A young man has stirred reactions online following the video he shared on his page which had him in tears and lamenting over the claim that he’s single because he’s handsome and ladies won’t trust him in a relationship because of that reason.

He captioned the video, ‘You’re being single again bcos no one could trust you in relationships because you’re fine’

While some netizens were able to relate to the caption, the video didn’t sit well with some people as they couldn’t understand why he would make a video of himself crying and decide to post it online.

Some commented that his behaviour in the video is enough reason not to been in a relationship with him while others mentioned that his skin colour was enough reason to think he’s a player.

Others concluded that light skinned guys and good looking men are always seen as players and can’t be trusted in their relationship.

A lady has taken to social media to flaunt the expensive gift she received from her husband as a push present for giving birth to boys.

The pregnant woman, who already has three sons – two from her previous marriage, shared a video of herself taking delivery of the Range Rover gifted by her husband.

According to her, her caucasian husband presented her with the new car as a token of appreciation for giving birth to their sons. She also expressed her gratitude to him for the thoughtful gift.

“POV: Your husband gets you a Range Rover for birthing his sons. Thank you hubby,” she captioned the post on Tuesday, October 3.

The video has since stirred mixed reactions online, with some expressing disapproval of the soundtrack in which she mentioned that she can’t give birth ‘for free’.

A Nigerian woman has caused drama at her 70th birthday party in the UK after asking some guests to leave the venue.

In a video that went viral over the weekend, the celebrant was seen telling those who did not purchase Asoebi to leave right away.

The obviously irate woman waited until the guests had begun to eat before ordering those without Asoebi to leave.

She continued by stating that they should go right away if they know they want to live to be 70 years old.

The only option left to the guests was to complain and leave as all efforts to stop the woman’s speech proved abortive.

Popular Nollywood actress and politician, Tonto Dikeh, has voiced worry over the battle for Mohbad’s justice in the wake of Naira Marley’s arrest.

To assist with the continuing investigation into Mohbad’s death, Naira Marley tweeted on Tuesday night that he had arrived in Lagos and would be meeting with police to assist in the investigation.

American Rapper, Drake showed kind gestures to a fan after reading the content of his placard at a recent concert in Miami.

The content on the placard read ‘I spent all my savings buying ticket for me and my ex‘. Drake however encouraged him by saying ‘honestly never mind, its her loss‘. He questioned the fan if his ex didn’t come with him, ‘to the drake show’.

Drake, who mentioned earlier that it cool to always do something nice for a lady, like buy her a bag and other gifts, said he would give the fan fifty bars that it’s his ex loss.

A video circulating online captures the moment Big Brother Naija star, Mercy Eke, fled the scene after she was caught on camera attempting to kiss her love interest, Pere Egbi.

It will be recalled that the reality TV stars, who made it to the final week of the All-Stars edition of the show, grew closer during their last days in the house. They developed a fondness for each other and spent more time together.

Nigerian singer-turned-blogger, Samklef, has opened up about how his former record label boss, Banky W, contributed to his cancellation in the entertainment industry.

He shared his experience while discussing the alleged reasons why some record label bosses cannot condemn those who bullied and harassed Mohbad before he passed away.

The music producer alleged that Banky W initiated a move to cancel him in 2012, along with one of his friends in Soundcity.

According to him, the reason Banky W cannot speak out against Naira Marley and Sam Larry, both accused of harassing and assaulting the recently deceased singer, Mohbad, is because he is also guilty.

He added that the only difference in Banky’s case is that he “was not as violent as Naira Marley.”

Nigerian singer Naira Marley has arrived in the country to assist the authorities with their investigations into the death of the late singer, Mohbad.

Recall that Naira Marley had requested a guarantee of his safety after videos of him directly or indirectly assaulting Mohbad surfaced online.

Naira Marley had offered to help the police with their investigation and prove his innocence if they could assure him that he would be safe from harm.

Taking to social media, he shared his arrival in the country and gave an update that he would help find justice for Mohbad on the microblogging platform Twitter (formerly known as Twitter).

He wrote,

“I’d like to share that I’ve just arrived back in Lagos, Nigeria to assist the authorities with the ongoing investigation. It’s important I do my part for Imole. I’ll be meeting with the police with hopes for the truth to be uncovered and for justice to prevail”

Nigerian singer, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, better known as Mohbad’s father, Mr. Joseph Aloba, has revealed shocking details about the relationship Mohbad had with his wife.

Recall that there have been speculations that Mr. Joseph and Mohbad’s mother went their separate ways over 20 years ago, and Mr. Joseph went on to remarry someone else.

Speaking in an interview with BBC pidgin, Mr. Aloba stated that his wife asked him to choose between herself and his son.

The authorities are still investigating the reason for his death, but his father shared information about him and his late son’s stepmother.

He said;

“My name is Mr. Aloba Joseph Oluwabamiwo, and I am the father of the late Mohbad.”

Mohbad was a quiet person who didn’t talk much. Whatever you gave him would satisfy him. He was my friend, and we used to go out together.”

Whatever I was doing, he would always join me, and we were very close. We were like brothers.”

Ilerioluwa was someone who liked to do the things I did. He saw me as a bishop, and when I went out, he was ready to follow me.”

