Moments after Nigerian male barbie, Borbrisky went online to rant about how he regrets supporting former Big Brother Naija Housemate, Nina, she’s responded to his feelings.

According to Nina, she was not aware of the indifference between Bobrisky and his arch rival, Toyin Lawani.

She took to her page to share that she’s always and will always be grateful to the effeminate who’s stood by her at all times…

She wrote,

I’m generally a cheerful person. I’m usually full of love, life, and happiness. I open my eyes in the morning and feel excited to be alive.

There was a time, though, when it wasn’t so easy in the big brother naija house When blinking and breathing and speaking all took so much effort that I thought I may as well give up: I was in a dark hole of sadness and anger and confusion.

The singer himself shared the news on Social media, that he’s acquired a Private Jet, and it’s set to land Nigeria in 2 weeks.

The trending news is that Nigeria’s music star, Davido, just acquired a private jet, specifically a Bombardier Challenger 605.

He posted an Instagram video of a receipt that bore some details of the aircraft. From what was captured from the receipt, the aircraft he acquired is a Challenger 605.

The musician also suggested in his post that the private aircraft is expected in the country in two weeks’ time.

Though the confirmation of the story is still very sketchy, however, here are a few things you need to know about the Challenger 605.

1. The Bombardier Challenger 605 business jet is produced by Bombardier Aerospace.

2. The CHALLENGER 605 was Introduced in 2006 as an upgrade to the Challenger 604.

3. The 605 offers several upgrades to the 604, including upgraded instrumentation to the Collins Proline 21 Avionics, a rounder tailcone, and larger cabin windows.

4. The Challenger 605 is a super midsized private jet that claims to match the operating costs of small aircraft.

5. It can achieve a high speed of 870 km/h (470 ktas) or 785 km/h (424 ktas) for long range cruise, and has a maximum range of 4,000 nautical miles (7,408 km). With a cabin length of 25 feet, 7 inches (7.80 m).

6. it can accommodate 10 passengers in a standard configuration.

7. According to the General Aviation Manufacturers Association roughly 30 to 40+ of these aircraft (or it’s predecessors) have been sold each year for the past 15 years.

8. A brand new Bombardier Challenger 605 sells for approximately N9.7billion ($27m).

The 2018 Forbes World Most Powerful People list is out and Africa’s richest man and Nigerian business mogul, Alhaji Aliko Dangote is the only Nigerian to make the 75 Most Powerful People in 2018.

He’s pegged on 66th position coming a spot ahead of Vice President of the United States of America, Mike Pence who’s pegged on number 67 on the list.

Four factors were taken into account to select each of the World’s Most Powerful People: how many people over whom they have power; the financial resources they control; if they have influence in more than one sphere; and how actively they wield their power to change the world.

Dangote, who made his fortune in the cement industry, is turning his attention to dairy and sugar farming; he’s earmarked $800 million to buy 50,000 cattle in the hope of producing 500 million litres of milk annually by 2019.

He’s also racing to finish a 650,000-barrel-a-day oil refinery near Lagos, set to be one of the world’s biggest, and says he intends to spend as much as $50 billion in the next decade on renewable energy and petrochemical refineries, including investments in the U.S. and Europe.

A Nigerian lady who was cursed by her parents after she got pregnant before marriage has become a Manager and now takes care of her parents and siblings.

She is identified as Ogbaji Comfort, she got pregnant out of wedlock and gave birth to a baby girl.

This angered her parents and her mother placed a curse on her. Both parents abandoned her and refused to sponsor her education.

But she worked to see herself through school, according to a story she shared.

Her problems continued when she tried to get a job. She was abused physically, sexually, and emotionally by her bosses.

Eventually, she got a job as a cook in a company and rose from being the cook to being the manager of the company.

She now takes care of her parents and siblings who abandoned her initially, according to her.

She shared her grass to grace story to encourage people who are suicidal as a result of problems they are currently facing.

