The video which was shared on TikTok by @__nathieblak recorded the lady asking her boyfriend to provide her with food because she’s hungry.

The guy was heard telling her that he had no money, which annoyed the lady more as she continued pestering him to get her food to eat.

At some point, she raised her voice at him and said,

“Why will you be telling me that you don’t have money, which one is you don’t have money, at your age you don’t have money. I am hungry you’re telling me you don’t have money. You don’t have shame and you’re still saying it comfortably that you don’t have money. Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie has taken to social media to address Nigerians on how to survive on social media.

Yul shared his message via a written post on his Instagram page, where he stated that netizens should not allow people’s hate comments about them on social media to get to them, their comments don’t mean anything.

In the post, the actor noted some people have yet to fix their problems but still come to social media to advise others on how to fix theirs.

The governor of Oyo state, Seyi Makinde, has revealed the cause of the explosion that occurred in Ibadan, the state capital, on Tuesday evening, January 17.

In an interview with journalists at the site of the explosion, the Governor disclosed that the incident is connected to the activities of illegal miners operating in the state.

According to him, preliminary investigations revealed that the illegal miners stored explosive devices in one of the houses in the area, leading to the massive explosion.

Governor Seyi also released an official statement after his visit to the site and hospitals where those injured are receiving treatment.

In the statement, he confirmed the death of two people and mentioned that 77 people were injured and are being treated in public and private hospitals in the state.

His statement reads;

“We visited the scene of the explosion which occurred at about 7.44 pm yesterday, 16 January 2024 in Bodija, Ibadan. This unfortunate incident resulted in death and injury to residents in the vicinity and also affected properties. We have already deployed first responders and all relevant agencies within Oyo State to carry out comprehensive search and rescue operations. These operations will continue throughout the night.

Earth moving equipment, ambulances, emergency lights, and security were deployed to the scene of the incident. The wounded and injured are being treated and moved to public and private hospitals within Ibadan. Medical personnel are on standby at these hospitals to provide all needed assistance to the injured. We have visited UCH to see some of those injured during the incident.

In total, we have 77 injured victims so far, most of whom were treated and discharged and 2 fatalities. May their souls rest in peace and may God give their loved ones the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.

I have directed that the medical bills of all victims be covered by the government. We will also be providing temporary accommodation for those whose houses were affected and ensuring that they are supported to rebuild their lives.

Preliminary investigations by the security agencies revealed that illegal miners occupying one of the houses in Bodija had stored explosive devices there which caused the blast. The investigations are ongoing. All those found culpable for this will be brought to book.

I urge all residents to please call 615 for any emergencies they may be experiencing at this time and to remain calm and stay away from the immediate scene of the incident to allow rescue operations to be carried out without interference.

We are grateful to the first responders, security personnel and all those who are at the scene to assist with the rescue operations as well as the medical personnel taking care of the injured.

Please say a prayer for those who have been affected by this disaster as we continue with the rescue operations.”

Popular Nigerian singer, Yemi Alade, has disclosed that an unidentified source had leaked her breakthrough song, “Johnny.”

She said that if someone hadn’t leaked the song in 2014, she would not have released it formally and that it most likely would not have been dropped.

Yemi Alade talked candidly about writing Johnny while on tour in Nigeria and how she never imagined the song would turn her into a worldwide sensation.

In an interview with Taymesan for the Tea With Taymesan podcast, the singer related the tale and mentioned that the song’s leak happened the day she recorded it with Selebobo.

In response to a question, Yemi said;

Popular Nollywood actress and producer, Toyin Abraham, has disclosed that she had a panic attack upon discovering that her most recent hit film, Maliaka, had been pirated.

The producer said she was hospitalized many times as a result of her panic attacks, speaking with reporters in Lagos as police detained five people related to the piracy.

Toyin Abraham said that the movie gulped N500 million in production and that she has joined the battle against pirates as a result of her experience. She praised the personnel of the Nigeria Police Force for arresting the perpetrators, praising in particular AIG IG Idowu Owohunwa for acting on their words.

Two ladies have been detained in connection with the piracy of Malaika, according to a statement made earlier by the Federal Criminal Investigation Department, or FCID, in Alagbon, Ikoyi, Lagos.

A spokesman for the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FCID), ASP Aminat Mayegun, accused the suspected pirates of conspiracy, intellectual property infringement, piracy, and cybercrimes linked to the unauthorized use of cyberspace for the movie’s broadcast while presenting them to reporters at the FCID headquarters in Alagbon.

“Following the receipt of the petition, a joint investigation involving the Special Investigation Units of the Anti-Fraud and Cybercrime Sections of the Department was launched, while the unique intelligence and cybercrime assets of the Force were optimally deployed,”

A shocking video has emerged capturing the moment when a passenger physically assaulted a pilot after learning about a 13-hour flight delay.

The incident took place on an IndiGo flight traveling from Delhi to Goa, India, on Sunday, January 14.

Sharing on the microblogging platform, X, the influencer stated while he was driving through the traffic he felt hungry and decided to buy sausage roll but he was shocked at the price the hawker mentioned. He also shared the amount he purchased a bunch of plantain, thinking it was not the season and he is not a fan of negotiating prices.

The influencer was shocked at the price he was charged for 50,000 naira at the POS stand; he later realized they were all charging him at high price because of his expensive car.

I was driving through traffic and saw Gala and my tummy suddenly remembered i had not eaten all day. I was like chill, so N1k for N10,000? He replied, how much you go pay? That was when it dawned on me, everyone is inflating their prices because of my CAR! A Nigerian big boy has returned all glory to God after he survived a ghastly car accident, which damaged his car beyond recognition.

In a video that was shared on Instagram, the car was captured in a ditch before it was pulled out by a tow truck.

Though it is unclear how the accident occurred, the young man is one out of ten lucky people to have survived.

Now that he is in the right state of mind, he decided to share the occurrences online and thank God for preserving his life.

Son of the late Argentine football legend Diego Maradona, Diego Armando Maradona Junior, has expressed his conviction that his father did not die a natural death.

Maradona passed away in November 2020 due to heart failure and pulmonary edema, as stated in the medical reports provided to his family.

However, Maradona Junior firmly believes that foul play was involved and is determined to seek justice.

Before his death, Maradona was recovering from brain surgery at his home in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

In an interview with Media Set, He disclosed that he knows the person responsible for his father’s demise but refrained from revealing their identity.

He emphasized the ongoing investigation and expressed his faith in the Argentine justice system.

While he cannot openly accuse anyone, he made a promise to dedicate his life to fighting for justice.

he said:

“There is an open investigation. We – his children – have a lot of faith in Argentine justice. I’m convinced that this should not have ended like this,” he told Mediaset.

“They killed my father. It is not my job to say who did it, I have my own idea but I can’t say it. They left him to his fate when something could have been done. I made a promise: until the last day of my life, I’ll fight for justice.”

Nigerian clergyman and general overseer of the Mountain of Holy Ghost Intervention and Deliverance Ministry, Chukwuemeka Cyril Ohanaemere, mainly known as Odùméje has disclosed that he has never done any fake miracles.

This comes after a documentary on the late prophet TB Joshua’s scandalous activity was released online by BBC.

Odumeje has now revealed during a church service that he has never done fake miracles and he is ready for anyone that wants proof.

According to him, it is Jesus Christ who bestowed upon him the powers he uses in performing different types of miracles.

Describing himself as the lion and liquid metal, Odumeje added that he is the one God ordained to destroy the devil and his company.
