Contrary to those claims, Peace has revealed that she is fine, and she doesn’t “complain” of any eye problems.

A woman, Quantasia Sharpton has accused the Grammy Winner, Usher for risking a sexual intercourse with her despite his status as a patient of Herpes, a Sexually-Transmitted-Disease (STD) without her consent.
Usher was reportedly said to have contacted the disease around 2009, although the singer and dancer has never confirmed this to the public since then.
Sharpton, during a press conference on yesterday, August 7, said she met the singer when she attended his concert some years ago.
Fortunately, the now mother of one was not infected by the reason the intercourse, she revealed.
“I went to his concert with some friends a few years ago to celebrate my birthday. I was wearing a birthday crown and because of that, I was selected to go backstage before the show. Later a security guard picked me up and asked me for my number,” she said.
“He told me Usher had seen me backstage and was interested in me. After the show, my friends and I returned to the hotel. I got a call from Usher on a blocked number and he asked me what hotel I was staying.
“About an hour later, he arrived. We spoke for a while and then he made sexual contact. He never warned me about any STDs. It was just after my nineteen birthday. I never heard from him again.
“When I first heard reports that he had herpes, I could not believe it. I had a child a year ago, and I know I was negative. Although I was negative, I was upset by the report because I wouldn’t have consented if I had known”, she said
Blaming Usher for allowing her go through such risk even in her ignorance, she noted that:
“I wouldn’t have taken the risk of getting an incurable disease. My health is very important to me especially now that I am a mother.
“I feel like my rights were violated. Usher, if you are negative, please say so. If you are positive, you need to warn your sex partners so that they can make their own informed decisions.”
However, report from Fox stated that Attorney Lisa Bloom has now filed a suit against Usher over the intentional act without the patrner’s consent.
Bloom also mentioned that Sharpton is not the only lady that was engaged in sex with the singer and others will be named soon.
She said her firm is currently reviewing several other potential clients’ accusations against the singer and several names may be added to the suit in coming days.

