Legendary singer, 2face Idibia who has seven children, two with Annie, two with Sumbo Ajaba-Adeoye and three with Pero Adeniyi, has revealed that having many baby mamas at a young age, almost made him suffer from depression.
2face made this known while he and his wife, Annie, grace the December edition of leading lifestyle magazine, Genevieve.
The couple who got married in 2013, spoke about their marriage, career and 2face Idibia’s many children.
2face in the interview, disclosed how having many children from different women almost sent him into depression. He said;
”Having so many children from different women at such a young age almost sent me into depression’ – 2face tells Genevieve magazine. I drank alot because people laughed at me and called me names. Nobody cared that I was an artiste or that I hard worked so hard”
Nigerian rapper, CDQ who lost his pendant few days ago, has recovered it, and also offering a scholarship to student who found it.
The rapper took to his Instagram page to reveal that he has gotten his lost pendant back, he also revealed how he was left frustrated during his quest for the jewel.
CDQ said a young student of Yaba Tech found the pendant, and he promised to sponsor the student’s education till he graduates and also support him in any career. He wrote;
I’m flabbergasted ? after getting more than a thousand dm from different people pranking that they saw my pendant which I already gave up… suddenly I decided to visit my dm again yesterday and I saw a live picture of my pendant from a young boy that happens to be a student of Yaba-tech… said he found the pendant on the floor immediately after the show while going home…although he never knew it belongs to me so he had already gone to a mallam shop that night and the aboki told him it’s not a real gold that he’ll buy it for 100k (A hundred thousand naira) from him… that’s when he understood that the jewel would cost more… Then he saw my post the next morning about the pendant and decided to return it back as a core fan… and I asked what he want in return but he said he does not want anything that he’s just happy seeing me in person already… but as it is I have promised him a scholarship to sponsor his education till he finishes and ready to support him in any career he ever wants to venture in… if everyone can look beyond just today or immediate satisfaction and do what’s right I’m sure the world would be a better place… God bless u bro (Adebayo Yebovi) @ceejayofficiall ? A Nigerian man identified as, Eric David, has bagged 7 years in jail for trafficking a teenage girl from Lagos state to Mali.
A Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos, sentenced 25- year old man, Eric David, to seven years imprisonment for human trafficking.
The convict was arrested on the allegation of trafficking a 19 year old girl to Mali for prostitution.
Investigations revealed that after he had trafficked the victim to Mali, he returned to Nigeria to recruit more girls.
However, in the process, the victim was able to contact her sister, Juliet, who pretended to also be interested in travelling to Mali. When she contacted Eric and he agreed to come pick her, the suspect was nabbed.
A four-count charge was preferred against him when he was arraigned on the 5th of December 2018.
Due to the overwhelming evidences tendered by the prosecutor, the convict pleaded guilty to the charges and was sentenced to seven years imprisonment.
ACP Abayomi Shogunle who reacted to the controversial statement made by TVC presenter, Morayo Afolabi-Brown, has shared his list which shows class of married men that should never bathe their daughters.
According to ACP Abayomi Shogunle, the class of married men on his list are usually the ones that molest their daughters. He wrote;

Management of UNILORIN has come out to say that one of their student who committed suicide few days ago, reportedly took to the decision to end his life due to drug addiction.
Kunle Akogun, the school’s Director of Corporate Affairs, said investigation into the incident revealed that the UNILORIN student committed suicide as a result of drug abuse and not because he failed his project as widely believed.
Kunle told NAN that the student must have unwisely adopted drugs to address the prolonged depression he suffered as a result of personal challenges he could not bear, as he reportedly complained that it was his nagging younger sister that was sponsoring his education.
The university spokesman who further disclosed that the deceased had a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.72 and failed results in seven different courses, said late Adigun had lamented that it would be too difficult for him to approach the same younger female sibling for the needed finances to complete his extended stay on campus.
According to him, the performance accounted for late Adigun’s non-graduation in the last academic session and he was neither considered academically outstanding nor on the verge of completing any research project.
“Some close friends of the late Mr. Adigun revealed that the obviously depressed student had unsuccessfully attempted suicide thrice, having publicly expressed profound regrets on many occasions,” he said.
Kunle also disclosed that the deceased never completed the series of enabling experiments that would have given him the data needed for his research, and a senior academic staff of the deceased’s Department of Agronomy got wind of Adigun’s psychological problem through their interactions.
“He took his life while he was expected to complete registration formalities, a prerequisite for his retake of all the courses he had earlier failed.”
Akogun said: “his alleged drug addiction, courtesy of peer group influence, frustrated all the rehabilitative assistances that were rendered to him to the awareness, admiration and appreciation of his family members.”
The University’s spokesperson also said that measures taken by the university management to soothe the nerves of the deceased, included a four-week intensive rehabilitation at the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, (UITH).
“Other assistance includes the facilitation of hostel accommodation for him on campus through the recommendation of the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Prof. Gbadebo Olaoye, and a soft loan granted him.
“While the university commiserate with the late Mr. Adigun’s family over the unfortunate incident, it appeals to parents, relations and guardians to be up and doing in their responsibilities to their children and wards,” he said.

