Former Big Brother Naija 2018 housemates, Leo and Cee-C have been spotted together recently and it looks like there seem to be some sorta closeness between the pair.
Strangely the duo were never romantically linked with each other during their time in the big brother Naija house.
Leo though, has since moved on from his former partner, Alex following his eviction and her subsequent fondness for fellow ex-housemate Tobi.
He shared this lovely photo taken during their homecoming party on Twitter yesterday. He however didn’t caption it.
Fans of the pair have been pushing to see more of the both of them.

Senator Oluremi Tinubu, representing Lagos Central Senatorial District urged the Federal Government to declare public holidays for collection of Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs), ahead of the December 2018 deadline.
The Senator, in a statement, said that the PVCs were the tools to participating in the forthcoming 2019 general elections. She also urged residents in the state to ensure that they collect their PVCs. The call sequel to revelations by Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) that over seven million PVCs were yet to be collected nationwide, with one million and four hundred thousand from Lagos State
Senator Oluremi said ;
After the 2015 elections, about 12 million PVCs had remained in the electoral body’s custody. ”With previous elections, Nigerians developed voter apathy due to a distrust of the system. The 2015 elections taught us, however, that as individuals, our votes count. Thus, we must rise up as citizens to fulfill our civic responsibility and ensure accountability in governance,”
Towards the 2019 elections, INEC had released modalities for ongoing continuous voter registration. The centres open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily. Tinubu pleaded that the period should be extended; and should include weekends to allow people who were unable to visit the centres during work hours to do so at weekends.
The 2018 Headies Awards held at Eko Hotels and Suites on Saturday, May 5, and observers were fairly pleased with the outcome of the event which saw Wizkid and Davido clinching up to 7 awards between themselves.
However, according to critics, Big Brother Naija’s ex-housemate Ahneeka was one of the worst dressed celebrities at the award ceremony.
Ahneeka was not going to let that slide as she took to her Instagram to fire back at those who said her dressing was inappropriate.

Ex-Big Brother Naija 2018 housemate, Tobi has stated he doesn’t see a relationship with Alex working at the moment.
The former investment banker revealed this while speaking with BBN host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu on Channels ‘Rubbing Minds’.
According to Tobi, there’s a lot of pressure from fans for them to start a relationship but it isn’t the goal for him at the moment.
He, however, said he is not disputing the fact that he likes her and would be there for her as a friend.
In Tobi’s own words,
“People have put pressure on Tolex, we are friends, the photoshoot of us is just from pressure. Yea, we like each other but in the outside world, its a different ball game.
“Of course friendship will remain but at the same time, now we are open to a new world, new opportunities we have to hustle
“For me personally, there is no love when my bank account is not smiling. My emotions are zero when I’m not where I am supposed to be.
“There are a lot of people to meet in this circle, so you can’t put pressure or put all your eggs in one basket.
“I have a whole lot of things to focus on and she also has to accomplish a lot.
“I will be there for her when she needs my help or advise but when it comes to a relationship that is not the goal right now.

Vivian is overwhelmed with joy and quite grateful to God for delivering her and other passengers from the hands of a ritual killer inside the bus while traveling to Kaduna state.
According to Vivian, a member of The Lord’s Chosen Int’l, the ritualist became powerless after sighting the church’s apron as it was filled with fire.

She and her co-passengers were traveling, on getting to Kaduna, the vehicle had fault. It was repaired but later developed another fault. She made known who she is to them, that she’s a Chosen and why the man was asking her to come out, he said the apron she wore is filled with fire.

A Nigerian lady with the Twitter handle, Pamela O. (@pamelathepundit), has shared the disadvantages of migrating to North American country, Canada – a country where many Nigerian professionals are migrating to in droves.
According to Pamela, lack of Canadian work experience will force you to wait tables, beg to take hours at superstores and also walk persons with special needs as a means of livelihood to pay unending bills.
Pamela added that in Canada, you will have to start all over because your professional qualifications and work experience don’t count.

