A mobile phone software marketer, who specialises in downloading applications on mobile sets, has been reportedly found dead in a hotel room in Ovwian, Udu Council area of Delta State after allegedly demanding sex from a female customer who could not pay for the service he rendered to her.
The deceased identified as Nelson Eni Millz operating at a popular Robinson Plaza along Deco road in Warri South was said to have demanded that the female customer ‘pays in kind’ since she could not pay the entire fee.
Southern City News gathered that the incident happened last week Thursday at Treasure Land Hotel in Ovwian where the victim had lodged with the supposed lover identified as Helen Obiogu.
Conflicting reports had it that the victim (Nelson) slumped and died while having rounds of sex with Helen, but another account had it that he died from poisoning.
A source at the popular Robinson Plaza, where the lady suspect had gone to purchase the mobile phone told our correspondent that Helen was at the phone plaza last week Wednesday to buy a handset and to download music and applications, but was left with N5,000 after buying the phone.
It was gathered that Helen, who is now in police custody, pleaded with the late Nelson to let her go and come back another day to complete the payment but he had refused and insisted she met him in a hotel.
A source alleged Helen eventually went to the hotel and Nelson sent her to buy drinks for them. The source also alleged Helen could have poisoned Nelson’s drink which eventually led to his death.
Nelson, in his late 20s, left behind two kids.
When Southern City News discreetly visited the hotel as a lodger, staff and sympathizers were seen discussing the unfortunate incident.
A staff at Treasure Land Hotel told our correspondent that the lady suspect had almost fled from the hotel when she was arrested by the hotel security guards on duty.
The security guards had noticed that she was crying and was in a haste to leave the premises in the early hours of last week Thursday.
The State Police Public Relations Officer, Celestina Kalu, confirmed the development to our correspondent when contacted.
Kalu, in an additional message to our correspondent, said, “It was a sudden and unnatural death. Be informed that on 13/10/2016 at about 15.30 hours, one Gordon Tone (the manager) of Treasure Land Hotel, reported that one Nelson (male) surname unknown, lodged in his hotel along with his female friend by name Helen Obiogu of Ovwian Town.
“The said Nelson was found dead in his hotel room by 14.55hours. We visited the scene of crime and no mark of violence seen. The corpse has been removed and deposited at Noble Hospital mortuary for autopsy and the said female friend, Helen Obiogu of Ovwian town, has been arrested and detained.”
Eish. This scandal is a serious one! and we refuse not to gist you all.
There’s this leaked video going round the internet of Queen Chidinma Okeke, From Orumba North. She was crowned the winner of Miss Anambra 2015 competition.
We don’t know who did it or why, all we know is she made love to another lady in the video and she used cucumber as a se.x toy.
The video shows her on a lesbian act with one of her close friends who happens to be her personal assistant by name ‘Ada’ and also the 3rd runner up at the queen of democracy 2014.
Many are claiming she did this all because of money. But apparently………well.
She has since come out to debunk the video. She says it was photoshopped. No luv! That video wasn’t photoshopped!
See her reactions below:
My attention has been drawn to a concocted photograph/ video being circulated in the social media wherein my face was superimposed on an existing picture of persons engaging amorous conduct through the art of photo shopping.
This act is perpetrated by hodlums who are out to blackmail me or tarnish my image and promising career by presenting me in bad light. I wish to say that the said image is certainly not mine by any stretch of imagination.
I am a highly responsible person who was brought up in a family with impeccable reputation. I can therefore not subscribe to such act how much more engage in same.
Meanwhile I have referred the matter to my lawyer for possible prosecution of the culprits and civil claim. Please be advised to discountenance the said photograph/ video and regard it as handiworks of detractors. Thank you.
Okeke Chidinma
Of course..People are slut shaming her! You really need to read Nigerians nasty comments to her. Check on her instagram page, or see their comments here
The right leg of Veteran Nollywood actor, Tunde Alabi has been amputated.

Yoruba Movie Gist reports that the operation was done at a hospital in Surulere area of Lagos yesterday 20th October 2016.
Meanwhile, some weeks back, he was reported to be critically ill at the Lagos General hospital, and needs financial assistance to prevent one of his legs from being amputated.

Nigerian filmmaker and author, Onyeka Nwelue, have said women are not goats and should not be paid for, that our women should be given a chance to either stay in their father’s house or build her own house while she’s still married to her husband.
Married for 11 years, Nollywood actor, Funsho Adeolu-Adegeye and his wife, Victoria talk about their marriage.
