Nigerian On-Air Personality, Melody Hassan, has swiped aim at Big Brother Naija 2019 winner, Mercy Eke, over a recent video the reality star made complaining about not getting adequate support from her fans.
Mercy Eke had taken to a live session on her Instagram page lamented over how less supportive her fan base is.
Mercy compared her fans with fans of foreign celebrities like Nicki Minaj, Cardi B, Kim Kardashian and others and stressed how her own fans still have a long way to go to prove their loyalty to her. (Read Here ICYMI)
In her reaction to Mercy’s rant, Melody asked a very unique question and in the process, shook a table that would surely have most celebrities standing on it.
She wrote on twitter ;
On this fans not supporting their faves claim in Nigeria and the constant comparison to celebrities in the US, as a celebrity, what do u do for your fans asides from “demanding” for support?
You never speak on issues that affect them, u think fans don’t need love or support too?
