Ebiminor Preye thrives in a male-dominated occupation – painting/POP jobs. The lovely lady is very hardworking, and is zealous to succeed.
With a lot of youths saying there’s no job and all, Preye found a way out and has this message for us all:
I want to address some ladies. I know I don’t have a bunch on my list, but if you are a lady then this is for you.
It’s not pride, I was telling a friend few days ago that I pity those who are not our friends now, because very soon they will struggle to get a glimpse of us.
Now, if you are a lady, girl and you are not doing anything. You just sit Changing DPs
and PM, chatting with guys and you are above 20, please know that time is running out.
If you didn’t go to school, that’s a little bit worse but it’s not the end of life, Colonel Sanders was 62 when he founded KFC that shook the world.
Who is that guy wasting your life? What have you placed value on? If you don’t place value on yourself, very soon that guy will dump you. The only way to know you value yourself is not by wearing the most expensive pancakes with the money that a guy gave to you. It’s by taking responsibility and being responsible.
The truth of the matter is that, guys have become wiser over the years and will not want to spend the rest of their lives with a liability.
You are not doing anything, you have no skill. You say you are a sexy girl. Are there not sexy girls with brains? Or are you the only girl?
Take a decision right now, go out there and learn a skill, you can learn tailoring, hair-dressing, mechanic, make-up or learn what am doing now P.O.P.
Don’t let any guy intimidate you with his car. Develop yourself and very soon you will employ him as your driver.. Stop seeing cars, start seeing stars????.
The cars which includes a Bentley, Rolls Royce and more, were purportedly stolen by the former ruler, before he stepped down.
Speaking at a press conference in the Senegalese capital Dakar, Barrow’s special adviser, Mai Ahmad Fatty, said that a Chadian cargo plane had transported luxury goods out of the country on Mr Jammeh’s behalf in his final hours in power, including vehicles.
Mr Barrow’s adviser said that officials at the Gambia airport have been ordered not to allow any other belongings of Jammeh to leave, including the remaining luxury cars waiting at the Airport to be shipped out.
Yahya Jammeh, who ruled Gambia for more than 22 years, went into exile on Saturday. More photos below:

This is Daniel Nkemelu, a graduate from the University of Ibadan, who finished his course, Computer Science, with a distinctive score of 7.0 CGPA.
In his interview with Vanguard, the young man who was born and bred in Ajegunle, Lagos, explained how he was able to achieve this.
Read:
As many stakeholders lament decadence in the sector, some Nigerian students against all odds are making us proud, as they take exception to the downward trend.
Today we bring you Daniel Nkemelu of the University of Ibadan, who graduated with 7.0 CGPA. Excerpts:
By Dayo Adesulu
TELL us about yourself.
My name is Daniel Nkemelu K.
What does the initial K. stands for?
Daniel Nkemelu Kelechukwu.
How did you come about the Yoruba names (Oluwaseun) as it appears between your name on Facebook?
I simply converted my native name (Kelechukwu) to Yoruba. I love the Yoruba culture, I’m very Nigerian.
Where did you hail from?
I am from Nnewi-North LGA in Anambra State.
How old are you, Daniel?
I’m 24.
Could you please tell us about your parents. Who are your parents and what are their occupations?
My dad, Mr Daniel Nkemelu, is a business man and my mum, Mrs Augustina Nkemelu, is a caterer and fashion designer. They are based in Lagos. I can talk about how amazing they are all day, but let me simply say, they are God’s gift to me.
What exactly do you mean?
My siblings and I were brought up with full and proper parental guidance. We were taught about morals, honesty and love for every man. These are useful qualities in today’s world.I think it is sufficient to acknowledge my Christian background and avoid mentioning a particular church. Church is a delicate topic in Nigeria and I don’t want to distract the aim of this interview.
How many children have your parents and what position are you?
I’m fifth of seven children, four boys and three girls. I’m the third boy and fifth child.
Where are they and what are they doing?
Some are married, some are working, my younger ones are schooling.
What’s your course of study?
Computer Science.
I heard that you graduated with a 7.0 CGPA, is that true?
Yes, It is true, I did.
Could you please tell us how it happened.
It was challenging and interesting. Studying at the University of Ibadan is a rigorous process. My initial intention as a freshman was to do well and hopefully get a First Class result. However, after my first session, I started having loftier dreams… In the end, I was able to achieve it.
