The video showed the rappers’ five kids; King Combs, Justin Dior Combs, Jessie James Combs, Chance Combs, and D’Lila Star Combs singing the happy birthday song while chatting with their father on a video call and placing a red velvet cake in the center.

His youngest kid led the birthday chant, and then she blew out the candles and started eating the cake icing.

Diddy’s children felt a mix of love and longing as they celebrated their dad’s 55th birthday without him. In his absence, they displayed a strong sense of love for their father, despite the damning allegations against him.

Nigerian doctor and visual artist, Fola David celebrates as he receives a record for the world’s largest drawing by an individual from Guinness World Records.

David made history on 21 July 2024 by surpassing the existing Guinness World Record (GWR) for the world’s largest drawing by an individual.

The massive artwork, themed ‘Unity in Diversity’ surpassed the previous record of 629.98 square meters held by Ravi Soni from India.

The record-breaking event was held at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena at the Onikan Stadium in Lagos State.

Notable Nigerian figures visited Fola to support him during his record attempt; such as the Nigerian Minister of Art, Culture and Creative Economy, Hannatu Musa Musawa, popular singer, Qing Madi, and Hilda Baci, the record holder of the world’s longest cooking marathon.

With a boldly written award description, the visual artist posted a heartwarming photo of himself holding the personalized Guinness World Record plaque on his Instagram handle.

The award writes,

The abrupt interruption was captured as a pot of seasoned protein and another pot of pepper mix had cooked halfway through in a two-burner gas cooker.

He checked his clock and realized it was nearly midnight, meaning no gas vendor would be available on the street to refill his gas cylinder.

Many people commended his luck in not adding water to the rice, as it would waste after absorbing water without cooking.

A lady from Nsukka, Enugu, the eastern part of Nigeria shares her monthly income from her local Fufu business on a street interview.

Sharing this with @mummy’s girl, Bad Bella stated she earns five hundred thousand naira every month from making and selling Fufu to everyone’s surprise.

The interviewer had to do a double-take upon hearing the figure because like most people thought, a business like that could not possibly profit much even for basic survival.

While some confirmed her statement to be true, others doubted it. The rest saw the newest ‘oil business’ to venture into.

A Nigerian lady celebrates online with tears of joy after managing to finish her one-year mandatory service even though a pastor had claimed that she wouldn’t even go to school.

The lady @klarah_cakes shared her touching story on TikTok. She recalled how one day during a church service, the pastor officiating had randomly singed out her and two others.

He then proceeded to prophesize that she would be unable to enter school and would instead get pregnant ruining her future.

The lady was so shocked by the declaration that when she returned home she was unable to contain her devastation at the revelation, that she broke down in tears. The revelation of the pastor not only affected her but her family too.

It even caused other families in her community to start avoiding her fearing that she would be a bad influence on their children.

Thankfully the lady refused to accept such a fate and was able to ensure that the words the pastor had prophesied did not come true.

In the video she uploaded, she was proudly wearing her NYSC uniform and even proceeded to flaunt her NYSC certificate while she narrated her story.

Many congratulated her in the comment section of the video. Some even suggested that she wear her NYSC uniform to the church and make a testimony there to show the pastor just how wrong he was.

Afrobeat musician Davido’s new track, “Awuke,” featuring YG Marley, has received a below-average grade from social media critic Daniel Regha.

Davido released his new single “Awuke” on October 31st featuring Jamaican singer YG Marley after weeks of anticipation from admirers.

Daniel Regha shared on Twitter (X) that the new track, which is the singer’s first release of 2024, is underwhelming and lacks musical intensity. The lyrics showed little development, despite the song’s depth and nice rhythmic patterns.

He added that Davido’s energy wasn’t in sync with the Jamaican singer’s. Regha gave the song a 2.5 out of 10, speculating that the Afrobeat artist might be running out of tunes for his fans to hear.