Sharing her story on Instagram, she wrote:

“I thank God for who I am today.i taught I have seen it all,after having a baby out of wedlock, rejected by my parents.

“My mum placed a curse on me out of anger for getting pregnant out of wedlock as the only daughter.

“After child birth, I applied for national diploma without a penny in my pocket.

“I was given an admission, I went home to tell my dad, my dad said he is not ready to waste money again, my brother became the most loved. But I didn’t give up.

“I went to school with faith, I sell satchet water for money, from satchet water I started making hair, fixing nails and lashes for money. Every Friday I will go to market to hawk for money.

After my ND certificate. I went to Lagos, my life in Lagos started as a house help.

“I was beaten to coma by my boss for drinking water from the water dispenser instead drinking tab water.

“He used my salary to pay my hospital bills, I went back to my cousin house.

“Life in Lagos was terrible, I was raped, scammed, sexually abused.

“One day I received a call from my agent, I went for the interview, got the job as a chef in a hotel out side Lagos, from chef I became the manager.

“I went back to the village enrolled my daughter into the best school in taraba state, started paying my elder brother school fees.

An enterprising young Nigerian man has manufactured a car with just a sum of N80,000 in Ohanze town, near the commercial city of Aba in Abia state.

The young man identified as Francis Emmanuel runs a company named EM Automobile.

This enterprising young Nigerian is in the business of manufacturing automobiles and has built a brand of car called the EM Emulate.

According to him, the EM Emulate is manufactured using Mate motorcycle engine together with other locally fabricated materials.

Thus far, and largely due to inadequate funding, he has built only one unit of the EM Emulate. However, here is the interesting part: a unit of the EM Emulate is built with only Eighty thousand naira (N80, 000) !

Indeed, such industry and determination ought to be encouraged. With some encouragement and support, such project have the potential to come out much better.

Toolz who reflected on her experience growing up as a full-bodied woman further detailed her journey towards accepting her body shape and size.

Ubi Franklin has reacted to the allegation leveled against his artiste, Tekno by veteran music duo, Mad Melon and Mountain Black, popularly known as Danfo Drivers.

The duo accused the singer of sampling their song ‘Jogodo’ without their consent or even reaching out to them.

Ubi in his reaction, said his team contacted the duo but it was one story or the other from them.

”We contacted them sha and it was one story or the othe smh. This actually maes me laugh” he wrote on IG

Recall that veteran music duo, Mad Melon and Mountain Black popularly known as ‘Danfo Drivers’ have finally reacted to Tekno’s latest song ‘Jogodo’.

They allege Tekno sampled their 2008 song ‘Kpolongo’ to make the song without their consent.

According to the veterans, Tekno sampled their material without their consent or even reaching out to them and they are quite angry.

In an interview with Wazobia TV in Lagos, they said they have come to Lagos to hunt for Tekno and collect the money/royalties he owes them for sampling their song without permission.

Tekno and his management are yet to react to this as at press time..

This time, the billionaire son has acquired a private jet, worth millions of naira.

This is coming after the singer acquired a multi-million naira car for his girl, and also secured a new deal.

The DMW Record label boss took to his Twitter page to announce to his millions of fans that he has reportedly become one of the youngest private jet owners in Nigeria.

A Nigerian migrant identified as Evans William, has revealed how he sold everything to make the trip to Europe.

In a chat with BBC’s Colin Freeman, William said he sold his bed, fridge, TV, spare clothes and mobile phone. After borrowing yet more cash, he finally had enough to pay a smuggling gang to take him from Nigeria across the Sahara to Libya.

In all, it cost him $1,000, but he wasn’t worried. Once in Europe, he figured, he could quickly earn enough to pay off his creditors, and eventually return home to start a business of his own.

It didn’t quite work out like that. After six miserable months in Libya, where the gang forced him to work for nothing, he finally boarded a rickety boat to cross the Mediterranean.