In other universities, a perfect score is 5.0. Why is U. I perfect score 7.0.
Do you have an idea of it?
The University of Ibadan started in 1948 as an extension of the University College, London. UCL used a 7-point scale at the time and we aligned with it. I heard there are plans to switch to a 5-point scale soon, though, I’m not an authority on this subject.
Was there anyone before you with a perfect score 7.0 CGPA?
I’m not sure. My convocation ceremony would hold later this year, I’m sure the University would make a statement on this after checking the records.
Where did you grow up and how was it like?
I was born and bred in Ajegunle, Lagos. Growing was fun because we had formal education at school, informal education at home and ‘street education’ on the streets.
Tell us about your primary and secondary education.
I attended Owhenama Educational Centre (a low-cost makeshift school for children from low income homes) before moving on to Holy Family Private School to complete my primary education. For my secondary education, I attended Chiben Comprehensive College before moving on to Rolex Comprehensive College (both in Iba, Ojo, Lagos) for my Senior School Certificate Exams.
Did you ever have difficulty in paying your school fees at that level?
We were always sent home for fees; but my Dad always found a way to pay.
How was your WAEC and NECO, what were your results like?
My WASSCE result was not outstanding but it was fine enough to earn me a place in Yaba College of Technology, where I earned a National Diploma in Computer Science before moving on to the University of Ibadan. I had two distinctions and six credits.
Did you ever have difficulty in getting admission and how many times did you sit for UTME?
I wrote UTME twice. I missed out the first time. The second time I was admitted to Anambra State University and Yaba College of Technology, I chose the latter.
Why the choice of the later, when you are fully aware of polytechnics and university dichotomy?
I would say two reasons: At the time, I was guaranteed better practical application of the course at Yaba College of Technology and then there were rumours of a possible conversion to a university of technology, it eventually didn’t happen though.
Did you eventually get what you wanted at YabaTech?
I did. Yaba College of Technology was a nice experience. I graduated as the Overall Best Graduating Student in the National Diploma category for the 2011/12 session. The knowledge I gained was very influential to my success at the University of Ibadan.
Have you ever failed in primary or secondary school before?
Well, I might have failed tests and assignments but exams, I don’t think so.
What’s your reading lifestyle?
My reading pattern was very dynamic. I didn’t have a fixed time or location. My kind of course requires broad understanding of concepts and practical application, so I could spend the whole day programming or reading tech blogs and reviews.
I visited the school library occasionally because it was conducive and distraction was minimal. I also held periodic tutorials that made me read in depth, so I could explain properly to others.
Were there other things you did to fetch you money while on campus?
Yes. I’m a freelance web developer. I did some software projects for people that fetched me money. I turned down some too when I needed to concentrate on my studies.
Could you please, tell us about your social lifestyle.
Wow, the cultural diversity at the University of Ibadan is amazing. I made a lot of friends and met lots of amazing people. I was not overly outgoing but I attended many events on campus. From Electoral Campaign events, Campus Blasts, Variety Nights… Social life was balanced.
What are your future plans?
My short term plan is to serve (NYSC) and then get a Masters (or higher) degree. I strongly believe that technology has a huge role to play in Africa’s rise to dominance and shared prosperity, so I have to equip myself with the necessary experience and exposure to be world class.
Do you hope to be self employed or work for someone in an organization?
This is a decision I would make after graduate studies. I’m open to new ideas and I believe you can make impact from anywhere, either as a Software Engineer in San Francisco or a CEO in Yaba.
If I may ask, what’s the secret of your academic success?
God’s guidance and support from friends, course mates and family; focus and determination; comprehensive teaching from my lecturers. However, these aren’t secrets, so I would say, there were no secrets.
Do you have a girl friend?
I need to clarify that there is no correlation between one’s academic performance and their relationship status. It is part of the training to handle both work and emotions. And because healthy relationships help you to get better at what you do; I loved and was loved in return.
However, bad relationships or friendships can affect academic performance, sincerely. Girlfriend is not the word; but there are people of the opposite sex that mean so much to me. That’s all sir.
Were you on scholarship?
I was an Etisalat Merit Scholar and was also awarded by a group of amazing women called Women Connected By Purpose.
To what extent did the scholarship assist you?
They both came in my final year and they were very helpful. It helped me concentrate better on my studies.
