Duncan Mighty has been featuring in many hit single of late.. But as it is, it looks like his image is about to be stained, as there are multiple reports of him battering his wife to a pulp.

The king of Port-Harcourt has been accused of allegedly beating up his wife, until she was badly bruised in the eye.

According to multiple reports, Duncan Mighty beat up his wife brutally.

The report by Onobello reads: “The woman in the picture is Vivien Nwakanma Mighty, she’s Duncan Mighty’s wife. He beat her up yesterday as if she wasn’t a human being like himself and threatened to kill her. I am sending you this to show the world, let them know who he really is, what he really is behind the social media. Fake life…”

According to social media reports, some classmates to his wife, Vivien, they claim this isn’t the first case of abuse by the singer.

The latest attack happened on Saturday, shortly after the singer finished a video shoot with Davido, in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, on Saturday.

They cause of the attack was not stated, but a close friend to Vivien, identified as Pella, claimed Duncan just flew down to Lagos, shortly after beating up his wife and hasn’t shown any sign of remorse.

He was said to have called Vivien, this morning, to tell her that she shouldn’t have shared the picture of her face with her friends, as it can dent his image.

Another social media user, Max collins, shared a photo of his wife’s battered face 19 hours ago, before this report.

It isn’t February but love is definitely in the air for Veteran media personality, Charly Boy’s daughter, Dewy Oputa who went all Shakespearean while professing her love for her Lesbian partner.

Sharing a loved up photo with her partner, SJ, the AIA scholar wrote,

‘When you hold me, my emotions makes it clear, Just how much you mean to me, I listen to your heart-beat in rhythm with my own, With every pound that warming sound, Keeps me safe with #love you’ve shown.’

Sometime in July, Dewy revealed that it was hard for her parents to accept that she’s a lesbian. In an interview she had with Punch, Dewy gave her reasons for coming out as gay.

According to her, she was tired of hiding and she’d decided it was time for her to live in her truth – she also admitted that it was not easy for her parents when she disclosed her sexuality to them.

Speaking with Punch, she said,

“I can’t pinpoint the exact age I found out about my sexuality, but I was much younger. When I came out to my parents, it took them a while to adjust but my happiness comes first. I don’t feel bad about the negative comments my sexuality post has generated. I knew Nigerians would always have negative things to say and I was mentally prepared for it. I’m not here to sway anybody’s point of view; I’m here to bring awareness,”

It’s no news that Tiwa Savage featured Duncan Mighty on ‘Lova Lova’, a song that has been well-received since its release.

The ‘Ma Lo’ singer shared how the collaboration came to be and her adoration for the Port Harcourt-based artiste.

“We’ve had this record since January,” Savage said in an interview with SoundCity.

“Right after I dropped ‘Vibe’ it just seemed like the next to drop. And I could hear Duncan on it.

“Duncan Mighty and myself had spoken for a long time about working together.

“So he was in Lagos and I invited him around to the studio and played him a couple of records.

“And that one in particular, he was like ‘I love this record’.

“And literally I think in 10-15 minutes he wrote his verse. It was just magic. It was just one of those unexplainable experiences. I was just meant to be.

“He’s amazing, he’s so talented. Being in the same room while he’s creating can be intimidating.

“But he’s also very humble and he works hard like he’s an upcoming artiste. He puts his all into it. I love his energy, he has a beautiful vibe.”

Savage was asked about her rumoured romance with Wizkid and she denied the suggestions, saying, “we’re friends”.

Nigerian singer Pepenazi professes his love for Simi, she responds

Nigerian singer, Pepenazi took to his Instagram page to gush about fellow singer, Simi and her unique style of music.

According to him, Simi has an an unmistakably unique, powerful yet angelical voice, and the lyrics to all her songs are top-notch.

In response to the praise showered on her, Simi commented on his post with love emojis to acknowledge Pepenazi’s appreciation of her music as well as her personality.

Another woman slumps and dies during Service in same church in Delta State

One Mrs. Roona Ayomanor, the spouse of former Community Liaison Officer of an oil company in Sapele, Delta state, Mr. Churchill Ayomanor, reportedly slumped and died in same Delta church where a popular trader also died in.

An eyewitness who was present when the incident occurred at the Delta Church, shared that Mrs Ayomanor was rushed to a private clinic in town, where she died before medical aid could reach her.

The late woman’s husband who was shocked over the news, also slumped and has been admitted at a private clinic in Gana axis of the town.

A Facebook user, Elsie Halima who shared the report wrote;

Another woman identified Mrs. Roona Ayomanor, the wife of former Community Liaison Officer an oil company in Sapele, Delta state, Mr. Churchill Ayomanor, has died after she slumped in a Church, just barely a month after another woman, a popular trader, was said to have collapsed in the same church and died.

According to reports, a witness who claimed to be in the church when the accident happened, “Mrs Ayomanor was one of the early arrivals in church and she was full of life and had a smile for everyone. The service was on when she suddenly slumped.”

Mrs Ayomanor was said to have been rushed to a private clinic in town, where she gave up the ghost before medical attention could reach her.

Shocked at the news of his wife’s death, the husband was said to have slumped too “and has been admitted at a private clinic in the Gana axis of the town.

New photos circulating social media shows a man who was caught while he was purportedly having sex with his son.

According to unverified online reports, the man was caught as he was having sexual relations with his son, and this has reportedly been going on for a while.

The photos were shared by a Facebook user who lives in Asaba, Delta state – according to the user who shared it, he doesn’t see anything wrong in incest and he feels it should even be legalized in the country.

Shockingly, other users agree with him as they feel every and anyone are at liberty to be intimate with whoever they want to be intimate with.

The user wrote,

So a Father was having sex with his son and busybodies wouldn’t allow them do it in peace.

A Nigerian plus-sized model with the name, Monalisa has taken to her Instagram page to call out another woman who body-shamed her over her stretch marks.

The said woman slid into Monalisa’s DM and didn’t portray any act of friendliness there as she told Monalisa of personal things she believed are wrong with her.

Explaining why Duncan Mighty bowed for Davido, his manager, Gabriel, was quoted by Punch as saying that it was out of sheer happiness.

“How many top artists come to Port Harcourt? Everyone goes to Dubai, South Africa and other places to shoot videos.

“He didn’t plan to bow to anyone; he was just excited. But people misinterpreted his gesture. Sometimes, there is no need to react to things like this because you will only give people more reasons to talk.

“When I mentioned it to him, he just focused on other things and wanted to know the next thing on the agenda.”

“Criticism drives traffic to a brand and it has helped us. We have been in the news for the past two months; so, people can continue to talk while we continue to trend.

“There is no week Duncan doesn’t have more than 1,000 new followers on Instagram. If you do something, people must talk. Pastor Enoch Adeboye suffers criticism despite being a man of God. Former President Goodluck Jonathan did his best, yet he was criticised.

“Duncan’s schedule is tight, as he is everywhere now. I receive calls from almost every part of the world from people who want to do one thing or the other with him and they are ready to pay whatever amount.

“I last saw Duncan three weeks ago before I did again on Thursday. After the video shoot in Port Harcourt, he followed Davido in his private jet to Lagos almost immediately.”

Before the building got demolished, the edifice had in its belly, two magnificent halls, an internet radio station, a standard studio and several offices. It also provided job for about 100 people and that placed it among top employers of labor in Oyo State.