It got stopped by the Libyan coastguard, who threw him and 140 other passengers into a detention centre. By then he’d had enough. He has now returned home to Benin, Edo State, among hundreds of migrants staying in a government-requisitioned hotel.

Singer Davido has reacted to reports that he unfollowed former BBNaija reality TV star, Tobi Bakre on social media.

Speculations emerged when a picture of the singer, his girlfriend Chioma and Cee-C surfaced showing them all in a private jet.

They were on their way from Abuja where Chioma went to sign an endorsement deal purported to be in tune of a hundred million Naira.

Reports have it that the moment the picture was shared on social media, many fans quickly snooped and discovered that Davido has started following Cee-C whom he claims resembles his girlfriend due to their use of long eyelashes and chocolate complexion.

Snooping further, the fans discovered that the singer is not following Tobi Bakre, the BBNaija housemate whom he canvassed support for during the show.

Such development made the fans think he ditched Tobi because he likely has a deal with Cee-C concerning Chioma’s coming cooking show.

FG considers extra year of study for University graduates before NYSC

The Minister of state for Education, Prof. Anthony Anwukah, has disclosed plans by the Federal government to introduce a new policy change that will see undergraduates go for an extra year of studies before embarking on the mandatory one year NYSC exercise.

According to Anwukah, this has become necessary because many university graduates are not good enough to be employed by industries.

He said the proposal was similar to the extra year currently being undertaken by law and medical students.

The Minister said this at a two-day retreat for governing councils of federal universities in Abuja yesterday May 8th.

“The universities are producing products that are not matching the needs of the industries.

“I urged the Committee of Pro-chancellors and Committee of Vice-Chancellor to end the decline in the standard of education.

Law students attend Law School for one year before going for NYSC and medical students go for one year Housemanship before they are allowed to practice fully, so it will be necessary for other courses to also go through this process.

“The Lagos Business School can also serve as a one-year after-school training” he said

As the countdown continue to The Street Clean Sanitation Campaign holding in Abuja on Saturday, 12th May, 2018, the HELP CLEAN FOUNDATION have intensified plans to ensure a successful exercise with several partnerships and endorsements from Ministries, Agencies, corporate organizations and individuals.

Among those who have identified with the project, taking place at Apo Resettlement from 9:am are Abuja Environmental Protection Board, Mike Omotosho Foundation, Big Church Foundation, Grand Cubana, ‎My Dream Nigeria, Amity Global Network and first runner of Big Brother Nigeria CEE C.

The campaign which is geared towards maintaining clean, hygienic and sustainable Environment for well being of present and future generations is open to volunteers who are disposed to participate in the exercise.

As Federal Capital Territory, the founder of the HELP KEEP CLEAN FOUNDATION, Queen Chikezie Ijeoma said their goal is keeping Abuja clean as the exercise will be carried out once every month.

According to her “we are passionate about this exercise which deals with human life as clean environment prevents diseases and infection.

“The theme of this month’s Street Clean Sanitation Campaign is ‘The Environment Our Habitat’ and I solicit for the participation of interested persons and volunteers on Saturday, May 12th.”

South Africans can now withdraw their medicines through ATM machines.

Patients in South Africa who suffer chronic illnesses like HIV/AIDS, Diabetes and TB no longer need to stand in long queues to wait for medicines.

Alexandra township in northern Johannesburg, is the recipient of Africa’s first ATM pharmacy.

The Pharmacy dispensing unit was launched by Gauteng Health MEC Gwendoline Malegwale Ramokgopa.

Meanwhile, Davido revealed why he has not recorded a song with ‘Starboy’ Wizkid.

The ’30BG’ crooner, who won big for his label at the 2018 Headies award, said a collaboration with Wizkid would not be planned but have to come naturally in order to have the best.
According to him, this would only happen when the time was right.

Davido revealed this on Soundcity Fm.

He said: “On my collaboration with Wizkid, I feel like if it will happen, it will happen naturally.

“If we plan it, we might not do our best. Whenever the time is right, it will happen.”
