“Sit-Ups Are Dangerous” – Fitness Experts.

The quite popular Sit-ups exercise are falling out of favour among fitness experts who say they should be consigned to the ‘dustbin of exercise history’ because they may cause back damage.

Personal trainers and military advisers in the US now believe that sit-ups are dangerous because they put too much pressure on the spine.

According to Daily Mail, they say that men and woman should replace them with the plank pose, which is when you stay in the upward part of a press-up.

The US Army has already put 10,000 soldiers through a pilot of a revamped physical-fitness test that excluded sit-ups.

And one study found that 56 per cent of all soldiers’ injuries related to the old fitness test were because of sit-ups. An editorial in Navy Times, which covers the US Navy, recently called for sit-ups to be banned completely.

Steve Harvey Invited To Host Miss Universe Again In Spite Of Slip -Up.

Popular talk show host/Author, Steve Harvey has been invited to host the Miss Universe again in spite of his monumental error during the grand finale of the 2015 edition.

The 58-year-old comedian was all over the news when he announced the wrong winner. However, Miss Universe organizer, Mark Shapiro says Harvey is more than welcome back next year.

“He was funny, he was informative, he’s high energy, he’s got a great following,” he said.I definitely want him back, and I would hate to see him not come back. He’s going to want a shot to redeem himself.”

And he’s not the only one who wants to see him back – Miss Universe judge, Perez Hilton also said he’d like to see him return.

He told Us Weekly:

“They need to bring Steve Harvey back again next year. And bring me back as a special backstage correspondent.”I was a little bummed he stole my thunder because I had a good Trump moment earlier in the telecast that nobody remembers now because of everything that happened.’

This past weekend, Nigerian-born English Rapper, Songwriter and Record producer, Skepta and Wizkid electrified the crowd at the Beat FM Christmas Concert, which held Sunday, December 20, 2015.

The duo kept the crowd dancing and screaming with their performance of Wizkid’s Ojuelegba, a song which became a global hit months ago after which Drake and Skepta jumped on the remix.

After the performance, Skepta, whose real name is Joseph Junior Adenuga, shared a video of the performance on Instagram and describe Wizkid as a ‘legend’.

Music Video Director, Moe Musa insults beautiful Singer, Mocheddah over small mistake she made on her instagram post.

Over the past months, Nigerian music sensation, Mocheddah has successful stayed away from controversies keeping to her shell and enjoying her romance with boo, Bukunyi.

However the singer was forced to voice out last night when video director, Moe Musa called her out over an Instagram tagging mistake.

Mocheddah posted a short video clip of her in the studio with producer, Mosa. However while she was trying to tag him, she mistakenly mentioned the video director who got enraged.

FG Declares December 24, 25, and 28 Public Holidays

The Federal Government of Nigeria has declared Thursday December, 24th (Eid El Malud) and Friday December 25th, 2015 (Christmas) and Monday, 28th as Public Holidays.

The declaration was made in a statement by the Minister of the Interior, Rtd Lt.-Gen. Abdulrahman Dambazau.

It reads:

“The Federal Government has declared Thursday, 24th December 2015 as public holiday to mark Eid-E-Maulud celebration.

“Friday, 25th and Monday 28th December 2015 have also been declared as public holidays to mark Christmas and Boxing Day celebration.”
