According to @Black_Hibiscus, a 16-year-old dating a 12-year-old, a 17-year-old dating a 13-year-old and a 28-year-old dating a 21-year-old are all predatory.
She added that a 21-year-old is not an adult, as she cannot provide for herself and doesn’t have anything in common with a 28-year-old.