A 16-year-old boy has died after he was electrocuted by his headphones that were plugged into his phone while it was charging
Mohammed Aidil Azzahar Zaharin was listening to music with his headphones plugged into his charging phone. He fell asleep in the process and was found the next day by his mother.
At first, his mother thought he was still asleep so she left him there and left for work. She returned early from work and saw him still unconscious and cold on the floor. She tried to wake him up but unable to do so, she called medics who declared him dead.
It was then confirmed that the boy, from Malaysia, did not have any other injuries or bruises on his body other than bleeding and burns on his left ear, and the autopsy later showed that the cause of death was electrocution.
The victim’s brother also said that he felt a small electric shock when he touched the headphone cable.
Photos of the boy have spread online as a warning for other to be careful when using their phones while charging.
A lady is currently battling for dear life, after allegedly guzzling a bottle of popular insecticide, Sniper, this morning, in Ogudu, Lagos State.
According to reports, the lady took the decision because of her incessant misunderstandings with her husband, coupled with their landlord’s decision to give them a quit notice.

A man on Thursday stabbed his two daughters to death in Mishomoroni, Mombasa county, after asking them to get into the house to eat mangoes.
Mr James Maina, 30, met his daughters playing outside their home in Mishomoroni, Mombasa county, Kenya, while their mother wasn’t around and he asked them to come in and eat mangoes.
Like any trusting child would, the girls, aged six and four, dashed indoors, looking forward to sharing the juicy fruits with their father.
But their 30-year-old father instead grabbed a knife from their cluttered, one-room house and attacked them.
He stabbed one in the chest and the other in the neck.
Rather than call for help, the father, who was reportedly drunk at the time, sat on a keg near where his bleeding daughters lay.
It wasn’t until a neighbour named Ms Lina Righa, who feeds the girls in the absence of their mother, called for them for lunch and they didn’t respond, that it was discovered something was amiss. Ms Lina sent her child to check on them but the child returned to tell her that the door was locked.
She narrated:
The children usually eat lunch at my house when their mother is not around but when I called them, neither responded. I sent my child to look for them. She told me their door was locked.
I went with her and knocked on the door. The children’s father did not respond, so we broke down the door. We found him sitting on a jerrican. He said he had killed the children.
Ms Righa, who is the couple’s landlady, said Mr Maina had spent the whole day indoors drinking.
The couple has been living here for four months and the woman has been having problems because of her husband’s drinking. She is the one who has been struggling to feed the family.
A man has miraculously survived a stray bullet that pierced his stomach on his way to work last week.
His sister, Margaret took to facebook to share the story, she wrote ;

A lady has got herself trending on social media after she released a video blasting men who take women home and end up sleeping off without having sex with them.

On Friday, November 30th 2018, a 7.0-magnitude earthquake ripped apart a road in Anchorage, Alaska, and created a huge hole that made the unfortunate SUV that fell in look like a toy.
However, in less than four days, the road was already fixed. The jagged chucks of broken road are gone, the hole is filled, the road has been repaved and fresh lines have been painted.
According to the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, it’s harder to pave roads at this time of year because of the cold temperatures, but they were able to do it. The federal government released $5 million in emergency funds a day after the incident to help get the repairs done.

A Lagos gubernatorial candidate, Babatunde Gbadamosi is scared for his life and has taken to social media to cry out saying his life is in danger and some people want to kill him.

‘In this same Lagos State, when Engineer Funsho Williams looked likely to win the 2007 elections, he was murdered by “persons unknown”. I want the world to know now that some political personages in Lagos State are making plans to murder me if they can’t stop me democratically’.

American Comedian, Kevin Hart has decided to step down from hosting this year’s Oscar Awards after he irked the LGBT community with his tweets concerning ‘being Gay’.
The 39-year-old comedian and actor had announced on Tuesday that he would host the Academy Awards, the film industry’s highest honors.
However, after his tweet was deemed an insult to the Gay Community, the comedian was asked by the film academy to apologize or be replaced as the show host.
Kevin hart has now made the move to apologize and also step down from hosting the award ceremony.
“I have made the choice to step down from hosting this year’s Oscar’s … this is because I do not want to be a distraction on a night that should be celebrated by so many amazing talented artists,” Hart tweeted late on Thursday.
“I sincerely apologize to the LGBTQ community for my insensitive words from my past,” he tweeted.