He wrote,

“Davido’s “Awuke” ft YG Marley feels l@zy, which is disappointing since it’s his first single of 2024; The song is catchy thanks to the flow, but lyrically speaking it shows a lack of growth. The post-chorus is also completely off & could’ve been better-written to give the song some substance. Furthermore, YG didn’t really match Davido’s energy & didn’t nail the refrain. Hopefully this isn’t the lead single for his next project/album, cos it feels like he (Davido) is running out of things to sing about. The track is a 2.5/10. No offense.”

“Na here I dey since” – Motorists stranded as cows lock horns on the road (WATCH)

Motorists were stranded due to a roadblock caused by two cows locking horns on the road, threatening the movement of passersby.

A motorist, @emmydo.ct, posted a video of the cows charging out of the pedestrian lane and into the highway, locking horns in the roadside stream. Persuaded but unable to manage the cows, the herdsman chose to watch the action with onlookers.

@emmydo.ct stated that the cow’s fight led to a standstill on the road as motorists and passersby halted their movement to avoid getting hurt by the angry cows.

However, bike men locally known as Okada men courageously swung their bikes between the cows’ fights without suffering any injuries to their passengers.

The driver insisted on taking it home if a cow accidentally damaged the outside of his car with its horn.

A Nigerian man, Suleiman Enesi Umar has advised men to be polygamous in their romantic dealings with women.

In a Facebook post, the man through repetitive words emphasized the necessity for men to date more than a girl at a time.

Many decoded his statement to stem from a heartbreak from a girl, or his girl cheated on him and he caught her.

Either way, netizens, men especially gave a lot of reasons why that is such a terrible idea to follow or heed.

A Nigerian mother expressed extreme frustration upon receiving numerous group messages on WhatsApp after her daughter used her phone number to join a class chat.

Sharing on TikTok, @im_cordis said that her classmate joined their WhatsApp group chat using her mother’s phone number, causing the mother to lose it over the influx of voice notes, stickers, and messages sent to the group.

The mother, who went by Mrs. Okonkwo, expressed her annoyance in a WhatsApp voice note by stating that since the number wasn’t her daughter’s, no further messages should be sent to the group.

The woman warned the students and begged them before leaving the group conversation.

Mrs Okonkwo stated,

“please, please, please, whosoever you are, please don’t use this line again, Mrs Okonkwo line, please I beg you in the name of God my father.Never you send anything to this line again, its not Mmesoma’s line. A woman confidently asserted her right to cross her legs in the presence of a group of men who deemed it inappropriate.

The woman @AdolphJenny said on Twitter (X) that she was sitting in a public place with a group of men when they told her that it was improper for a woman to cross her legs in front of a man. The men in the group attempted to control her body language by saying it was impolite.

Zicsaloma, a popular content creator expressed gratitude for divine intervention after the POP ceiling in his sitting room unexpectedly collapsed.

Taking to Instagram, the content creator shared a disastrous video of the collapsed ceiling that crashed down his sitting room in the early morning hour.

While observing the unfortunate occurrence and reeling from the shock of his ceiling collapsing, the content creator exclaimed “Na God dey save person o”.

According to Zicsaloma, he was sleeping in his bedroom when he heard a loud boom. He hurried downstairs and was startled to see that the ceiling had collapsed.

He expressed gratitude for the narrow escape and said that his crew members had been camping at his home for a few days and had spent the entire time sleeping in the living room. He was grateful that the crew had left his house before the distressing event.

He asserts that the artisan’s lack of professionalism in constructing and repairing the POP ceiling was the cause of the abrupt collapse. Most of them brag about their highly skilled abilities but ultimately perform a substandard job.

Zicsaloma said none of his household appliances were damaged except for a standing fan.

Many demanded that the artist be detained for his lack of professionalism and for buying substandard goods to construct the POP ceiling.

The Afrobeats star had recently been in an interview with Beat FM, where she declared in terms of talent and skills she could confidently place herself among the top in the Nigerian music industry.
