This is certainly not one of those love stories you see on TV series of how a guy killed a girl he loves and then killed himself and all. This is something like that… only that… it’s a real life story and the guy didn’t kill himself!
On February, 23 year old mother of three, Lakeisha Lewis shared a photo on IG with the caption ‘When you wanna break up but he told you he’ll kill you‘. it was a comic post to she and her friends as they laughed over it… little did she know it was going to turn out to be a tragicomedy.
Then on Sunday, her baby daddy, 27 year old Darrell P. Mitchell took to his twitter page to write:
I be saying to myself when I put the gloves on, it hurts when you gotta kill someone you love’.
Darrell was actually literal when he tweeted that. It was on Tuesday’s morning that it was reported that he gunned down Lakeisha.
Houston police reported that after killing Lakeisha, Darrell turned the gun on Lakeisha’s new boyfriend and shot him too. Some local news agencies said he died, while some said he was only seriously injured.
After killing his ex, Darrell went on Instagram to confess, along with photos of his three children with Lakeisha. He is yet to be caught by the police..
