtaza said.
“I want to become a footballer like Messi and I want to be able to go to school.”
It seems as thought we’d be having a Daddy Freeze-Akpororo Face-off..
It all started at the just-concluded Experience 2018, when Comedian Akporo called out Daddy Freeze for always attacking Pastors over tithing issues.
Paying of Tithes has been a major discussion on social media, with several folks having several opinions.
Daddy Freeze is one who says no one should pay tithes to church.
At yesterday’s experience, Akpororo reiterated that Daddy Freeze never wrote the Bible and so can’t tell anyone to stop paying tithe. You can read up here.
In response, Freeze wrote;
in fact I no wan see your bible, it\u2019s working for me\u201d really got me… Is #TheExperience now used to advertise the fact that bible study is no longer essential?
This public rejection of scriptural evidence, can only serve to highlight Apororo’s nescience of the subject matter, which sadly is in symphony with the untaught stance of most Pentecostal pastors, who subscribe to subjectivism in contradistinction to intellectualism.
However, my disappointment does not lie in Apororo, but moreso in Paul Adefarasin, who could allow someone so uncultivated in scriptural matters, address such a delicate issue as tithing on his platform, before the public.
Apororo’s paedolalia on stage brought to light an absurd level of benightedness that perhaps would have otherwise remained veiled.
Even Paul Adefarasin himself, despite more than 2 decades as a pastor, is still visibly struggling to acquire a more comprehensive understanding and as a result, offer a more punctilious thesis on the topic, without lending his endorsement, like most of his counterparts are, to emotional and sentimental assertions.
This resplendent display of utter ignorance could have been avoided, should the church have chosen not to employ the services of what would be regarded in civilized climes as a circus clown, to minister on the pulpit, which remains one of the huge demerits of mixing secular comedy with secular concert style events to attract a larger crowd.
Also, lest I forget, Apororo, it wasn’t a lion but a bear that attacked the boys in that Elisha story, read that bible bruv, it won’t bite you!
~FRZ
Akpororo has now fired back at the controversial OAP, he says Freeze shouldn’t drag the convener of the Experience, Pastor Paul Adefarasin into their ‘argument’.
Akpororo questioned how many churches have fallen down since Freeze stopped paying tithes.
