Journalist, Bolarinwa questions the alarming rate at which skit-makers are buying houses
Nigerian journalist, Bolarinwa Olajide has taken to micro-blogging platform, Twitter, to probe the alarming rate at which skit-makers are acquiring houses.
This comes after a number of Instagram skit makers including Ashmusy, Twinz Love, The Cute Abiola, splashed millions on building or buying mansions.
In a post shared on Twitter, Bolarinwa asked if the prices of houses in Lekki, Lagos, has reduced drastically because he doesn’t understand how skit makers can conveniently afford owning a house there.
He tweeted, “But seriously, skitmakers and buying houses. Because ko ye mi o (I don’t understand). Shey na N1m dem dey sell house for Lekki ni? Abi another Lekki dey wey I no know?”

Baba Vanga, also known as the Nostradamus of the Balkans, who died 25 years ago in 1996 aged 84, reportedly predicted in a 1979 interview that Russia was to dominate the world while also predicting World War Three and the potential use of nuclear weapons.
In a meeting with writer Valentin Sidorov, Vanga in 1979, BirminghamLive reported she said, “All will thaw, as if ice, only one remain untouched – Vladimir’s glory, glory of Russia. Vanga is believed to be good at predicting major events across the globe and it is claimed that during her 50-year career, she also predicted the Coronavirus pandemic, Chernobyl disaster in Ukraine in 1986 and the death of Princess Diana in 1997.
The psychic reportedly predicted the Covid outbreak ‘years ago’ when she warned: ‘The corona will be all over us. Vanga’s devoted followers say 85 per cent of her predictions are accurate, but experts say only 68 per cent are.

Lamibankz, the boyfriend of Nigerian disc jockey, DJ DimpleNipple, who called out singer Dprince for inviting her to a hotel to seal a business deal, has weighed in on the drama.
The DJ took to her Instagram stories to out the singer, claiming that he had ill intentions towards her when he asked that they meet up at an hotel to discuss the terms for the promotion of his artiste.
She shared a screenshot of their conversation on WhatsApp where Prince had asked if she was available to meet up with him at an hotel and she gave a response giving the impression that she wouldn’t be comfortable meeting like that — the singer then gave an alternative, which she was fine with but moments later, she discovered that she’d been blocked by him. Port Harcourt lady goes dumb after visiting Facebook lover in Lagos
A Port Harcourt-based lady has lost the ability to speak after she paid her lover a visit in Lagos.
It was gathered that the lady met her man on Facebook and she travelled to Lagos to pay him a visit at his home in the Iyana-Isashi area of Lagos state.
After spending the night at the man’s house, the lady, who hails from Benue State, went outside to brush the following morning but noticed that she had gone dumb all of a sudden.
This strange incident alerted residents who immediately alerted the police. The young man she had come to visit was then arrested.
“I met the victim on social media, and we became friends and then started dating, Last week, she came from Port Harcourt to Lagos to visit me. We spent time together everything was okay until the next morning when she woke up and decided to brush her teeth. She took a sachet of water from the bag of pure water inside the house. She stepped outside and by the time she finished brushing her teeth, she noticed she could no longer talk. I was scared because she spoke to me when she woke up that morning before taking water and going outside to brush her teeth.” The boyfriend told Vanguard.
However, the spokesperson of the Lagos State Police Command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, who confirmed the arrest of the suspect, said he was later released when the victim’s parents visited the station and revealed that it was a reoccurring spiritual attack afflicting their daughter.

Comedian, Osama loses wife less than one year after they got married
Nigerian comedian, Osama has been thrown into mourning after losing the wife of his youth to the cold hands of death on Saturday, March 26th.
The Edo-born entertainer took to his Instagram page to share the devastating news of his wife’s demise today, March 28. However, he didn’t disclose the cause of her untimely death.
The couple tied the knot in a society wedding attended by some Nigerian socialites in May 2021.

The Founder of the Living Faith church hailed the church while encouraging other men of God recently to make better effort to organize their church materials.
According to him, Catholic Church has the most organized structure on earth as they still have access to materials dating back to hundreds of years ago.
In his words,
“In my own view, the Catholic has done a good job in terms of structure. An extremely good job. Amazing good job. Where you can sit down and pull out materials of 50-60 years ago, in its original form. How many of us in ministry today can pull out materials from 10 years?
It (The catholic church) is known to be the longest, organised system on the earth. About 2000 years in existence.

HIV positive man hacks wife with machete for denying him s3x
A 40-year-old woman, Judith Anyago, was attacked by her husband with a machete for denying him conjugal rights.
The incident reportedly happened in their home Misaro village in Siaya county, Kenya.
According to the woman, she was forced to deny her husband sex because he is allegedly HIV-positive. She also accused him of having extramarital affairs, particularly after discovering condoms and female undergarments that did not belong to her in his trouser.
The woman, who suffered severe injuries from the attack, was rushed to the Busia County Referral Hospital in Kenya, where she’s currently receiving treatment.
Rose Kwena, the victim’s nurse, confirmed the incident, saying doctors are currently managing the patient well but will determine the extent of injuries after a CT scan.
While condemning the incident, Anyango’s brother-in-law Festo Onyango Odhiambo expressed disappointment in what his brother Jackton Opondo did, adding that they had scheduled a family meeting to resolve the squabbles between the couple.
The family is now pleading with law enforcement to find and apprehend the suspect, whom they describe as a dangerous man.

The thespian disclosed that they had spend a month in the luxury hotel before she decided to leave for their home.

Nigerian singer, Oladips, has said his colleague Ruger is to blame for the sexual assault he recently experienced on stage by a female fan.

Self-acclaimed relationship expert, Joro Olumofin, has averred that it’s wrong for a woman who’s in a relationship to accept money and gits from other men.
In a post shared on his Instastory, the love doctor noted that accepting gifts from other men while being in a relationship is disrespectful and will eventually lead to cheating.
According to him, the majority of Nigerian women who do this will never allow their boyfriends or husbands to eat another woman’s food, let alone accept gifts.
In his words,
“95% of Nigeria ladies are guilty of this most ladies in relationships and marriages collect gifts and money from other guys without taking permission from their Bfs/husbands. It’s very disrespectful and will eventually lead to cheating. Some ladies will say why should I take permission from ordinary bf? But if he’s ordinary why are you with him.