How did you meet your wife? Funsho: I met her at Zeb Ejiro’s office. Then she worked behind the camera. We started as friends and here we are today. We have been married for 11 years.
What was the attraction? Funsho: She was very simple and original. No make- up, no special hairdo and she wore very decent clothes. She just looked very African and that was the attraction for me.
Are you an actress? Victoria: No, I am an On-Air-Personality and I am not entirely new to the entertainment industry.
Was wooing her difficult? Funsho: She gave me a slightly tough time because she kept dodging me but hard as she tried to evade me, God always brought us together one way or the other.
I can’t explain it but we always met and each time she wanted to run away from me, I was always there to ambush her.
How long did you court? Funsho: We courted for eight years. Some people might consider that as a long time but it was a great period in our lives. It was during this time that we discovered that we had so many things in common.
For instance, she sings and I do same too. We both love to dance and during our courtship, we were always together. If you saw me and you didn’t see her, it only meant she was on her way .She had a good knowledge of my job because she worked with Tunji Bamishigbin.
How did he propose to you? Victoria: There wasn’t what you would call a formal proposal because we already knew where we were headed.
He had always called me his wife, therefore, marriage was more or less a settled issue between us.
What made you accept him as your husband? Victoria: I really can’t tell. My husband is a very nice person. He is also humble and gentle. There was no way I could have minded getting married to someone in the limelight.
At the time we met, he was not as popular as he is now. Besides, I was in the industry and I knew a lot. Even then I knew he was an actor but I was not too conversant with his roles in movies.
Now that he is popular, how do you cope?
Victoria: When we go out and people say hello to him, it still amazes me. Maybe that is because I don’t see him as a star, I see him as my husband and father of my children.
Are there challenges being married to someone in the limelight? Victoria: There are but I think I have been able to overcome them. I don’t allow such things bother me. Even his female fans don’t bother me because he has managed that part of his life very well.
Describe him as a husband and a father
Victoria: He is a father. If I see him as my husband, I won’t be close to him but because he sees me as his daughter and I see him as a father, I am able to relate better with him. He talks to me like a daughter, the same way he talks to our children but he treats me like an adult.
How would you describe the years of being married to each other? Funsho: Marriage is like a training ground and you learn every day. It is a school where you are taught so many things like perseverance and the ability to understand people, most especially your wife. It has the ability to change your outlook and behavioural pattern.
One has to be very careful and know that you hold on to your marriage no matter the situation. You should know that whatever happens is just temporary; the resolution comes with compromise and understanding.
Couples should endeavour to communicate because it is very important. If you feel bad about something, discuss it with your spouse and let it go.
How do you resist temptation from female fans? Funsho: I am able to do that successfully because I believe if I am to live as the Christian that I say I am, people should see me and see that I have several qualities they can emulate.
Whatever happens in the industry, I see it as things of the world. I like to be original; I don’t like to portray what I am not. I like what I do and when I am acting, I want to be at my best and that is where it ends.
When you have to play romantic roles in movies, do you consult your wife? Funsho: Not all the time. Sometimes, I only get to tell her after I have played the role but I am very modest when I am playing such roles. I don’t go to the extreme because I know I am married and have to keep my home.
Even if my wife is understanding, I play the role as if she is not understanding but that does not take away the fact that I put in my best.
You are from Ondo state and your wife is from Akwa Ibom state.Did your families oppose your marriage? Funsho: No. This is because my parents are widely travelled. Her family saw me as part of them right from the first day. I had some people who wondered why I wanted to marry a non-Yoruba and I had to ask them who was getting married. The fact that she speaks Yoruba fluently is a plus and I also understand her dialect a bit.
How do you spend time together as a couple? Victoria: We spend a lot of time talking and playing. We can be indoors for days and we won’t run out of things to talk about.
That boils down to the friendship that exists between the both of us. Sometimes, we even quarrel and before you know it, we have started talking again like long time pals do.
Funsho: My wife and I still go clubbing. I know many people will be surprised to read this.
Is he romantic?
Victoria: Well, yes. He is not doing badly in that area but I am also not one you can describe as a romantic at heart. We are both trying our best.
When you have misunderstandings, who apologises first? Victoria: Sometimes my husband does not want to discuss the issue at hand when he is upset but I always insist we talk things over. On the long run, things just ease out and everyone is fine again.
What are those things you will like to change about each other?
Victoria: I love my husband the way he is and will not like to change anything about him. Over the years, I have come to accept him for who he is. Trying to change anything means I have to start adjusting again.
