Actor, Nick Cannon reveals plans to remain celibate until 2022 after welcoming four kids with 3 women in one year
American actor and TV presenter, Nick Cannon has revealed that he is trying to remain celibate until 2022, after welcoming 4 children with 3 different women in this year alone.
The 40-year-old TV personality, who is currently a father of 7 children, stated this while speaking about his seven kids with his co-hosts, DJ EFN and N.O.R.E. on his latest episode of ‘Wild ‘N Out’.
His words, “I told you, man, I’m celibate right now.” As if he were making a bet with himself, Nick added, “I’m going to see if I could make it to 2022.”
However, his co-hosts laughed it off and said he would not be able to pull it off which he countered, “Nah y’all said I ain’t really. I’m saying I’m going in.”
Nick had earlier stated in July, 2021, during a chat on Power 106 radio that all of his children were intentionally conceived and he “don’t have no accident[s].”
In September, he revealed that his therapist advised him to take a break from having sex and more children.
“My therapist said I should be celibate,” the show host told Entertainment Tonight at the time, adding, “I’m gonna take a break from having kids.”

Avoid frozen chicken and turkey – NAFDAC tells Nigerians
The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) has warned Nigerians against consuming frozen Chicken and Turkey preserved with Formalin.
Formalin is a poisonous chemical popularly used to preserve the human body in mortuaries.
NAFDAC’s spokesman, Dr. Abubakar Jimoh, who gave the warning in an interview with NAN, said unscrupulous business owners had been using formalin to preserve poultry products, chicken and turkey, in particular.
“NAFDAC is alerting Nigerians to this practice. There are enough poultry products in the country than to resort to frozen chicken smuggled in, despite Federal Government’s ban,” Jimoh said
The NAFDAC spokesman also called the attention of consumers to the economic import of patronizing business owners who smuggle poultry products into the country. He noted that if such patronage continued, indigenous poultry farmers and marketers would not grow as desired, as the money spent on smuggled products would only go to producers of the products.
Bank staff arrested for staging his own robbery while with his employer’s N3m cash
Men of the Ogun state police command has arrested a staff of a microfinance bank in Abeokuta, Olagoke Dare for conniving with his accomplice to rob him of a huge sum of money belonging to his employer.
It was gathered that the bank staff, Dare had connived with one Idowu Tunde to rob him of 3million naira which belongs to his employer.
The suspect was arrested following a distress call received by the police at Ibara divisional headquarters, that armed robbers have attacked the duo of Olagoke Dare and Mary Agbejo while coming out of a commercial bank at Oke-ilewo area, where they had gone to withdraw money.
Arriving at the scene the police arrested one Tunde Idowu who posed as a robber and had with him a mock gun.
During interrogation, Tunde confessed that it was Olagoke Dare who informed him that his employer will be sending him and one other person to withdraw the sum of 3million naira, and that they should come and rob them of the money.
The arrested suspect further stated that it was the same Dare Olagoke who gave him the toy pistol for the operation. He noted that while Dare and his other colleague were in the Bank, he had already hidden in their car which was deliberately left open by Dare in accordance with their plan.
While they got into the car, Idowu Tunde explained that he came out suddenly from the back seat and pointed the gun at the lady who was in possession of the money. But the lady noticed that the gun did not look Original consequent upon which she dragged the gun with him and raised alarm. It was the alarm that attracted people who pursued him and called the police.
The state police command, DSP Abimbola Oyeyemi has confirmed the arrest of the two suspects, adding that, the acting commissioner of police, DCP Abiodun Alamutu, has ordered the immediate transfer of the two suspects to state criminal investigation and intelligence department for discreet investigation.

The video of some suspected internet fraudsters (Yahoo boys) in Ghana bragging about engaging in ritual practices to make quick money, has become a topic of conversation as residents in the Offinso region of Ghana have raised concerns over the issue.
In recent times, there’s been calls for urgent action against the canker of money rituals popularly known as Sakawa. In a viral video, a group of young men are seen driving a convoy of luxury cars while saying; “if you can’t drink blood you can’t be like us”.
According to a report by Ghanaian news outlet, Joy News, the trend of young men buying exotic vehicles cars with the source of their wealth unascertained, has become the order of the day in Offinso.
The investigative report by Joy News, have eyewitnesses revealing that some of these Yahoo boys are usually seen moving naked while carrying caskets at night.
Police are reported to have said it would be difficult to arrest the young men with luxury cars without any evidence that they are responsible for the crimes for which they have been accused.

Popular Nigerian comedian, Ereme Abraham, better known as Twyse, has appealed to couples sharing conception testimonies to also reveal how they got pregnant.
Twyse in an Instastory post pointed out that there are different methods people adopt to have children nowadays, which includes In vitro fertilization (IVF), intrauterine insemination (IUI), Surrogacy, etc.
According to the Instagram skit maker, couples who adopt these methods should let other people know about it when sharing their testimonies, in other to reduce their frustration.
He further advised men to also take fertility tests because they can also be the root cause of infertily issues in their marriages.
Twyse wrote,
“When you people are sharing testimony about conception, pls don’t forget to add how it actually came about (in some or most cases). Whether it was IVF, IUI, Surrogacy etc. Let other people know these things. It might help limit their frustration.

It appears Nigerian singer, Brymo, is still enraged by the assault and allegations allegedly levied against him by veteran singer, Tuface Idibia, as he has continued to vent on social media.
It was earlier reported that Brymo called out Tuface and accused him of sending some boys to attack him two years ago for allegedly sleeping with his wife.
He wrote in part, “Later I found out from an undisclosed source that Mr Idibia was responsible for the attack .. yet I couldn’t decide if it was for supposedly bedding his Mrs or for claiming the spot of the greatest artiste alive!!” Read his full post here.

