A man opened tap water to waste after his neighbours allegedly refused to contribute money to buy fuel to pump water.
Due to the constant power outages, the man decided to pump water for the compound but bought fuel with his money as his neighbours refused to contribute.
After buying the fuel and pumping the water, he fetched the amount he needed from the tap, then opened it and let the remaining water drain away.
He then walked away, seemingly preferring to waste the water rather than let his neighbours benefit from a resource they had refused to contribute towards.
His action has generated mixed reactions, with some supporting his decision not to let others enjoy what they did not contribute to, while others questioned him for wasting water to make a point.