Funsho: My wife is stubborn but interestingly, I like that part of her because that gingers me alot. I procrastinate and when I have ideas or projects I want to carry out; she is on my neck until I deliver. My wife has changed my life and I love her physical looks.
There is nothing I want to change and I don’t want to add anything.
Really Popular Yoruba actress, Laide Bakare shared the above loved up picture with her 2 year old son…..
But most of her fans have enough reason to go hard on the actress, they believe it is not appropraite to tongue-kiss a boy as a mother…. While some feels she should ‘bleach’ her child so that they can both share a resemblance.

Nnaji Juliet Ijeoma, 30, was arrested at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA), Lagos, today, during an inward screening of passengers.
If she had succeeded in smuggling in the cocaine into Nigeria, she stood to reap the sum of N1m from her sponsors.
A statement by the spokesman of NDLEA, Mr. Mitchell Ofoyeju said that the suspect had attempted to bring in the drug into the country from Brazil. Ofoyeju hinted that the suspected white powdery substance tested positive for cocaine with a gross weight of 535 grams.
Commenting on the arrest, the NDLEA Commander at the Lagos airport, Ahmadu Garba said that the incident is being investigated and immediately the agency was through with its investigation Ms. Ijeoma would be charged to court for prosecution.
He explained that the suspect holds a National Diploma holder in Mass Communication and confessed that she took part in the illicit business because she needed money for her business. She allegedly confessed,
“I work as a hair stylist in Brazil where l reside for the past two years. I studied mass communication, but because of lack of job, I work as a hair stylist in Brazil. I was approached to smuggle cocaine to Nigeria and I accepted because of the money involved.
“I needed money for my personal problem. The drug was prepared inside brassiere and given to me to put on. I did not know how it was packaged. My role was to smuggle the drug to Nigeria and collect the sum of N1 million.”
Yesterday, Oba Ewuare ll N’Ogidigan ascended the revered throne of his ancestors to become the 39th Oba of Benin, succeeding his late father, Omo n’Oba n’Edo Uku Akpolopkolo, Oba Erediauwa.
The photo above of the newly coronated Oba puzzled many people with some social media users ridiculously claiming someone must have polluted the air at the moment.
Well, why was the Oba covering his mouth? It was obviously a cultural act but what was the significance. Even his wives covered their mouths.
An indigene of Edo State, south-south part of Nigeria embarked on a fact-finding mission and got the feedback below:
(1) The Oba usually covers his mouth because when he talks he is the supreme authority and whatever he says is final.
(2) People talk on his behalf most of the time and whatever they proclaim becomes the law with immediate effect.
“A friend of mine who is a painter said he did a painting of the old Oba and it was rejected because it depicted him smiling. According to tradition, people are not supposed to see the Oba’s teeth so he doesn’t smile” the unnamed investigator concluded.
Following a romantic 6-year relationship, a Nigerian man who proposed to his girlfriend, got the shock of his life after his lover allegedly said a “NO” to his marriage proposal.

Kemi Olunloyo has revealed she is a victim of Female Genital Mutilation and she is not shy to talk about it.
Kemi in an interview with International Business Times, says her sexual life and mental health were affected after she was mutilated as a child.
According to her, the grave act was committed on her at age five when a family member took she and her sister to meet a man who placed them on his lap and “then cut part of our vagina and clitoral area off.
“There was no anaesthetic and a sharp razor blade was used. I remember my sister and I screaming afterwards,” she said. Adding, “We went home bleeding. Deep down, mom was not happy for some reason.”
Olunloyo told IBTimes UK after years of resentment towards her mother, she finally confronted her in 2012. “She burst into tears telling me that our late paternal grandma ordered my dad to have us do it.”
“It was a cultural barbaric act used to decrease the female libido. It caused me post-traumatic stress disorder for life. I don’t experience orgasm during sex and when I tried to promote the use of sex toys among Nigerian women, men started attacking me saying I was discouraging African women ‘from the real thing.”
“Sex is not important. I have no libido or urge to have sex and I’ve been celibate for 10 years. Millions of women in Nigeria go through this, but they cannot talk or be outspoken like me. It is shameful and a disgrace to them.”
Twitter, Paypal, People.com, Github, Guardian.co.uk, The Playstation Network and a huge swath of other websites are down.
This is happening as hackers unleashed a large distributed denial of service (DDoS) attack on the servers of Dyn, a major DNS host. It’s probably safe to assume that the two situations are related.
Domain Name Servers (DNS) act as the Internet’s phone book. Basically, they facilitate your request to go to a certain webpage and make sure you are taken to the right place.
