A man sparked a conversation online after sharing the unconventional method his friend devised to try shawarma for the first time.
In the video, his friend unwrapped the shawarma, but instead of eating it the usual way, he spread it out completely. He then began molding it in his hands like a morsel of eba, dipping portions into the mayonnaise as though it were soup.
As seen in the caption, the man sarcastically implied that his friend was disgracing him. He even blamed himself for buying the shawarma for his friend.
The unusual method of eating left him in disbelief, as it looked more like his friend was enjoying a local swallow meal than fast food.
The clip has since amused many social media users, with some joking that “once a swallow lover, always a swallow lover,โ while others admitted doing the same on their first try.
