To show gratitude to God the comedian offered a big ram and some home appliances to the church of God in thanksgiving.
Taking to his official Instagram page, he shared a video, which captured the moment he danced to the alter in the company of his family with their offering to God.

In a video he shared on his IG page, the comedian who was in the UK for his comedy tour, filmed the view from his apartment and compared what he saw with what is obtainable in Nigeria.
He pointed out how drivers obeyed the traffic lights, traffic rules and waited patiently for pedestrians to cross the road.
He also mentioned that drivers abroad don’t honk unnecessarily like in Nigeria, where drivers honk at the slightest provocation.

Meanwhile, Victoria Inyama has advised ladies to dress appropriately so as to avoid being raped. The former Nollywood actress, in a new post on her Instagram page, shared her thoughts on the rape situation in the country and how women can better protect themselves.
Inyama insisted that her post wasn’t about bashing women but since the Nigerian government is yet to take rape cases seriously, women, excluding minors, aged and vulnerable ones should dress how they would like to be addressed.

The grieving mother of Plangnan Solomon, who was found dead in Jos with vital organs missing, has recalled warning her daughter not to trust men.
It can be recalled that reports of Plangnan’s dead was shared online recently and it was said that her mutilated body was found near Plateau Radio Television Corporation (PRTV) in Rayfield area of Jos South.
Speaking in an interview with Daily Trust, Mrs Salomi Solomon said her daughter left home on Christmas Eve and planned to return home the next day to celebrate Christmas with the family but never returned.
After three days of not returning home, the family grew worried and made efforts to search for her.
“It is not in her character to leave home and stay longer than time. Anytime she left home, at most, she stayed away for one day and returned but the last time she left, it was unusual,” the mother said.
“Three days after she went out, we didn’t hear from her. I then asked her sisters to call her phone number. We dialed the number severally but there was no response.
“We later heard that a picture of the corpse of a young woman was posted on Facebook but it didn’t occur to us that it was her,” Mrs Salomi said in an emotion laden voice.
The deceased’s nephew, Bridget John, explained how the family was able to trace and identify the corpse of their sister.
“When the body of Plangnan was first discovered, residents of the area had posted the picture of the corpse on various social media platforms to create awareness.
“A day after I saw the picture on Facebook, though I couldn’t recognise who was in the picture, I was disturbed by the development because I knew that my aunt was nowhere to be found, and she could be the one in the picture. I told my grandma about it and asked what about if that corpse was Plangnan’s.
“I called other members of the family to go to where the body was said to have been seen. We took a tricycle and headed to a police outpost in Rayfield where we made enquiries.”
“The police said she had been buried because they couldn’t keep the body with them in that it was getting rotten and wouldn’t be good to leave it like that. Afterwards, we were all taken to Mai Adiko Burial Ground and showed where she was buried. We came back home and informed the family that Plangnan was confirmed dead and already buried.”
The deceased mother further said she had always warned her daughter not to trust men because there are many bad men out there.
“The death of Plangnan is painful but there is nothing I can do. As a believer, we just have to be patient but it is painful. We have accepted it in good faith. Children of today don’t listen to their parents any more. They prefer to do whatever they like. I remember, always warn her to be careful with men.
“This will serve as a lesson to everyone especially women. Never trust men all the time. There are good ones among them but many are bad. Whoever seeks relationship with you, investigate to know if the person is of good character before accepting him. If not, leave him and forge ahead with your life. These are my words to all women,” the mother added.

Former Big Brother Naija star, Tuoyo Ideh, has expressed gratitude to God for surviving a car accident in Lagos over the weekend.
Taking to his Instagram page, the fitness enthusiast shared a video which showed the state of his car after the accident, and thanked God for saving his life and the lives of those who were in the car with him.
In the video, Tuoyo who bought the car in August 2021, said he would have to change the damaged tyre and air bag.

A while ago, Tuoyo Ideh had a home accident as the POP in his kitchen fell off.
In a video he shared online, the reality show star said he was somewhere else in the apartment when he heard a loud noise from the kitchen.
Upon inspection, he discovered that the POP had fallen off from the ceiling, leaving a mess on the floor.
Fortunately for him, he wasn’t in the kitchen when the accident happened.

Taking to Facebook, the proud husband shared adorable loved-up photos of them and showered praise on his wife.
He described her as his phenomenal wife and stated that he cherishes every moment they spend together.

He shared this in reaction to the viral story of a young man who asked his girlfriend to choose between him and going for a fully-funded Masters program abroad. Read here
According to David, love is never enough in a relationship and it’s okay for a man to let a woman go if he can’t give her what she wants.

