Media personality, Shade Ladipo has come under heavy fire for comparing the lives of late Obama DMW and late veteran singer, Sound Sultan in a recent social media post.
Following the death of veteran singer, Sound Sultan, yesterday, July 11th Shade in a write up shared on her Insta-stories compared the lives of the late popular men.
In her write-up she insinuated that one lived a good life while the other lived a violent life, bidding the duo farewell she also refereed to one as an hero and the other as a villain.
In her words, “Thinking of the death of 44 & Sultan the juxtaposition of their lives. You can live a violent life or live the best life but when it’s your time it’s your time. Rest in peace to the heroes and the villains’.
In reaction to her post Nigerians have now taken to social media to berate her as they tagged the write-up as insensitive and speaking ill of the dead.
An Instagram user @posh9226 wrote, “So na who live violent life?… must she talk about everything they did not involve her in?”
@alhaji_lala wrote, “So who is the hero and who is the villain as you use 44 & Sound Sultan do subject of your message?”
@chi_tess wrote, “This woman talks too much biko”.
Investigative journalist, kemi Olunloyo wrote,
“Shade you are MAD woman. I regret knowing you after calling me a liar on Silverbird live TV “Kemi Olunloyo is a liar. She claims Chioma delivered a baby for Davido” Omo ofo😡 The only violence Obama did was to cruise WizKid fans. 30BG do the same on Twitter. Sound Sultan died at the age of 44 so don’t mess with that good luck number. The moment you broke a glass in the middle of debating me I knew you were evil.😈”