If the DNS provider that handles requests for Twitter is down, well, good luck getting to Twitter. Some websites are coming back for some users, but it doesn’t look like the problem is fully resolved.
Below is a list of top website affected, some are back online.
A married Zimbabwean police officer identified as Constable Marapira, has committed suicide after his girlfriend dumped him for another man.
The Chronicle reports that the body of the officer who is married with children was discovered hanging on a tree after he sent a message via Whatsapp to the lady, Clarice Sagiya, directing her where to find his body.
The officer who reportedly served at the Masvingo Rural Police Station allegedly sponsored the lady at the Morgenster Teacher’s College but after graduating, she told him she was in love with another man and all entreaties by Marapira to change her mind fell on deaf ears.
An officer close to Marpira told The Chronicle: “The misunderstanding followed Clarice’s decision to dump him (Marapira) on claims that she couldn’t be with a police officer anymore as he wouldn’t afford her upkeep.”
The alleged suicide message that Marapira sent to Sagiya read:
“Don’t bother yourselves looking for my body. When you get to Mvuma, turn towards Gweru. Less than a kilometer away, there is a car by the roadside to the left.
Ndafira Clarice Sagiya (I die because of Clarice Sagiya).”
The lady took the phone with the messages to a police station, leading to the location of the body.

Tonto Dikeh’s ex boyfriend, Millionaire Luxury Designer, Malivelihood, has reacted to reports gone viral that the post he made earlier about his Girlfriend’s expensive wrist watch was a shade to his ex, Tonto Dikeh.
Despite difficulties in securing funds to sustain the pageant, organizers of Mr Ugly Zimbabwe have insisted that it will be held on November 25.
They say this year is exceptional because a lot of sponsors have come on board and preliminary contests are ongoing in other regions before the main event.
“Mr Ugly pageant is on. The sponsors are there. We have active sponsors, who have come on board … Harare is big and has a lot of people, hence we are having contests in a number of suburbs,” the founder of the pageant, David Machowa told local newspaper News Day.
Mison Sere, the 2015 champion caused a wild uproar after he was crowned for the first time with other participants complaining that he was too handsome for the title.
The contest which gained popularity in 2012 was won on multiple occasions and for the first time that year by William Masvinu, who is a porter and the runner up in last year’s competition.
The 2015 champion Mison Sere won $500 and the runner up took home $100. Both of them have joined the preliminary contest and hope to win this year.
I am fed up to the teeth with my boyfriend’s unreasonable behaviour. I knew he was married when we met and all I wanted was a fair share of his time, not marriage.
Instead, all I get are snatched moments with him, all the time telling me he had to lie to his wife to be with me. This has really pissed me off.
He always tells me he loves me, but I suspect he tells me that so as to get me into bed. Unknown to him, I once used my phone to record us having sex. If I forward this to his wife, she’s bound to hit the roof and maybe end the marriage.
This way, he would have more time for me, or what do you think?
Anna,
By e-mail.
Response:
Dear Anna,
Even if your man’s wife ends her marriage because of this nasty video of yours, it doesn’t mean he’s going to come running to you.
He is likely to be so angry that he could end your relationship. Besides, wives seldom pack their bags these days just because of an affair.
They prefer to give their marriage all the chances it deserves. If your lover were to leave his wife, he would have done that without your help. So, the chances are he is only interested in you as a bit on the side.
Seriously though, why would you want to be with a man who lies and deceives his wife? He could easily lie and deceive you too.
Don’t waste any more time on him. Instead, look for a decent man to share your life with.
After having four children from three women (the first one from Toni Payne, a set of twins from an Abuja based lady, and a little girl now from his current fiancee who lives with him) 9ice says he still needs more babies and has a matter of fact they have to be 20.
The singer disclosed this in an interview with Ebonylife TV saying he intends to marry more women in other to be able to complete his desire of having many children.
He further said it will be selfish of him to marry just one knowing many women might end up not finding a man.
The pictures were reportedly leaked by a customer who recently sought for her pleasure services after meeting her stated financial demands. A furious Miracle has reported the embarrassing act to the police for intervention.
Rumours have it that Miracle has charged the erring ‘customer’ to marry her as a condition for truce or she slams him with a massive defamation suit in court.
Meanwhile, a conflicting report has it that the lady was just a normal female who conventionally fell in love with a man who immaturely stung her with the n*de photos exposure.
