A Sapele-based Pastor has caused a stir on social media after allegedly performing credit alert miracle in his church in Delta state.

In a video that has gone viral, the pastor could be seen praying energetically for miracle money as his congregants shouted a thunderous Amen. He said, “If I be a man of God, let miracle money appear in your bank account. Someone will favour you. Receive miracle money… receive miracle alert.”

Shortly after the prayers, some of his members began to testify that they’ve received credit alerts in different currencies. One of them said he received N146,000 miracle alert while another claimed he was credited a whooping sum of $5000.

The video has been met with mixed reactions from netizens. While some joked about going to the church to get their own share, others bemoaned the high rate of religious ignorance in Nigeria. According to the latter, Nigerians are very lazy and would rather receive “miracle money” than work hard for money.

A teenage girl who works as house help for a family in Ibadan has been accused of poisoning her boss’ food.

In a video that’s serving rounds online the boss is heard confronting the lady, accusing her of adding bleach to his food.

Although it’s not clear why boss suspected the young lady, he insisted that she must first have a taste of the food; amala and soup she served him.

The maid made excuses and refused to eat the food. According to her, the soup doesn’t taste good so she cant eat it.

The boss then concluded that she indeed poisoned the food but she swore with God’s name that she didn’t add anything harmful to the food.

The boss decided to search her belongings only to find a pack of bleach. When she was asked what the bleach was meant for she broke down in tears and blamed the devil.

A young Nigerian lady reportedly left her teaching job and now drives commercial tricycle, locally known as ‘keke napep’, to make ends meet.

According to the University of Calabar graduate, she took up a teaching job after she graduated but the pay was meager so she decided to venture into driving commercial tricycle.

When one of her passenger who was impressed with her spoken English asked why she took up the job despite being learned, she revealed that working as a keke driver is more lucrative than the teaching job she took up after graduation.

The video of the young lady found it’s to the internet and received positive reactions from Nigerians who commended her hard work.
