US-based Nigerian singer and dancer, Korra Obidi, has finally revealed her true age for the first time.

In a recent post shared on her Instagram page, the singer stated that she had been hiding her age for the longest time for reasons known only to her.

She added that she even went as far as blocking everyone who asked about her age.

However, in a recent Instagram post, Korra Obidi, who celebrated her birthday a few days ago, revealed her age as 32.

“For the longest time, I avoided the question of my age as if it were personal medical history. Popular Nigerian singer, Harrison Okori, professionally known as Harrysong, has said he will only marry a second wife if his wife agrees.

Recall that the “Reggae Blues” crooner, while celebrating his wife Alexer Perez Gopa’s birthday via his Instagram page last Wednesday, jokingly noted that he was planning to take a second wife.

In his birthday message to his wife, he acknowledged her as a good and sweet woman, but humorously added that it would not stop him from marrying a second wife.

“Today is my wife’s birthday God woman. Sweet woman, my love. But I will still marry a second wife, sha ”, he wrote.

Shedding more light on the statement in a recent interview with Hip TV, Harrysong explained that his wife would have to agree before he could marry a second wife.

Anita Brown, the US-based businesswoman who claims to be expecting a child for Davido, has tackled those criticizing her for getting pregnant for the married singer.

Recall that a few days back, Anita, who has over 500,000 followers on Instagram, sent a DM to a Nigerian blog to expose her alleged pregnancy for the Nigerian singer and came out to deny the texts claiming her account was hacked.

In a recent update, Anita claimed she was not trying to chase clout with the allegation, and revealed that she was indeed pregnant with the singer’s child.

She took to her Instagram page to reveal that she met Davido in 2017 and share screenshots of her conversations with him as proof of their relationship and the texts where he begged her to say that she was hacked and not pregnant.

Veteran Nollywood actor, Pariolodo, has publicly berated his colleague and the president of the Theater Arts and Motion Picture Producers Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN), Mr Latin, for refusing to assist him in his time of need.

This comes after the veteran Yoruba movie star received a car, foodstuffs, and household items from well-meaning Nigerians after he cried out for help.

A prophet of the Celestial Church of Christ has given the founder of Salvation Ministries, Pastor David Ibiyeomie, 14 days to apologize for his recent comment about white garment churches or face dire consequences.

A few days ago, Port Harcourt-based clergyman David Ibiyeomie, in a video that went viral, expressed his dislike for white garment churches.

Speaking during a sermon in his church, the televangelist shared his opinion of white garment churches, noting that many would have a negative opinion of them if they knew what takes place in their churches.

“Do you know why I hate white garment churches? People don’t know why I hate them. If you know what they do, you will never like them. They can take your surname and put it inside a bottle of gin and make incantations.”

“That’s how they do it. All these yeye prophets will take the name of somebody and put it inside the local gin and read all those demonic Psalms in it,” Ibiyeomie said.

Addressing Ibiyeomie’s controversial statement, a prophet who identified himself as a “Bonafide celestial prophet” emphasized that Ibiyeomie had made a serious mistake and needed to apologize to the celestial community.

The prophet reiterated that if Ibiyeomie failed to apologize within 14 days, there would be consequences.

“I am saying that I want to speak to Mr. or Pastor David Ibiyeomie; I am a bona fide celestial prophet. The brother of the young Nigerian man who was trafficked to the UK for his kidney by former deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu, has told BBC’s File on 4 that their family now fears revenge attacks from his allies.

Recall that a UK court in May 2023 sentenced Ike Ekweremadu to nine years and eight months imprisonment, while his wife, Beatrice, received four years and six months imprisonment for organ trafficking.

After a six-week trial, the couple were found guilty on Thursday, March 23 of arranging the travel of a young trader to Britain with the goal of exploiting him for his kidney.

The Ekweremadus and their doctor, Dr. Obeta, had conspired to bring the 21-year-old man to London to harvest his organ to save their daughter, Sonia, who is battling a terminal ailment.

Speaking on BBC File on 4, David’s brother, who met with the BBC in the busy Lagos market where the victim used to sell mobile phone accessories before he left Nigeria, said he was “deceived and carried away.”

He disclosed that he hasn’t spoken to his brother since he disappeared in February 2022 and only found out where he was when news of the trial was reported months later.

“We have been crying every day, and my father has grieved so much he has become very sick,” he said.

David’s landlord and mentor, with whom he spoke every day before he vanished, maintained that he would not have agreed to sell his kidney.

A former Miss Uganda, Oliver Nakakande, has revealed that her countrywomen prefer dating Nigerian men because they are more romantic.

Nakakande, who is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree at Middlesex University, stated this in a recent interview with Premium Times.

Though she has never dated a Nigerian man, she said many of her East African friends prefer dating Nigerian men because they are more romantic, charismatic, and confident.

She stated that, while the claims may be valid, people should avoid following stereotypes and instead get to know a love interest on a personal level.

The 28-year-old model said,

“I have never dated a Nigerian man. Some of my East African friends have said that Nigerian men are more confident, charismatic, and romantic and make them feel more appreciated. The actress took to her Instagram page on Monday, June 26, to share the video where she generously donated food, care products, and money to sick people at the hospital.

A Twitter user has taken to the micro-blogging platform to raise an alarm about a phone thief who has been operating in the Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta (FUNAAB) area for over two years.

According to the Twitter user, identified as @Mahmoud_Damisi, the thief is audacious, and all attempts to apprehend him over the past two years have been unsuccessful.

It’s gathered that after stealing his victims’ phones, he demands a ransom before returning the devices.

Unlike other typical thieves, his modus operandi is distinct. After stealing a phone, he waits for the owner to call and then moves the conversation to Telegram for negotiation. Once an agreement is reached, he selects a location for the victim to retrieve the phone.

“This guy has been Terrorising FUNAAB for more than 2 years now. I can’t explain how he does his Theft, but I can assure you that even if you lock your door, you are still not safe from his kleptomaniacal range.

“This guy is uniquely different from other Thieves. After siezing your phone away from you, he’d wait for you to call and move the conversation to Telegram for negotiation. Upon reaching a bargain, he would map a location for you to pick your phone. Bobo yi yawerey gaaaan!!!!!!.” Mahmoud wrote on Twitter.

To support his claim, Mahmoud shared several screenshots of the thief’s conversations with some of his victims.