Who is your role model?
I learn from lots of people. No single person holds that monopoly. From the wisdom of my dad to the love of my mum, the intelligence of W. F. Kumuyi who finished from my school and Faculty and the calmness of E. A. Adeboye, the speaking prowess of Barack Obama and the charisma of Nelson Mandela.
These people are great examples to me and many others.
What advice do you have for other students?
I always tell young people; define what success means to you and give it what it takes. Everyone may not end up as perfect CGPA holders but everyone can excel at something. Be it in leadership, programming, entrepreneurship, public speaking, academics, writing, entertainment and the likes. Be open to learn and do your best to make a difference.
Imagine this was sent to your phone, how would you have reacted? Least this guy preached Jesus to him… Hehe
Nigerian Twitter user, Ayomide Joe, shared that a friend of his was mistakenly sent this message yesterday afternoon. He’s wondering what the items listed below are meant for.
A young woman, Chinedu Chukwu, has been arrested by the police for abducting and selling her elder sister’s four-year-old daughter.
The girl, Chinecherem Irechukwu, a pupil of Unity Primary School in Inyi, a community in Oji River Local Government Area of Enugu, was declared missing on December 15, 2016. The police was notified after Chinecherem did not return from school.
In the course of investigation, it was discovered that Chinedu, the younger sister of Chinecherem’s mother and her boyfriend, Chinonso Osunkwo, travelled down from Anambra State where they reside, to abduct Chinecherem from her school.
It was further learnt that Chinedu and her boyfriend took Chinecherem to Ihe-Olokoro, a town in Umuahia, Abia State, where the little girl was sold to one Florence Nwokocha.
Florence reportedly paid N350,000 for the four-year old girl. Following their arrest, Chinedu and her boyfriend led the police to Florence, who was equally arrested.
Chinecherem was subsequently recovered on January 16, 2017. Amaraizu said the girl was recovered in Aba, Abia State, where she was to be resold by Florence for profit.
Narrating what transpired in the case, Amaraizu said,
“On that fateful day, December 15, 2016, Chinedu and her boyfriend, Chinonso, conspired and came in from Anambra State and headed to the school where the little Chinecherem was tricked and whisked away to Umuahia, Abia State, precisely Ihe-Olokoro, where she was allegedly sold to one Florence Nwokocha at the rate of three hundred and fifty thousand naira.
“Police operatives, already armed with intelligence information, nabbed the said Florence Nwokocha, who also assisted the operatives to recover Chinecherem on 16/1/17 from a place where she was kept at Faulks Road, Aba, in Abia State, awaiting a would-be buyer with a fabulous amount of money to make huge profit.”
Amaraizu added that the police were on the trail of an unnamed person, who harboured Chinecherem in Aba.
Chinecherem has been reunited with his parents.
Her mother, Mrs. Irechukwu, while thanking God and expressing appreciation to the police for the recovery of her daughter, said she was shocked that her own sister could mastermind the abduction and sale of her daughter.
“I never believed that my immediate younger sister could do such a thing to me,” the woman said.
Commissioner of Police, Enugu State, Mr. Douglas Agbonleni, who described Chinedu’s action as “man’s inhumanity to man”, commended the operatives of the Enugu State Police Command for recovering the girl, PUNCH reports.
It was tragedy at Eke-Obollo, in the Isiala Mbano Local Government Area of Imo State after a middle-aged woman, Chinonso Azubuike, in a bid to separate two fighters, set her son, Chimaobi Azubuike, aged three, and one seven-year-old Chidalu Onyeka on fire.
Sources in the grieving community told PUNCH on Saturday that the woman had been admitted in a public hospital in Owerri, the state capital, owing to the damages done to her body by the raging fire.
The woman, who is married to one Oliver, who hails from Umuchieze – Obollo, poured a gallon of petrol on her husband and sister-in-law, Adanna Onyeka, on Friday, in an attempt to separate them after they engaged in fisticuffs.
The sources explained further that no sooner had the woman poured the fuel than the entire house was consumed by fire, which reportedly came from a kitchen near the house, where a resident was cooking.
It was gathered that the fire killed Chimaobi and Onyeka, who were together in one of the rooms in the house.
The source said,
“All the efforts made by villagers to put out the fire in order to save the children proved abortive as they died before help could reach them.