“11 years ago in 2011, I got a woman pregnant. We met at Hull Uni during my final year, and it was what you might call a whirlwind romance. She was from a town in Zimbabwe called Kwekwe, and she was 2 years older than me. We were the definition of “opposites attract.”
We fell in love so hard that in just 6 months from when we met in March, we took it for granted that we would get married, have 2 kids and a dog, a nice little house in Market Weighton, her dream Mini Cooper etc.
Bear in mind I was a 21 Y.0 on a visa, without a job or a plan. She on the other hand, was a registered nurse with a solid income, a promising career and UK citizenship. I didn’t recognise the disparity yet because I was still being subsidised by the bank of Mom and Dad. It was all about the love – the fierce purity of the emotion.
See the thing is young men aren’t allowed to “feel” things very often, so when they do “feel” something like I did in 2011, it can possess them and make them absolutely blind to anything and everything else.
So blind in fact that when the parental subsidy ended, I had no plan …”
In August, all I had was about £4,000, my degree certificate and my fierce, burning love for Rachael to my name.
What I should have done was move closer to London or Manchester to find a job. What I did instead was move to Bradford to be closer to Rachael.
No plan.
All I knew was that I loved her and she loved me, so that was that. Everything would work out. It had to work out. Of course it would work out.
I’d get a job in Leeds, and visit her in York every other week, and she’d visit me in Bradford. That’s it.
There was no plan.
Instead of finding a cheap apartment to save money while I looked for a job, I spunked most of that £4,000 on 8 months rent for a deluxe apartment at The Velvet Mill on Lilyceoft Road.
Why? So babe would be comfortable when she came to visit. Lover über alles.
Well apparently it did succeed at the comfort thing, because one day while visiting, she took a pregnancy test in the bathroom and there were double lines. I was going to be a dad at 21.
Bear in mind there was still no plan. Just love, emotional certainty and vibes. Nothing more
Even in that state, I had no doubts in my mind that we would be fine. We would keep the baby, get married etc etc.
Well it turned out to be an ectopic pregnancy, which means it growing inside one of her fallopian tubes, instead of her uterus. The doctors found out late.
She had to undergo emergency keyhole surgery to evacuate not just the foetus, but her entire right ovary.
Overnight, she had lost her first child, and her future childbearing capacity had been halved. All because of some guy from Nigeria whose plan was I-Love-You and inshallah.
You can predict what happened next.
We still hung on for a year while I struggled desperately to get my shit together, but she was clearly no longer in it.
In fact she didn’t even bother to break up properly. In early 2013, I saw a photo of her on Instagram with the new guy.
This new guy was immediately able to give the stability and experiences that I couldn’t then. Vacations in Egypt, all that stuff.
Within a year they were married, and when last I checked in 2019 or so, they had 2 boys and a dog and the exact Mini Cooper she always wanted.
The moral of the story?
As a man, it’s OK to let a woman go because you’re simply not yet at the stage in life where you can give her what she wants, or what she can get with someone else.
There is no zero need to force the issue. Accepting it doesn’t make you a failure.
The simple fact of human evolution is that women have a shorter prime than men. Between 20 and 29, most women aspire to have most of their big landmarks.
Experiences, marriage, kids, material comforts.
Your timeline isn’t the same as theirs, and that is fine. Don’t fight it.
Apart from the fact that you’d just be traumatising yourself for no reason, you can also end up wasting their time by forcing them to choose “love” with you when you’re not ready, over themselves.
They have less time than you – you cannot replace their time. You must let go.
Your “love” is not going to solve their problems or give them the things they want and need. Millions of years of evolution have not shaped them to “wait” for you.It’s neither fair nor unfair. It just is what it is. Don’t traumatise yourself trying to fight evolution. Let go.
Rachael and I loved each other to death back then. Now we’re complete strangers and we haven’t spoken in 9 years – and we’re both living our best lives. She found someone on her own timetable, and for what it’s worth, I did too.
And life goes on. It’s not that deep, honestly.
TLDR: As a man, learn to accept the reality that you do not own the right to a woman’s time and attention, and your timetable is not the same as hers.
Likewise accept that she is just 1 of 4 billion women, so there is no need to traumatise yourself in pursuit of love.
Let go.

A viral video of a clergyman wiping his spit on the face of a church member who volunteered has sparked outrage on social media.
The pastor in the video now serving rounds online is identified as Michael Todd of the Transformation Church in Tulsa. He brought out a huge spittle from his mouth and plastered it on the parishioner’s face.
He did this during a sermon in his church on Sunday to explain why most believers turn their back on Jesus Christ. According to him, the vision from God sometimes comes in a nasty form, which he illustrated by rubbing the spit on the man’s face.