Nigerian politician, essayist, and lawyer, David Oluwafemi Fani-Kayode ‘FFK’ has reacted to the comments of President Buhari’s Personal Assistant on Social Media, Lauretta Onochie, who said that it is disrespectful for Nigerians to be asking for President Buhari’s health status.
In a series of tweets on his Twitter page, he said that the presidential aide who said it is disrespectful to ask about our President’s health need a brain transfer and a comprehensive face-lift.
Supporters of President Muhammadu Buhari, under the aegis of Buhari Campaign Organisation (BCO), on Monday, said Nigerians had benefitted from the strides of the current admistration such that Buhari currently boasts of, at least, 12.2 million voters for the 2019 election.
In what they called a silent revolution of the country’s fortunes, the organisation, led by its national coordinator, Mr Danladi Pasali, pointed to developments in agriculture, security, corruption as evidences of good governance by the Buhari-led administration.
Speaking at the opening of the South-West office of BCO in Ibadan, Pasali said the fact that 19 states in the North, among others in the South-East and South-West, were exporting rice and that terrorist group, Boko Haram, had been defeated, were worth celebrating.
He noted that Buhari had recovered from his ill-health and would soon return to the country.
Shock and grief still pervaded Amakwa village, Ozubulu in Ekwusigo Local Government Area of Anambra State, yesterday, as the residents narrated their experiences, during the attack at St. Philip’s Catholic Church in the area, Vanguard reports.
Just like Sunday, the vicinity of the church was still besieged by hundreds of people from various parts of the country, especially people from the village whose relations worship at the church regularly. They came to find out the situation in their village.
This came as Police authorities in Abuja, yesterday, confirmed that three persons had been arrested in connection with the attack, just as Governor Willie Obiano dismissed insinuations that it was a terror attack against the church.
The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, also said it was already linking up with international collaborators and respective countries, with a view to establishing the veracity of the drug activities related with the bloody massacre.
How I lost three relations
Among those who spoke with Vanguard, yesterday, was Joel Obunadike, who lost his uncle, his brother’s wife and a baby. He said they were facing the alter when the gunman shot them from behind and the bullet caught them where they were sitting.
According to him, the deceased sustained injuries and died later at Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital, Nnewi.
Obinadike added that his brother, whose wife and child were killed, had not even returned home.
It was gathered that the baby was taken to the theater for operation, yesterday, where she later died.
Joel said: “We were in the middle of the service when I noticed that a black jeep was parked outside. The car later moved from the spot and turned back a few minutes later and parked at the same spot.
“A young man came into the church through the back door of the church and started shooting, while backing the alter. Many people tried to escape through the two doors and to our surprise, the gunman started shooting at them on both doors. It was a terrible thing.
“I did not rush out like others immediately and it was most of the people who tried to escape that were either killed or wounded.”
Our ordeal – Victims
Two other victims, Samuel Ndulue and Chinasa Chukwueloka also gave a graphic description of what happened in the church.
Ndulue, who is heavily bandaged after undergoing an operation on his two legs said:
“I was sitting on the third row from the front of the church when the shooting started and I got up to run away only for bullets to hit me on my two legs.
“I became unconscious and it was when I woke up that I discovered that I was in the hospital. I am happy to still be alive.’’
Miss Chukwueloka said it was a miracle that she was still alive, adding that she followed other people to run when the shooting started only to fall in the middle of the church when she was hit by bullets.
Mrs. Christiana Okafor, who hailed from the neighbouring Ihembosi community that worships at the church, said she had to return from Enugu to ascertain the situation, adding that though she did not lose anyone, she was sad that people had to lose their lives in such circumstance.
A nurse in charge of the Emergency Unit of NAUTH said, yesterday, that six of the injured persons admitted on Sunday had been transferred to the hospital’s outpost at Oba, while the remaining 22 were recuperating at Nnewi.
Other victims react
Similarly, Charles Justice, who brought his wounded friends to the Nnamdi Azikiwe Teaching Hospital in Nnewi, said the incident happened after the homily at 6 a.m. Mass.
“Those who died are mostly children and the elderly, I know about three children who were below five years that died in the shooting,” said Justice.
He said three of the victims had died at the hospital, a claim corroborated by a medical doctor who did not want to be named.
Nonso Nwakibe thanked God as his mother, Antonia, laid groaning from the pains of the bullet wounds on her arm.
Ogochukwu Maduka, a Lay Reader at the church, who sat in the front row at the time of the attack, said she had arrived for the Mass and found the church in darkness.
“After much effort to get the generator to work failed, they had resort to using candles and rechargeable lamps.
“The holy Mass had proceeded as usual, after the first, second and gospel reading, and then the priest’s homily, as we stood up for the proclamation of faith, there was a sound of gun like thunder from behind.
“There was chaos, panic and confusion. The priest ran away as the gunshots continued and I took cover under the seat.
“When people started running around, the man began shooting upwards. Those mostly affected were those at the back of the church,” Maduka added that she counted about 15 corpses afterward.
Another victim, Nnagolum Oramadike, a primary three pupil, who was shot in the leg, said he “bent down” while the shooting was going on.
His mother, Chioma, who also sustained bullet wounds, said she was worried the news would devastate her husband, who had just travelled abroad to seek greener pastures, but hoped he would find out they were alive.
“The shooting started around 7 a.m. and my father in law was not so lucky. I don’t know how to take care of my children now I’m incapacitated,” said Mrs. Oramadike, 32, whose daughter was hit by a motorcycle amid the chaos.
Ifeoma Onyeka sat beside her 14-year-old daughter who had just been operated upon. Her elder, foster daughter, Anwurika Mboje, did not survive the attack, as she had died right inside the church.
“I survived by hiding under the seat while the children must have ran because of lack of knowledge of what to do in such a circumstance,” she said.
Yesterday, the organization, Concerned Nigeria led by the renowned singer, Charly Boy took to the street of Abuja to demand the resignation of the ailing President who has been in London for over 90 days or tender his resignation.
In reaction to this, Mrs. Onochie likened the president as a private citizen of the country and it is therefore disrespectful to clamor of his health details since there is an Acting President – in person of Yemi Osinbajo occupying the position in his absence.
Speaking at the Channels TV last evening, she said:
“For the life of me, I have no idea why anybody would disrespect another by asking for the details of their health status. As we speak, we have an acting president,” Onochie said on Monday while speaking on Channels Television‘s Politics Today.
She continued: “As we speak, President Buhari seems to be like a private citizen at the moment. We have no right and it is very disrespectful for anyone to ask for his health status. In the UK where I came from nobody would release anybody’s health record to another, not even the members of their family unless the person decides to approve.
“On the social media, the president is well loved by Nigerians. I come across a lot of Nigerians who wish him well.”
She further said the onus is on the president to intimate Nigerians on his health status, insisting that it is inappropriate to seek to compel him to do so.
“The prerogative to speak on his ailment lies only on President Buhari. If he chooses, it is a choice. It is very disrespectful and very intrusive. We are intruding into his private rights. He has rights too as a citizen of Nigeria. Anybody can get ill, it is not something planned,” Onochie said.
“The president is receiving medical care in the UK, Nigerians are praying for him. They want him to get well. Governance is going well, the economy is improving. We are nearly out of recession”, she ended.