My friends in the abroad who were once CEOs, MDs, 800k NGN salary earners but sold their businesses, resigned their jobs to move to Canada as ‘Skilled Workers’ who now know and experience these things keep asking that one question, “what is there in Nigeria to go back to”?…… are actually right to ask because what really is there to be back to?

Not sure which hurts more; the tales of abundant job opportunities in Canada which drives hardworking Nigerian professionals to pack up & leave…only to go struggle for opportunities as described above with Refugees shipped from war-torn Sudan, Syria, Iran etc.

I am saying, for ALL that Nigerians go through to get that visa that is given them based on their skill and… professional abilities, they deserve more than getting their passports stamped at the Airports (because we sure don’t go by road or water), getting their SIN/SSN and watched as we all get denied opportunities to put our skill to use which was the first reason for going.
I challenge you to show me one single person who found a job in Canada in their area of expertise within 3 months of arrival while painfully spending their savings (take note of unfavourable FX). Nigeria is tough but dear all, it is tougher living overseas without a proper job.
Even with those survival jobs, one has to work 3 different types to pay $1k rent (with utilities) monthly for a self-contained type of apartment on average. U REALLY want to think again. Have my best wishes in your decision. Spectatorially, P. O.

Some days back, it was reported on social media of how a Nigerian lady was fired from her job because she refused to sleep with her boss.
The lady sparked outrage among some social media users, after disclosing that she was sacked from work because she had refused to have sex with her Indian superior.
The Nigerian lady identified as “maami_Chulo” shared her ordeal on twitter and the platform users expressed rage at the development, with some who apparently are human rights activist offering to help take up the matter to get her justice.
A phone thief arrested by the operatives of the Rapid Response Squad of the Lagos State Police Command, has confessed that he has stolen over 1200 from Lagos commuters since he joined pickpocketing gang.
The suspect, Femi Solomon, from Ogun State, was arrested last Thursday in Iyana Oworo, after stealing a Samsung phone from a commuter in a bus stampede at the bus stop. Solomon, an auto technician noted that he joined pickpocketing gang in Obalende, where he was ushering people to buy used cloth popularly called “Okrika”.
According to him, one of his customers, Ismaila, who was about 50 years old, “introduced me to pickpocketing. I noticed he was coming to Obalende finely dressed with so much money. I told him I was looking for better job opportunity, and he assured me that he was going to assist me with one. And, when he was going to introduced me to one, he said I should be following him, while I learn from him.
I was following from behind and monitoring what he was doing. We were moving from one bus stop to the other from morning till evening. He was stealing phones and wallets from passengers inside buss and at bus stops. Throughout the six months I followed him, we could pick 6 to 8 phones and wallets from people without them knowing. He kept everything to himself, but at the end of the day, he would give me between N4,000 to N6,000 depending on his wish.
On August 2016, I started on my own. My target is between 4 to 5 mobile phones in a day. Once am able to hit that figure, I stop operation and I retire. I sell phones to a friend based in Lagos Island. In my rough estimation, I would have stolen 1200 phones. I operate on Monday, Tuesdays , Fridays and Saturdays.” Recovered from the suspects were four mobile phones.
It is every parent’s joy to see their children mature from childhood and get taken away in marriage in order to grow and establish their own homes.
However in recent times, it appears that kind of joy is being stolen from them by their own maids.
Some Nigerian Parents have chosen to vent via social media over the fact that their daughters are being rejected by suitors while their maids are being chosen in their stead.

