This afternoon in Lagos, a blind man who was about to board a commercial bus was reportedly pushed out by the conductor who felt he couldn’t afford the 100 Naira bus fare.
According to an eye witness report, the blind man was close to the bus when suddenly the driver shouted at the conductor not to let him in.
The blind man who already had one foot and his stick in the bus, was immediately pushed out by the conductor and in the process almost broke the walking stick.
The eyewitness said she then asked the driver why he did such. He replied that the man won’t pay.
“Ah! I know them na! Him no go pay!” he shouted. “If you no wan enter make you dey go” he added and they drove off.
The eyewitness later led the man to the next bus, which she paid for.

Another video of the Kano state governor, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje receiving bribe in dollars has emerged, and this time he is not wearing an ‘agbada’.
The first video of Abdullahi Ganduje, allegedly receiving bribe, amounting to about $5million from contractors in the state, was yesterday released by Daily Nigerian newspaper.
The Kano state governor, Umar Ganduja has repeatedly denied collecting bribe from anyone despite the initial video that was released.
The state government went on to release a video pointing out discrepancies in the purported video of the state governor, Umar Ganduje, allegedly receiving bribes from state contractors.
Now, a second video has surfaced and it shows the governor in another position, this time without his ‘Agbada’, receiving dollars from an unknown person.
Deji Adeyanju who posted the second video on Twitter called for the resignation of Ganduje, he wrote;

The Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, has ordered the arrest of four policemen who allegedly shot dead a UK returnee, Anita Akapson, at Katampe Extension area, in Abuja, over teh weekend.
Anita who returned from the UK last year and was a staff of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), was shot dead by the police officers at a check point.
Reacting to the sad news, the spokesperson of the force, Jimoh Moshood, in a statement released this morning, said the IGP has directed the FCT Commissioner of Police, Bala Ciroma, to bring the perpetrators to justice.
“The Inspector General of Police has directed the Commissioner of Police, Federal Capital Territory, Abuja to immediately detain and personally carry out a thorough investigation of policemen involved in the incident that resulted in the death of Miss Anita Akapson at Katampe Extension, Abuja on the night of Saturday, 13th October, 2018; and bring the perpetrators to justice.
The IGP deeply commiserate with the family of the deceased and hereby assure them that justice will be done in the matter. The Commissioner of Police, Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Command is already in touch with the family as directed by the Inspector General of Police.
The public will be informed of the outcome of investigations into the incident.
The police boss also commiserated with her family and assured them that “justice will be done on the matter.”

Some miscreants arrested during a raid at Oshodi by the Lagos State Task Force have revealed that they pay N100 daily rent to sleep under Oshodi bridge.
Gani Yusuf, 35, who was one of the 62 people arrested during the raid, said they pay N100 daily to their ringleader for a sleeping space under the bridge.
Another, Gbenga Ololade, 38, who came from Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, said he had been sleeping under Oshodi Bridge for three years. He added that he was initiated into cultism with a particular tattoo on his face by their group leader, under the bridge, Vanguard reports.
The raid of Oshodi and it environs, according to Chairman of the Task Force, CSP Yinka Egbeyemi, was part of ongoing efforts to flush out miscreants and other criminal elements out of Oshodi in particular and the state in general. He said;
Many of them have different tattoos on their arms indicating they belong to a particular sect or cult. Others chain smokers among them rob residents and pedestrians of their valuables such as phones, wallets and jewelleries, early morning and late at night.
The Chairman added that the suspects were screened, during which the minors, who were between 12 and 17 years, were referred to the juvenile homes for rehabilitation.
Revealing that the suspects had been charged to court on the directive of Edgal, Egbeyemi hinted that after the completion of all ongoing projects by Lagos State government around Oshodi, there would no longer be any hideout for criminals to unleash terror on innocent members of the public again.

The girl who goes by HoLar Shugar is trying to get her life back after the very horrific incident she suffered. To do so, she had to create a new Instagram account and explained that she did so because she was getting shamed for the rape on her other page. But, some mischief makers began circulating the news that she is dead and her photo was edited with RIP written on it.