In the words of the person who spoke under the condition of anonymity:
“The lady (Miracle) is not a runs girl. She allegedly meant this guy, who look just like ( #wizkid) last months at a bus stop. And after about two weeks of knowing each other, she decided to give the guy her package… The source said she was fully aware when the guy was taking the pictures, But didn’t think the guy will be so foolish to distribute the pics to his friends.
“The guy wasn’t the one that leaked the pics. The guy sent the pics to a friend, and that friend sent it to another friend, and another friend-friends….That’s how the pic finally made its way to the Internet.
“As at right now, the lady is planning on reporting her boyfriend to the police or the guy must marry her since she’s now popular for the wrong reasons and maybe hard for to get a husband.”
When you’ve got nearly 80 million followers on Instagram, chances are your posts will offend someone.
That’s exactly what has happened to Cristiano Ronaldo, who has been accused of ‘disrespecting’ the Buddhist faith after he posted a picture of himself alongside a statue on Thursday evening.
The Real Madrid striker’s seemingly innocent pose outside his Madrid home infuriated a number of fans on social media who took issue with Ronaldo’s foot position.
Ronaldo’s right foot is resting at the base of the Buddhist statue, a detail that prompted a flurry of angry responses from Buddhists.
“Hi dude but its basic knowledge that you cannot put your foot on a religious statue,” one follower wrote.
“Pls don ‘t do this. We r buddhist. My god. My trust. but under of your legs. It’s so rude.
“This is not cool at all man. I know ur not Buddhist but plz respect for other religions,” added one disappointed fan.
“I’m pretty sure as an educated football player you should have known which kind of behavior can be provocative,” wrote another user.
Ronaldo was defended by another fan who claimed the former Manchester United forward meant to cause no offence.
“He wasn’t meaning to disrespect any religion guys. have a nice day.”
The grateful Nollywood actress just revealed how her electric power generator exploded and the resulting fire almost razed down her car. She said:
“The enemies have failed again. ThankGod for life. This is what happens when you have a lazy gateman ,he was putting fuel in a generator while on and it exploded and caught my car.
What stopped him from putting the generator off before putting the fuel?I was lucky we were able to put it off otherwise the fuel tank would have exploded. It s well.. No one should put fuel while an engine or generator is running, this gateman was lucky to eacape he would have been completely burnt.
Godswithus # ThankGod for life?”

Doctors at Araba Medical Hospital in Abule-Egba area of Lagos are trying their best on a newly-wedded woman, who was allegedly stabbed many times by her landlord’s son for allowing a man, considered as an enemy of the landlord, into her apartment at Ishaga Street.
The visitor was said to have been banned from entering the house by the landlord.
The victim, Mrs. Taiwo Kehinde, however, expressed gratitude to God for bringing her out of coma. According to her, “my landlord’s son, Jimoh Yusuf, attacked me right inside my apartment with broken bottles. My sin was that my husband allowed one of his friends into our apartment.
“I was returning from my shop last Friday, when I met this family friend, Monday Michael, who lives opposite us. He told me to leave the house that my husband and our landlord’s son were quarrelling. “I decided to go inside and change into something else. The family friend left for his house, while I entered our apartment. “I was trying to change my wears when Jimoh barged inside and started shouting.
He said ‘I have told you and your husband that I don’t want to see that man (family friend) anywhere close to this house. But you wouldn’t obey. I am going to kill you before your husband comes back’. “Before I knew it, he broke the bottles in his hands and started stabbing me all over my body, until I passed out. This is not the first time he has beaten me. I am not his wife, neither am I related to him.” Genesis Her husband, Mayowa Kehinde, traced the genesis of his problem with the suspect to the visit of Michael, few hours before his wife was attacked.
He said: “My friend, Monday, came to visit me that day. But when my landlord saw him, he ordered him to leave his house, even when I tried to explain that he was my visitor and that we have known each other long before I moved into his house. “I reluctantly saw my friend off at about 9p.m. By then, my wife was not back. On my way back, I was welcomed with shouts by my neighbours to quickly rush in, that Jimoh wanted to kill my wife. “When I rushed inside, my wife was in a pool of her blood, while Jimoh still held onto the broken bottles. I held him as he tried to escape from the scene, while a woman rushed to the police station to report the incident the matter.”
Neighbours’ reaction
When Vanguard visited the couple’s residence, neighbours alleged that the suspect was always attacking them, particularly the women. One of them, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said: “We have suffered untold pains in the hands of Jimoh but this is the height. “The most painful aspect of it is that his parents are always supporting him. If you attempt to call the police, they will threaten to issue you quit notice.”