Uru Eke, popularly known for her producing debut Remember Me and her role as Obi in Ndani TV’s popular web series Rumour Has It, is a descent of Mbaise in Imo State, Nigeria, but was born in Newham, East London in the United Kingdom.
After a Business Information Technology degree from the University of Greenwich, she started her career as an IT consultant at Zurich Insurance Group and proceeded to work in a number of financial organisations across the UK.
Uru switched over to acting in 2011, and has gone on to star in several movies and is now part of the new Nollywood.
Here are some excerpts from her interview with Guardian;
What attracted you to begin a career as an actor?
Acting is something that I’ve always wanted to do. I watched the likes of Julia Roberts and Bimbo Akintola over the years and I wanted to be just like them.
What led to your decision to leave a career in IT?
I had worked in IT for five years and was bored. The acting was something that I had desired to do for as long as I can remember but I was just never mentally ready to embark on the journey. In my mind, it was uncertain and scary, especially as the road to getting to a point where you become a household name can be quite tough. Eventually, I got to a point where my confidence in what I really wanted grew and that’s when I made the decision to switch careers.
How do you evaluate success as an actress?
I would have said how well your last job did but that may not be a fair statement. These days you never can tell what will please the audience. So my measure of success is the satisfaction I get on or after a job.

While still on the reality show, Ahneeka was disconnected from the male housemates apart from Angel who became her buddy and eventually her strategic partner.
Speaking with Pulse in an interview, the reality show star said she did not connect to the guys in the house because of their romantic relationship with other female partners.
“For some reason in the house, anytime I tried to talk to any guy in the house, people made it look like I was trying to steal their man. And Bambam was my girl so I couldn’t have her thinking like that, even though at some point she did.
“So I was staying away from Teddy and he was making it known that I was being too reserved – It’s because of your babe [Bambam].
“I could flow with you, you could be my G, but I’m just respectful to your babe and not to start some drama in the house.
“So that was just my concern. I couldn’t connect to the guys because of their wives,” Ahneeka said

Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Ifu-Ennada seems to have finally settled her differences with Nigerian rapper, CDQ.
Recall she revealed while having a conversation with other housemates that Rapper CDQ used and dumped her, after he used her to attain fame.
CDQ of course responded to her claims, and called her unprintable names, one of which he claimed she was just “a one night stand”.
She later came out to vindicate the rapper and also mentioned that the real culprit will be exposed soon.
When Sunday Scoop asked her to identify the rapist, Ifu Ennada refused but stated that it was not CDQ.
“I was the one who was raped and I didn’t talk about it until recently. When I am ready to reveal the rapist’s identity, I will do so. For now, it is no one’s business. I don’t know what gave people the impression that it was CDQ. I didn’t mention CDQ’s name. I don’t understand people,” she added.
She recently wished the rapper a happy birthday as she took to her page to share a photo of herself with him and wrote,

Maleek Berry took to Twitter to thank God for saving the life of his friend who convulsed at the Eko Convention Center, where the Headies Awards was held.
The singer and producer took to Twitter to thank God for saving the life of his friend who convulsed at the Eko Convention Center, where the annual awards show, Headies, was being held on Saturday, May 5, 2018.
According to his post, his friend slumped and lost a lot of blood but thanks to the assistance he got from Waje and Omawunmi, the story got a happy ending.
He was sure to give them a shoutout in his post too.

Despite the happy ending to this particular story, Berry expressed his displeasure at the fact that the Eko Convention Center boasts an ambulance that did nothing to alleviate the situation. According to him, they were unable to locate a driver for the ambulance and so were forced to rush his friend to the hospital in a hotel shuttle.

Even though, Yemi Alade got the award, the organizers of the show suffered severe backlash as Nigerians on social media questioned this mistake which many described as rigged.

A tragic incident occurred today in Buguma area of Rivers State, it claimed the life of a lady who reportedly gave her baby daddy a ‘romantic slap’ on her birthday.
According to reports, the baby daddy identified as Ibisaki Ikiriko didn’t even pay the lady’s bride price before the said incident occurred.

Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor the past President of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) has dropped a bombshell regarding the controversial topic on Tithe.
According to the Pastor, people that don’t pay tithe will experience a quick death.
Teaching in his church’s Word Of Life Eagles’ Devotional on Tuesday, May 1, 2018, he said should be no controversy over the payment of tithe, because it’s ageless.
According to him:
“Abraham paid his tithe about 500 years before Moses gave the Law. God began the principle of tithing at the Garden of Eden. The Bible records that ’the LORD God took the man, and put him into the Garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it’ (Genesis 2:15). By implication, God employed the man.”
Continuing, he said:
“In Genesis 2:16, for the work that man did, God paid him wages: ’And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat.’ The story did not end there. In Genesis 2:17, God said to the man, ’But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat it, for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.‘
”There is always something that God will give you, that he wants you to take care of, that you mustn’t take as yours, that you must leave dedicated to and return to Him. That thing is the acknowledgement that God is the source of all things that you have, and it is known as tithe.
”Now, just to make sure that there is no ambiguity and confusion as to what the thing is, God made it simple. The tithe is ten per cent of anything God gives you as increase to what you already have or as addition to what you already have. In Adam’s case, not eating the tree of knowledge was his tithe. And if he dared to eat it, he would die,” he further argued.
In conclusion, he maintained that when you eat your tithe, you kill and destroy your access to God’s supernatural provision.
Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor said:

A Nigerian lady with the name Olutimehin Adegbeye has outed popular club owner, Pretty Mike and On air personality, Andre Blaze for allegedly sexually assaulting her.
Olutimehin who took to Twitter to share her story stated that she was raped by Pretty Mike when she was just 16 years old, while Andre Blaze assaulted her sexually about two years ago.
The lady who is speaking out for the first time concerning the incident is using the medium, ItsTime campaign against sexual abuse on women.
She shared on her Twitter,
ICYMI: Andre Blaze Henshaw sexually assaulted me two years ago. The BBC (unwittingly) interviewed both of us for a recent program about (toxic/evolving) masculinity and its impacts. I informed the BBC about the assault and asked them to delete/edit that program. They refused.
The BBC has assured me that they are very sorry about the distress they unwittingly caused, and also that they will not be doing anything to mitigate it. Andre Blaze Henshaw, as far as I know, continues to deny that he assaulted me despite there being witnesses of the assault.
It is hypocritical and callous to expect survivors of sexual violence to navigate their trauma AND do the work to eliminate sexual violence alone and unsupported. As long as powerful people & institutions do nothing in the face of allegations, abuse will continue with impunity.
I am disappointed but not surprised by the BBC’s actions, in much the same way that I expect to be disappointed but not surprised by the responses I will receive to my words. But I am not afraid. I am not alone. And I am certainly not powerless. #MeToo indeed.

The Pastor of the Flock of Christ Mission, Warri, Delta State, Bishop Simeon Okah, has announced that henceforth, any member of his church that has not obtained his Permanent Voters’ Card, PVC, “would not be allowed to worship.”
Pastor Okah is also The South-South Vice President of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, PFN, and he made the statement while speaking with newsmen on Saturday in Warri, Delta State
He said gone were the days when Christians see politics as sin.
He said:
“From Thursday, any member of my church who does not have his or her voter’s card would not enter this house (Church). By the grace of God, I am the one God used in founding the Flock of Christ Mission.”
He also faulted the treatment meted to Senator Dino Melaye (Kogi West), stressing that Nigeria needs people like the lawmaker.
He told newsmen on Saturday that:
“I have concerns for Dino. His hands may not be as clean as a saint but a man like him has a role to play in building this country.
“We need men like Dino. Let everybody of goodwill fight to see that Dino is released; if he has criminal records, he should face it but he should not be kept in detention.
“He is intelligent. Let us see how we can save him from the hands of policemen. For a man like Dino, the police should show some level of leniency, because we need people like Dino in this country if we want this country to be great.”

According to Afolayan Omotayo who shared the story on Twitter, he wrote;
“I helped a friend to conduct interviews for staffing in her office yesterday, 9 candidates were in attendance. I disqualified 3 of them who claimed not to have PVC automatically. That makes my job easy. It begins from there, extending to Mechanic, Electrician etc.”