Atlanta rapper, Yung Mazi, whose real name is Jibril A, was found dead after suffering multiple gunshot wounds around 8.55pm on Sunday outside Urban Pie in the Kirkwood neighborhood of Atlanta.
The up-and-coming rapper, who recently joined Kevin Gates’ BWA clique, previously claimed that he’s been shot more than ten times in his life.
Police responded to the shooting on Sunday after hearing gunshots from their Zone 6 headquarters, WXIA reported.
They have not officially named the victim of the shooting, but social media tributes have poured in for the rapper.
The person who shot him is described as a black male with dreadlocks and wearing a white t-shirt.
According to XXL reports, the 31-year-old rapper was previously shot on December 27th of last year, making this his second time being attacked in eight months.

I thought I could never live outside Lagos because I thought everything outside Lagos was too slow. I need that slow life now because nobody is my face and neither am I in people’s faces. I’m changing my circle of friends and redecorating my life so I needed that space.
Do you think you can regain your privacy again?
I have always been a very private person and anything that people say about me is what they want to make up. No one truly knows me, no one knows what I eat or don’t eat. No one knows me and the only thing about me that is being made public is what I post on social media. So, if I don’t post it, disregard it.
So, are some of the backlashes you have received on social media lately a result of your being born again?
Well, even if I wasn’t born again, they will still come for me. You see, the devil cannot steal from an empty barrel; you have to be fully charged. I will go through a lot of things, whatever is happening now this is nothing compared to what is yet to come. What I have seen is not even half of what will come in the future. I am ready for more; there will be worse to come and I’m ready for it. When God prepares you in a different kind of way, I can fight my battles on my own strength.