I never thought he could even sing, but there was a time when we were at a Redeemed Church, and I promised him that after I finished building our house, I would buy him a talking drum. He was happy.”

Afrobeat musician Seun Kuti has claimed that Nigerians nearly ruined his career after he punched a police officer.

Recall that in May 2023, a viral video showed him striking an officer in a uniform.

Seun attacked the staff after becoming enraged at the man for damaging the back bumper of the car his family was riding in. As a result, the singer was detained and brought before the Lagos State magistrate’s court.

Recall that the duo had an online squabble on Monday, September 18, after Mercy made it to the finale of the “All Stars” edition of the reality TV show.

At the time, Maria took to the microblogging platform X to mock Ike who had earlier stated that he would rather die than watch Mercy win the show again.

Netizens have reacted to a video on social media where a lady pleaded with her boyfriend to make her some food at midnight, after reminding him that she’s on her period.

In the video, she is seen telling her partner that she’s craving fried rice, the young man then replied by saying ‘it’s only pregnant women that have cravings’. She however told him that it’s not her but ‘period cravings’.

A Nigerian man has been left perplexed after discovering that his fiancée cheated with five different men during the nine months he was abroad.

The man took to a Facebook group to share his dilemma and seek advice from the group members. According to him, before he traveled abroad, he visited his girlfriend’s parents to formally introduce himself to them.

Upon his return after nine months, he began to suspect that she had not been faithful to him, and she confessed to cheating with five different men.

Taking to her social media page, she shared a video of her undergoing an ultrasound at a health facility and disclosed that she is carrying twin children.

This comes four months after she announced that she is pregnant with her third child and revealed her desire to give birth to twins.

“I could tell even being on the phone with him for less than a minute that there was just something different about him,” Tanatsa, a native of Zimbabwe, said.

Corey’s smooth talk over the phone prompted her to shoot her shot at him and ask him out for a drink.

“I asked him if he would mind dropping the package outside my apartment, as I was going to be going out soon,” she said. “Something inside me was telling me to shoot my shot and ask him out.”

“I was newly single. I don’t know what happened, but something just came over me and I just thought, ‘I may as well ask — you never know,’” Tanatsa said.

Barely an hour after Corey delivered her package, Tanatsa sent him a text message that reads, “You single by any chance? Haha.” Fortunately for her, he was also single and ready to mingle.

Tanatsa said she wanted to act like the character Paulette, played by Jennifer Coolidge in “Legally Blonde,” who had a crush on a UPS deliveryman portrayed by actor Bruce Thomas in the 2001 film.

After confirming his relationship status, Tanatsa and Corey went out for a beer at a local bar.

“It went really well; he was saying all the right things. We just totally clicked from our first meeting,” said Tanatsa. “He came back to my apartment, but nothing happened.”

However, things took a massive twist when she got pregnant three months later.

“That was not at all planned,” Tanatsa insisted. “I thought, ‘Oh s–t.’”

She said she was initially worried that her new lover would be upset about the pregnancy but she was relieved when he asked her to marry him.

“It was only six months after our first meet-up, so I was blown away, but I said yes,” Tanatsa gushed.

The couple got married in December 2020. A few months later, in June 2021, they welcomed their first son, Archie, who is now 2 years old. They also welcomed their second son, Theodore, in August 2023.

“We grew to love each other even more after our second baby,” she said. “We still had our challenges, I had post-natal depression after our first baby, but we developed an understanding and are doing great.

“The only difference is before we had kids it was all about us — we now have to balance it out,” added Tanatsa. “We are really hands-on with the kids together; it’s really nice.”

This comes weeks after she made derogatory comments about Chioma on social media, stating that Chioma had undergone plastic surgery to achieve her curvaceous body, but it still ended up looking like ‘trash.’

She also implied that Davido wouldn’t have married Chioma if they hadn’t lost their son, Ifeanyi Adeleke, who tragically drowned in a swimming pool in October 2022.

Recall that Anita also released a song in which she advocated for Chioma’s freedom from what she described as a ‘toxic situation.’

Anita, who went on a rant for days and repeatedly criticized the singer and his wife, has now expressed remorse and tendered an apology to Chioma.

In a recent post on her Instagram page, Anita disclosed that she is currently going through a traumatic experience but doesn’t want to share details.

She added that she feels sorry for how she treated Chioma, acknowledging that losing a child and being hurt by someone’s partner is a terrible thing.

A video circulating online captures the reactions of the BBNaija “All Stars” finalists to the announcement of Ilebaye as the winner of the show.

Recall that Ilebaye, a 22-year-old from Kogi state, was declared the winner of the reality TV show on Sunday, October 1, surpassing 23 other housemates.

During the finale, the other finalists— Cross, Pere, Adekunle, and Ceec—were eliminated in that order, leaving only Ilebaye and Mercy.

Ilebaye ultimately emerged as the winner with the highest percentage of votes, 30.08%, while Mercy received 23.48%, CeeC had 23.41%, Adekunle garnered 12.61%, Pere secured 5.82%, and Cross came in at the bottom with 4.60%.

Following their elimination, the bottom housemates were seen watching the live show backstage. When the show host, Ebuka, announced Ilebaye as the winner, they appeared to be unhappy with the outcome.

One of them even mentioned that ‘they’, seemingly referring to the show’s organizers, gave Ilebaye the ‘game.’