The Lagos state police command has arrested a suspected yahoo boy identified as Afeez Olalere for allegedly killing his younger brother for money ritual.
The 32-year-old while being paraded confessed to the crime and claimed his mother asked him to do it.
According to him, his mother encouraged him to kill his younger brother after a herbalist she took him to told them that he has to “sacrifice one life and that person must be a sibling to him”.
He revealed that they gave his 21-year-old brother poison, and he died after 20 minutes of drinking it.
Speaking further, he said that they removed the body parts they needed while his remains were wrapped and taken to the mortuary.
“My mother took me to an herbalist who told me if I want to be successful in the yahoo business, I will have to sacrifice one life and that person must be a sibling to me.
“The things he would need to prepare a concoction with are his thumbs, his hair, fingers and a passport photograph. So, we went back home and thought about it, then my mother suggested that we use my younger brother since he is just 21 years old.

“Small boys are plucking off eyes and body parts of young women just to drive Benz” – Actor Okon Lagos condemns the current trend of ‘Money rituals’
Nollywood Actor, Imeh Okon, has bemoaned the current rate at which young boys believe in Money Rituals and he called on Nigerians to pay attention to the upbringing of the boy-child in order to put an end to to the diabolic attitude.
According to the actor, a long time ago, people who were alleged ritualists were very old men, however that has now changed because young yahoo boys are fast becoming the leading age group in the ritualists’ game.
He said there is an urgent need to fix the boy-child in order to curb these social vices destroying the country.
In his words ;
“Back in the days, money ritualists were older me. Very older men. They have this look, aura and presence that when they appear, you will hear comments like ‘this one looks like a ritualist’.” he wrote.
“Today, it is different. Small, Kpingili, kekere, tiny boys are everywhere plucking off eyes and body parts from young women just to drive Benz. Sad. Fix the Boy Child please. “
“Let’s fix the boy child and do it ASAP. It’s a shorter route to decriminalizing and putting an end to most societal vices in our fast decaying society. Let’s put a central and foundational end to all these k**lings of young girls by these Benz driving Wannabe boys. Happy Sunday.
51-year-old Nigerian woman gives birth to twins after over 20 years of waiting
Jubilation and good tidings have dominated the household of a 51-year-old Nigerian woman as she recently became a mother for the first time.
The woman identified as Mrs. Justina Bassey, welcomed a set of twins, boy and girl, after over 20 years of marriage.
A colleague of the new mother, Felicia Odey, took to Facebook to share the good news as she wrote ;
What God cannot do indeed doesn’t exist. Please family join me to celebrate with this sister, friend and colleague of mine whom God remembered and blessed with a set of twins after over twenty years of waiting and fifty one years of age. My family thank God and celebrate with your family. MRS JUSTINA BASSEY. Congratulations!!!

Banker allegedly commits suicide in Delta a day after posting “I no longer have a mind of my own because I do things I later regret” on Facebook
A sad report from Delta State has it that a Banker has allegedly taken his own life.
Nwokorie Nnamdi Godson, who until his death, worked as a staff of a new generation bank, hanged himself in Sapele, Delta State on January 16.
A day before he took his own life, Nnamdi had left what turned out to be his suicide note on Facebook in which he talked about struggle with his mind.
His words read ;
“I no longer have a mind of my own. Cos I now do things I later regret. The struggle is not funny any more. I am still good at heart so u know.”

Obi Cubana offers Lagos hawker university scholarship, employment
Nigerian Businessman and socialite, Obi Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana has melted hearts on social media after he offered a roadside-hawker in Lagos employment and a university scholarship.
The Hawker is the same man in the viral video that was seen sharing money to inmates and he has now been rewarded for his kind heart.
Disclosing this in an Instagram live interview with media personality Daddy Freeze, Obi Cubana said: “I am offering him a lifetime opportunity, he has to go to school I think that is his ambition.
“I will see him through the university and if he wants to do Masters abroad , I will make sure he is comfortable while going to school because like I said earlier, that is the best we can do for him.
“He will do University, anything he wants and then by God’s grace I know I will still be standing by the time he is done with school, he has a place in any of my organizations at the top level and if by God’s grace he finds a higher calling, you see there is nothing tied to this, I do not expect anything in return.
”I am not giving any conditions for this but if he chooses not to go back to school we can now hear what he wants to do and then we see him through.
“The most important thing is to know that he has in me a mentor, he has in me a life guide in me. I will make it easy for him through God so I believe that God will give me health and strength.
“The guy will go to any University of his choice in good condition not just to pay school fees. He has a heart of gold. This is the kind of people we need.
“I pray that people will do eye service to get my attention, let them do this kind of thing, in doing that you don’t know when you get used to it the world becomes a better place.”

Actress Adebimpe Akintunde and daughter escape attack by bandits on Lagos-Ibadan expressway
Nollywood Actress, Adebimpe Akintunde, has revealed that she and her daughter escaped a bandit attack along the Lagos-Ibadan express road.
According to her, she was on her way to Lagos when she ran into the bandits at Oni-Garri. She said the bandits were shooting directly at the vehicles on the road.