The Enugu State police command yesterday said it has arrested the General Overseer of the City of Liberation and Comfort Ministry, Bishop Ginika Obi, for allegedly swindling his members to the tune of over N500 million.
His ministry, located on Enugu-Port Harcourt highway, became a beehive of activities last year as people from various walks of life, especially miracle seekers, trooped to the church.
But the place became a shadow of itself after it was discovered that the non-governmental organization he floated to lure members into investing on the guise of reaping “bountiful dividends” was aimed at defrauding them.
When he was caught in his tracks, the Unuaku Uli self-acclaimed preacher ran away, abandoning his church and members. He was, however, arrested at a hotel in Enugu at the weekend, where he was said to be taking refuge.
The Guardian gathered that Obi had used his non-government organization, ‘Build Your Generational Organization’ to allegedly defraud his members and other unsuspecting members of the public of various huge sums in the hope that they would reap bumper financial dividends after some time.
When the bubble burst last year, he abandoned the church and escaped to Asaba in Delta State and started operating a new church with a new name. He was also said to have changed his title from ‘Bishop’ to ‘Prophet.’
The Enugu State government had, following the discovery and public outcry over his activities, dismantled the church building and gave the land to a private developer as part of the ongoing HELIU residences project.
The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) in Enugu, Ebere Amaraizu, who confirmed the arrest of the ‘Bishop’, stated that “luck ran out of the suspect over the weekend as he was trailed based on intelligence information to a hotel at Amechi Road, off Agbani Road, Enugu.”
According to Amaraizu: “He is now helping operatives in their investigations in relation to his nefarious activities. He said he never knew his financial non-governmental organization would turn out this way. He disclosed that the amount he defrauded is not up to the sum of N500 million but N186 million.”
Following his arrest, many of his victims are trooping to the office of the officer-in-charge of the monitoring unit in Enugu to catch a glimpse of him. Many of them wore long looks with tears rolling down their cheek.
Blessing Okonkwo Edekin, a widow; Nnenna Okonkwo, a petty trader; and Chidiebere Okolo, did not waste time to narrate their ordeal in the hands of the ‘Bishop’ whom they said had defrauded them of huge sums of money and disappeared without trace with his agents. They expressed happiness at the way the police nabbed him to face justice. The Commissioner of Police, Dan-mallam Mohammed, has directed full-scale investigations into the alleged nefarious activities of the ‘Bishop’.

Police in West Texas say a robbery suspect is in custody after he was caught snoozing at the scene.
According to Abilene police, Kanyoni Sedekiya, 20, was armed with a gun at his apartment complex early Friday when he argued with his roommate, whom he then bound as he demanded money.
Authorities say Sedekiya then fell asleep.
The roommate managed to get free around 4 a.m., slip away to a neighbor’s apartment and summon police as Sedekiya was sleeping. Sedekiya surrendered without incident.
Taylor County Jail records show the Abilene man was being held Sunday on an aggravated robbery charge, with bond set at $60K. Jail records do not list a defense attorney.
Unfortunately, this act of criminality and stupidity is not the only incident to have happened recently. In Harrison, Ohio, near Cincinnati, a thief broke into a home, made himself a snack, and fell asleep.
It happened while the people who live in the house were inside it. It was three in the morning on Saturday, March 11, and Doreen Snow woke up after falling asleep on the sofa, to see a man sleeping at her kitchen table.
“My boyfriend woke me up and asked me who the strange man was in our house and I had no idea who he was,” Doreen told WKRC in Cincinnati. “There was chocolate milk still on the table and a cheese stick and french fries and he had gotten into the cabinets and got paper plates out to eat on and cooked in my microwave and I was literally asleep like three foot away from him.”
Doreen and her boyfriend called police while Fillers was asleep and officers took him to jail. Doreen said she was grateful that despite a burglary no one in the house was hurt.
She said, “I heard nothing and I’m a very light sleeper and I heard absolutely nothing. Like I said, somebody was watching over me that night.”
An officer was stuck by a needle while searching the suspect’s coat. Fillers is facing burglary and drug charges.
A 30-year-old Nigerian man, Identified as Chidi Theddus Matthew was on Saturday Morning arrested after he was found in possession of 11.85 grams of cocaine in Patong, Phuket, Thailand.
Chidi was arrested by Thailand officials on Soi Nanai Street 9 at 00:30am, according to a police report.
He was taken to Patong Police Station and charged with possession of Category 2 drug with intent to sell. In making the arrest officers also seized a mobile phone and a Honda City ZX from the suspect.

Lauretta Onochie, the Personal Assistant to President Buhari on Social media has said that it’s not right for Nigerians to ask for the health status of President Buhari.

As we speak, President Buhari seems to be like a private citizen at the moment. We have no right and it is very disrespectful for anyone to ask for his health status. The prerogative to speak on his ailment lies only on President Buhari. If he chooses, it is a choice. It is very disrespectful and very intrusive. We are intruding into his private rights.