YBNL boss Olamide is not pleased with the way some record labels are going about their businesses and how they handle their new artistes.
This outburst comes just after the rapper added new artistes to his record label. Baddo opined that what record labels are doing now is a form of modern day slavery. He also alleged that the contract offered desperate upcoming artistes doesn’t give room for much freedom.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission( EFCC) has already placed surveillance on the Ekiti State Governor Ayodele Fayose to prevent his alleged escape bid.
Barely 24 hours to Fayose’s exit, the anti-graft agency’s operatives were yesterday at Akure airport, when the governor and his wife boarded a flight to Abuja.
Another set of operatives closed up on the governor immediately he landed at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja.
The governor was also placed on surveillance as at the time of filing this report by The Nation
Already, three probe teams have been raised by EFCC on the issues against the governor, including a group on his pending trial, a panel on N4.685 billion National Security Adviser (ONSA) fraud; and the last team is working on alleged infractions during his second term in office.
According to findings, the EFCC may meet with the incoming governor, Dr. Kayode Fayemi, on some records, which the Ekiti State Government had withheld over the years.
But from preliminary findings, Fayose is likely to face trial in Ado-Ekiti, Ibadan, Lagos and Akure.
A top source in EFCC, who spoke in confidence, said:
“We have mounted surveillance on Fayose in the last 72 hours and we are trailing him in order to keep his words to appear before our teams of investigators.
“We have tracked his movement from Akure Airport to Abuja, where he came to attend a send-forth dinner. We will keep tab on him until he reports to EFCC on October 16. Otherwise, we will effect his arrest.
“There are three teams handling the allegations against the governor. There is a special team managing his suspended trial because he had immunity as a governor. We will resume his trial.
“Another team of detectives is in charge of N4.685 billion fraud in the Office of National Security Adviser( ONSA) in which Fayose was implicated. All we need to do is to take the statement of Fayose and arraign him in court.
“The third team takes charge of alleged infractions he committed in office during his second term. The Ekiti State Government has withheld some vital records in the last three years. We will meet with the incoming governor on these documents.
“The governor may face trial in some courts in Ado Ekiti, Ibadan, Lagos and Akure. If he comes around, he will be our first guest at the new EFCC complex.”
In his September 10, 2018 letter, Fayose said he was prepared to appear for interrogation on October 16.

A 23-year-old man with the name, Adamu Mohammed, who was recently arrested for sodomizing six boys in Chanchaga Local Government Area of Niger State, says he enjoyed having carnal knowledge of boys because they will not get pregnant unlike girls.
According to the state police command, one Yusuf Buhari who resides in the community, had come to the police to report that Adamu lured his 10-year-old son, Luka Mohammed, into his room and had anal sex with him.
Adamu was arrested last Friday October 12th while he was trying to flee after getting wind that the police was coming for him.
Other victims he had carnal knowledge of include, Safari Aliyu, 12; Patrick Raymond,10; Donald Anthony, 12; Yakubu Aliyu, 11 and Pius Raymond, 10 all of the same address.
When interrogated, Adamu said he chose to sleep with boys after his wife left him and he has been unable to find another wife. He said with boys, incessant cases of pregnancy and abortions never arose. He said he entices the boys with biscuit and a bottle of soft drink.
“My girl friend ditched me long ago and I have trouble getting another one, so I resorted to having sex with teenage boys. I enjoy sleeping with those little boys since I cannot impregnate them, I enjoy doing it from time to time and I find it extremely difficult to discontinue because it has become part of me.” he said
The police say Adamu would be charged to court soon.

According to reports, the pair decided to end their engagement over the weekend.

YBNL boss, Olamide quickly snagged the rap sensation, months after signing Lyta, Limerick and unsuccessfully completing the deal with Davolee.
Picazo who has been busy releasing song covers and freestyle on his Instagram handle, finally got noticed by Davido and Olamide but seems YBNL was quick to sign the new act.

The Indigenous rapper signed two new acts to his record label, YBNL in February. The two acts are rappers, named Limerick and Lyta.
The YBNL Boss made the announcements on Instagram, welcoming them to his label, and teasing new videos with them.
With the addition of these artist, it swells the ranks of talents at YBNL to four. Asides Olamide, the record label is already home to Temi Ovwasa and Davolee. YBNL has a history of signing and ‘graduating’ artists with talent.
The record label was once home to Adekunle Gold, Lil Kesh and Viktoh. The trio left in 2016, by mutual consent, after spending two years under Olamide’s tutelage.
A bride was pictured looking sad throughout her wedding day, a day that’s suppose to be her happiest day ever.
The photos were posted by an Ivorian online user, and they’ve gone viral already.
Most social media users think her husband is the reason for her mournful reason.
While others think she’s just stressed out.
Others say the marriage was forced.