A native of the community, Collins Osuji, said the woman was also affected by the fire and had been hospitalised. Osuji said the two adults who were fighting, also sustained burns. He said,
“The policemen, who came on a rescue mission, took the woman and others to a hospital for the injuries they sustained as a result of the fire.”
The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Andrew Enwerem, said an investigation into what transpired had commenced.

Presiding pastor of Miracle House of God Prophetic Ministry in Ikpoba-Okha Local Government Area of Edo State, Prophet Great Emokpae, who was accused of being involved in an amorous affair with the wife of one Anthony Ehikioya, has denied the allegation.
Ehikioya had last Sunday, accused Emokpae of having a romantic relationship with his wife after he reportedly obtained an audio recording of a conversation between the two.
He also accused his wife, Bridget, of infidelity, an allegation she also denied. The development led to the destruction of some property belonging to the church on Ituanyemwangbon Street by a group of angry youths.
The police had also launched a manhunt for the pastor, after he reportedly fled the area.
But Emokpae, who spoke with journalists on Friday, said though he had earlier been threatened by the complainant, he was surprised to see the level of damage done to his church.
He noted that he had to run for his life when he saw the mob. He explained,
“I was so surprised when I came to church on (that) Sunday. Meanwhile, the man had threatened that he would destroy my church. As I was going to church, I saw a crowd. Some were holding machetes and different weapons.
“I had to run for my dear life. I am not on the run. They are going to pay for everything they have destroyed because I am really innocent. Heaven and God bear me witness; I don’t know what they have accused me about.”
The pastor also denied any connection with the fetish items said to have been found in the church. He added,
“Before my arrival at the church, they (mob) were there. The only things I make use of are my Bible, staff and girdle; any other thing, apart from the ones I mentioned, was brought by them.”
The wife of the complainant said that she had been rebuked on several occasions by her husband for attending the church with her children.
Bridget said,
“I told my husband that if he thought that it (adultery) happened, he should take me to my people so that they would know what to do. He went to his people and told me not to enter his house again.”
“I have been in Ekpoma since last Friday. I am innocent and the man (pastor) is innocent. The pastor is good to me and my family. I don’t have anything with the pastor and he doesn’t have anything with me,” she added.
When contacted, the State Police Public Relations Officer, Moses Nkombe, told PUNCH that the pastor was still on the run. Nkombe, however, added that the complainant was assisting the police with the investigation.
“He is still on the run. The husband of the woman is helping us to trace them. Once the arrest is made, I will let you know,” Punch reports he said.

A quite distraught husband has shared his woe with his wife online, as he states that things (sexual) have not been the same ever since his wife had his child.
Sharing his story anonymously to Laila, the man is also concerned that sidechicks who could help boost his hormones on the other hand, “are expensive”.
Please i want to be anonymous. I will go straight to the point. ever since my wife gave birth 5 months ago, our sex life has become very boring. she never initiates sex like before and her holy of holies has become something else. I no longer feel anything when we have sex these days and the thing just gets so watery and makes annoying sloppy sounds that i often times have to think of my side chicks breasts before I can even release or even maintain my erection.
The first baby we had was not like this, her body recovered in about 2-3 months and the tightness was there but now i don’t even know when i penetrate her. even making love has become so boring to the extent that If i don’t think of another woman, i will just lose my erection and its becoming a frequent occurrence and i am not comfortable.
I see myself cheating on her more and more these days and it is not right but i dont know what else to do. I love sex and deep down i dont like hurting or cheating on my wife but am helpless, i really love my wife cos she stood by me when i was down but i don’t get satisfied with her sex these days. I have tried giving her clues and tips like kegel and using squats but its not working. the place is still as wide as an express walkway.
The only way i cope is to tell her to close her leg up when we are having sex and i am ontop so no more doggy, or placing her legs on my shoulder when going down. The biggest problem is that it hurts her when i give her hints that I am not enjoying the whole thing anymore. she becomes sad and withdrawn.
Please, I want ideas on how to regain my sex life back because to maintain side-chicks these days is rather expensive considering the state of the economy. You pay hotel bill 7k and will buy the chick food and drink for about 2k and still settle the babe with 5k plus 1k to fuel car…its almost 15k for a sex trip and i cant continue to spend this type of money 2 times every week.
Please how do i handle this and please this is not for everybody’s consumption. only matured people who understands my predicament should advise appropriately.