Suspected kidnappers arrested after being identified by an ex-victim at a bank in Abia (video)
A Nigerian Twitter user has narrated how two suspected kidnappers were arrested after their ex-victim identified them at a bank in Abia state.
According to the Twitter user identified as @SultanofAba who bemoaned the rate of kidnapping in the country revealed that three weeks after a kidnap victim escaped from her abductors she spotted the leader of the gang at MCC junction in Aba.
She quickly alerted security operatives who arrested him, after the suspect was tortured by a military officer he confessed and revealed his gang members.
They were said to have collected ransom from the woman’s husband twice but refused to release her and kept her as their leaders wife, till she managed to escape from their den.
Narrating the incident, with a video of the suspected kidnappers, the Twitter user wrote,
“I can go on and on, another’s wife was raped, after paying Ransom 2times they refused to release, her , their leader kept her as wife in the bush, what saved her was another man that was kidnapped, F- sars came for him, some of the kidnappers escaped, some killed 👇🏾

“BBN season 6 got over 1 billion votes and we spent N4.3 billion on the show” – Multichoice MD, John Ugbe reveals
John Ugbe, the Managing Director of MultiChoice, parent production company of popular reality show, Big Brother Naija, has revealed that the Shine Ya Eye season had the highest votes ever in the history of the show.
He made this disclosure on Monday, October 4, at a media briefing and presentation of prizemoney to 29-year-old businessman, Whitemoney, who emerged winner of the sixth edition of the show.
According to him, the show recorded over 1 billion votes from its different voting platforms. He added that in the final week alone, they amassed over 300 million votes.
John Ugbe also revealed that they spent N4.3 billion in producing the show.
The BBNaija: Shine Ya Eye edition ended on Sunday, October 3, and Whitemoney emerged winner after amassing 47% of the total votes.
The Enugu-born housemate was presented with a cash prize of N30 million, a brand new Innosson G-40 and a two-bedroom apartment in a choice location in Lekki, Lagos state.

Recall that in May 2021 Kemi accused her baby daddy of infecting her with sexually transmitted disease.

25-year-old Twin sisters, Dolly and Daisy Simpson, have revealed they’ll be undergoing a surgery to have matching designer vaginas.
The duo who have spent over £140k on surgery in an effort to look very identical in a recent interview revealed they want matching designer genitals.
The sisters in company of their mum appeared on ‘This Morning’ on Monday, October 4th to discuss their decision to go under-the-knife for matching private part.
The show host, Phillip Scofield asked, “So you want to make yourselves look identical but you both have very different faces.”
In response Daisy noted that her face was a bit rounder but as been able to make herself look like her sister through surgery.
“You can’t change bone structure can you. But we try our best with what we can do”, she said.
“And when we go to the surgeon, we do ask for the same look and to try to get the same result”, Dolly added.
Speaking on how their surgery journey began with lip fillers at 18, Daisy said, “Straight away we did like how our lips looked when they were fuller and we did think, ‘What else can we get next?’ ‘We realized it was quite easy to get things done.”
Daisy added, “Dolly has had a labiaplasty and I actually haven’t yet.’ Dolly responded: ‘Daisy is booked in but she hasn’t been able to go yet because of Covid-restrictions.”
Show presenter, Philip was surprised by the suggestion and asked, “Why did you need to look alike”.
Daisy said, “We don’t need to look alike, it’s just we both have that insecurity.”
Dolly said it was about ‘becoming their ideal selves’, while Daisy added, “We both didn’t feel confident so getting things together, you get that support as well.”
She continued, “We do want to look similar, and we want the same surgeons, but she’s a little more extreme than me. I don’t want to look exactly the same as her.”
Meanwhile, their mother Christina admitted to Holly and Phil that the situation was ‘very difficult.’
She said, “I obviously believed they were beautiful before they had these procedures. I do believe there have been various things that have triggered this off. They got bullied at school because they were twins and dressed alike. They didn’t feel too good about themselves. Social media has a big impact.”
“When it came to going abroad, like Dolly did for her labiaplasty, I didn’t agree with that. As a parent, you just want your children to be happy and healthy at the end of the day and they weren’t happy before hand, and they are much happier now. But I do have concerns if they pursue further procedures. I’ve told them I don’t want them to get BBL. I’m against that. It’s like you said about the dangers of doing that. It’s like, is it worth it? Popular crossdresser, James Brown and his friend, Tobi The Creator, have been accused of stealing from a lady at Cubana Club.
In a video shared online by one “Excess”, he called out the duo alongside another friend whose name wasn’t mention and alleged that they stole money from a lady named “Grace” on Monday night, October 4.
He went on to plead with them to kindly return the stolen money before he takes action against them. The social media user said he came “online to beg them to return the money because he loves begging before ‘misbehaving”.
Meanwhile, James Brown and his friend are yet to react to the allegation. However, from their Instastory highlights, the duo attended the birthday party of one King_westt but the location of the event was not disclosed so it is unclear if they were at Cubana Club last night as alleged by “Excess”.

Celebrity fashion designer, Yomi Casual has reacted to the Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp 6-hour outage, that happened yesterday, October 4th.
Popular social media platforms, WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram became inaccessible for some users around the world, including Nigeria.
After the outage which according to reports lasted 6 hours, the platforms are now back and working perfectly. However, Yomi Casual took to his Instagram page to address 21st century celebrities and online business owners.
According to him, the incident should be a lesson to 21st century celebrities whose sources of income depend solely on social media.
He noted that entrepreneurs like himself who built their brand without social media deserves to be respected.
In his words,
“This should serve as a lesson to ya’all 21st century celebrities and online business owners. You are nothing without the media! Respect those who made it to the top without social media. #thestruggleisdifferent”.
